Pros I like the functionality of the system and all of the fields that are available. The ease of use for employees. Cons I am not a fan of the reporting function, customer support takes a long time at times to follow up with you, they make updates and do not notify you that updates are coming, they just happen. I would recommend for small businesses even large businesses. It’s cuts payroll time in half Pros I like how easy it made to manage payroll, manage everything even when your out of state your still able to keep track of clients and employees easily Cons At first it was hard to find certain things but once I took a minute too explore it became easier to maneuver through the site. I can login easily and access the documents I need to right away. Pros ADP Workforce now is very easy to use. It is easy to find what I need right away. Navigating around the website is simple and self explanatory. Cons I have not found anything I have not liked about ADP Workforce Now. This has been one of the easiest platforms I have used to access my personal payroll documents. It did take some time to get used to the features, reports, and the views. However, after a few tutorials on timecards, i got the hang of things. Pros I work for a university that now uses ADP Workforce for timecards, sick time requests, pay stub reviews, and other timekeeping tasks. I am a director that review 90+ timecards when the pay period closes. We recently changed to a new version of ADP called ADP Lyric. Still ADP, but their updated version of ADP. What I like about ADP is the view of the timecards, the dashboard for the time off/sick time requests, and the reports it generates for me to cross analyze time cards. Cons The mobile app of ADP not consistent. At thims all yhe features show and other time, it does not show all the features. All of the information I need is at my finger tips. I can use it at work or on my mobile phone. Pros ADP is simple to use and all the information needed is quick and easy to access. It is the best pay and PTO system I have used. Cons ADP is not to blame but the path to get to it from my company site is a little clunky. I do have a little issue with choosing the category for PTO that may or may not be an ADP issue. I've found it to be a reliable tool for managing payroll, benefits, and HR tasks. The user interface is generally easy to navigate, although there have been a few instances where it's been a bit clunky. Pros ADP Workforce Now has been a pretty solid choice for our HR needs. We've enjoyed the employee self-service portal, payroll processing, and time-off management features. It's worked well enough for our team of 50, but there are some minor quirks with reporting. Cons One thing that took a bit to figure out was the leave accrual system, which can be kind of annoying when trying to manage complex rules.
