Cons FileRun may sometimes get complex in the setup for nontechnical users, and the large feature set can be overwhelming. Cons Installation requires ion cube loader. It takes some expertise to install it on a VPS. Pros Customer Service is FAST and FANTASTIC! Anytime I've ever needed help I just send a quick email and get a response in a few hours. They release updates regularly and have for many years now, and are constantly adding new features and tweaking others to make them work better. They listen to customer feedback and suggestions, and develop with open source friendliness to make hooking into their systems easy too. The free version they offer is reat for small businesses, but the software REALLY shines when you are running 10 or more. Cons The licensing can get a bit expensive, but they have a free version for up to 5 users that helps a lot too.
