We have been very pleased overall with our experience. The team is wonderful to work with, and we have been able to organize and monitor more aspects of our business thanks to the program.

Pros

The customer support is excellent. They are fast, friendly and always helpful. Our main point of contact is \[sensitive content hidden\], and he is fantastic. There have been times that I have asked multiple questions in a day, and he is always patient and helpful.

Cons

It was just an adjustment, but the program itself is great. There were a few issues we had during our transition, but they were always handled quickly.

I appreciate the staff with Veevart. They are always trying to ensure that their product works correctly and are helpful in solving the problems.

Pros

The POS system is extremely easy to use and helpful for how we do our front facing service. The ability to update our inventory and such makes it simple.

Cons

Sometimes it's clunky when it comes to reports and how to process and run those. Because there are hundreds of options, it's sometimes very difficult. That and every transaction prints a receipt. It would be nice to have an option not to print.

Overall, it's useful when creating events, buttons for tickets, creating reports, exporting contacts, and much more. While a lot of it is easy to mess around with and figure out, there are definitely certain areas where you do need to ask for support with checking or changing things from your support team, which, if you need something done in a hurry, can be a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, though, they've been very courteous and informative. If you're looking for a database to use for your tracking and analytics, I would recommend Salesforce.

Pros

I appreciate being able to create reports on a variety of topics, whether it's tracking revenue, attendance, or memberships. It's not completely intuitive, however, if any inconsistencies in data come up, I know I can rely on our customer support team to help.

Cons

As briefly mentioned above, creating a report, especially from scratch, is not always intuitive, and while there are helpful videos, not everything can be covered. If I'm comparing similar reports and notice a large margin of difference where there shouldn't be, I've learned that sometimes it's as simple as checking off a box that is hidden under a tab I hadn't thought to click on.

Pros

I love the ability to utilize the resources and available apps, as well as the help and customer support.

Cons

Reporting and accessing information can sometimes be a challenge if information is missing. Additionally, capacities is something including online registration that can be more streamlined.

Very easy to navigate! I like that Veevart also sends different videos to learn how the system works which is very helpful!

Pros

Very fast at booking group visits so far. The website is fairly easy to use as well. All it is a great platform to use.

Cons

At times the website does glitch. If I am to book a group and I press the Buy Ticket button, it does not go to the page.

We've been very pleased with our interactions with everyone at Veevart and its ease of use. This one-stop platform has helped us get to a more public-facing phase of our opening.

Pros

Veevart has been a very effective platform for our museum, helping us organize fundraising, events, school groups and ticketing.

Cons

It takes a little while to fgigure out how to navigate the platform and sometimes you need to reach out to have them customize a solution. But they are very accommodating and helpful.

I am very happy with Veevart, I am so glad we have this program. Like I said, The reporting is great customizing the dashboards is so helpful. And everyone there is so nice.

Pros

I love the data reporting, it very user friendly and Veevart customer service is excellent. It is also very easy to set up tickets, shop items and membership programs in the system as well.

Cons

Generating acknowledgement letters is somewhat difficult, I find it hard to locate and edit the letters that are there, and when I think I have the correct one, it's not. Notification emails breakdown are somewhat crazy looking for me, because I send quite a few and each membership program has its own line item, it would be nice if it can be condensed.

Post-implementation support is great and the system is providing us with robust, customizable options.

Pros

Ability to customize. Ticket sales is easy for online use. Support team is quick to respond and easy to work with.

Cons

Implementation was difficult due to language barrier. The sandbox cannot be refreshed with current live site data, which means you have to duplicate your efforts in order to use the sandbox for training purposes.

Our experience with VeeVart has been highly satisfactory, from the onboarding process to the implementation of additional features, and the continuous support. It has been a pleasure using the software and working with the VeeVart team.

Pros

The customer service and support team is highly responsive and knowledgeable, providing a personalized experience. Instead of ticket numbers, menu selections, or outsourced support, you get direct communication with someone who is familiar with your business.

Cons

For those new to Salesforce, the implementation process can be overwhelming. The VeeVart team provided hands-on assistance throughout our onboarding and offered detailed guidance. However, I would recommend additional SalesForce training prior to starting the process.

Veevart has been a good platform, but the customer service is what has bumped it up. Having a point of contact that can assist quickly and make sure we have what we need, is essential! The internal help linrary is nice as well. Makes training nee employees much easier.

Pros

Cusromer Service is hands down the best!

Cons

I wish i had more options to export reports to excel/numbers and build templates on my side.
