Pros: The software is easy to change from Gift Card to Loyalty Card. This gives us an option to take the same marketing tool and use it multiple times to earn and retain our clients. This is a very neat concept that we could not find with any other company.

Cons: The software does not operate without internet access.

Overall: As suggested by our marketing consultant, we used the Smart card in a combination of Gift Card first and Loyalty Card second. The WaveToGet team created a direct mail campaign for our custom designed cards and sent it to our preferred client list in 5 major cities across the US.
We mailed out 60 cards, keeping 440 cards for other marketing campaigns.
Within 10 days of the campaign we were able to get in touch with a total of 43 clients and received call backs from 14 of our clients requesting quotations before we had a chance to follow up with them.
Our average price point on the equipment is $40,000 USD. We had generated 12 sales from this campaign within 3 months. 6 of the sales came through within the first 45 days. We had also converted the card from a Gift Card to a Loyalty program as our marketing strategist consulted us. This allowed us to award our customers loyalty points to be converted to cash discounts for equipment consumables.
At this point, our return on investment with this campaign is just over 1400%. We are about to use the Investment strategy of the cards to acquire equipment designed to improve our manufacturing processes.
Truly a phenomenal product.

Recommendations to other buyers: What gave us trust was the Custom Tailored Business Plan form we filled out. This gave us a detailed marketing plan constructed specifically for our business based on our goals. When Alexander explained to us how each campaign can be used and took us through the steps, we felt prepared for the project and pulled the trigger. These guys are real professionals and understand how to make the software benefit your business. At least, they knew how to help ours.

WaveToGet allowed me to implement a successful Loyalty Program in my Medical Spa. We offer a cash back % for every dollar our clients spend. This campaign had proven to be a simple way to build quality relationship with our new and existing clients.
The phrase "Don't forget to add my points" is music to our ears. Our clients leave happier with added value to show for and then come back for more!

Overall: We use the smart Gift Card and Loyalty Card combination which we learned about in the WaveToGet suggested proven methods of use. These methods directly contributed to 6 additional sales of our Hardness Testing Equipment in the 3 weeks.
We are thrilled about the results and will be ordering 10,000 additional smart cards.

Recommendations to other buyers: After reading the Suggested Proven Methods of Use we had found 2 additional methods which we will be implementing for our business goal of Capital Raising and sales increase of our equipment consumables.
