The platform fully met the requirements of our event and supported the entire registration process seamlessly. It was reliable, professional, and ensured a positive experience for both organizers and participants. I would be happy to use CONREGO again for future events. Pros The system was intuitive and user-friendly, making the registration process very simple. It offered clear navigation, useful features for managing participants, and smooth communication tools. Everything worked reliably, and the interface was easy to understand both for organizers and attendees. Cons I didn’t notice any major disadvantages. The only small issue I experienced was related to scaling some custom graphics so that they displayed perfectly on mobile devices. Pros What I really like about working with Conrego is the program's ease of use and the ability to edit almost anything. Cons In my opinion, what is missing is the ability to invoice at a rate other than 23% (we happen to have participants from foreign companies who need a rate of “e.g.” - not taxable). I wasn't aware of this, so needed to restructure my way of the event design and then it started to work as intended.
