I rely very heavily on it because of the type of work that I do and the sensitivity of the information that I have to disperse. I think once I started using this, there was just no way for me to go back to anything else. I LOVE this program and I think that if you were to try it and compare it to others out there, you will feel the same way. **Pros:** This software is a lifesaver. Since the pandemic, we know that conducting business has definitely changed from what we are used to. Business does not come to a grinding halt though so we need to think outside of the box on how to get things done. I was turned on to NeoCertified by our IT Department and I swear, it is really the best thing that I could have hoped for. This is the product to have if you need to send sensitive information via e-mail. **Cons:** I am not quite sure if it is a part of the programming or what, but what I do not like is the fact that after you have so much information in your OUTBOX, INBOX, DELETE BOX, etc. and you try to send an e-mail, you will get an error message that you need to delete some files to free up space. For me, this is a pain because I get and send a lot of information this way and so I use up my space and I don't know if there is a way that you can be warned beforehand that you are reaching capacity rather than waiting until you are already at capacity and cannot send any e-mails at all. **Reasons for Switching to NeoCertified:** I find that it is a lot easier to use. I was having some issues with sending documents and getting access to documents in dropbox and then when I was sent the link to sign up for NeoCertified, I knew that this was the way to go. I still access dropbox every so often but NeoCertified is my "weapon" of choice. Lynne E. The price is affordable. **Cons:** Recipients seem to have trouble figuring out how to open the encrypted emails or ignore them. When we send emails to insurance carriers, they typically never get opened. I don't know if this is an industry problem or why this happens. **Reasons for Choosing NeoCertified:** Mostly Price.
