Cons The tracking only allows us to see if the recipient has opened the email but there is no way to know if the recipient didn’t open the email because they didn’t receive it or if they received it but just didn’t open it. NeoCertified absolutely helps with this. And for a small office of 1, pricing was critical and NeoCertified was a great option for me. Pros Peace of mind. I am a small medical practice and knowing that any medical and personal information coming from my office is encrypted is important for me and the client. Cons Does not integrate with Mac Mail so I have to enter via the online portal. Not that big a deal really. While I am not able to compose via my regular Mail app, I am notified of any activity in my regular inbox. NeoCertified allowed us to buy a small number of licenses, since we only had a couple of users in need of this kind of security. Every other company we researched was forcing us to buy an expensive license for our entire domain. NeoCertified also plugged in perfectly with Rackspace, our email provider. So if you're in a municipality or business and only have a few users that need HIPAA compliance, NeoCertified is the clear way to go.
