Overall, my experience has been positive because the platform effectively centralizes all the basic needs. While the reporting functions have a learning curve for leadership, the daily ease of use for employees and the improved UI make it a reliable choice for a growing mid-sized company.

Pros

With the newest version, the interface is very easy to navigate and very simplified. The layout is much more intuitive than previous iterations, making it significantly faster to find essential payroll and HR documents without feeling overwhelmed by menus.

Cons

The reporting aspects are not ideal for managers who need quick, actionable insights. The system often feels clunky when trying to filter specific team data, and the standard templates don't always capture the unique metrics we need to track performance and attendance effectively without extra steps.

I can see all the data I need after knowing where to look. Things dont change very often which is nice as there is consistency

Cons

The UI still leaves much to be desired. The layout is messy and non standard that makes it hard to find what you are looking for. Some thought in the arrangmenet if different data would go a long way in improving my satisfaction.

Overall good, except the customer service. If I have an issue I would like one person to handle it start to finish, whereas this I feel I"m calling into a call center and never get the same person twice

What I like least about ADP Workforce Now is that it can feel unintuitive and clunky at times, especially when navigating between different modules. Certain processes require more clicks than necessary, and the layout isn’t always as user-friendly as it could be. Reporting, while flexible, can be complicated to build without prior experience. Additionally, system updates or changes aren’t always clearly communicated, which can create confusion. Customer support can also be inconsistent depending on the issue. Cost after initial period. I’m a single person company so cost person is higher than multiple employee companies but this is understandable

Really so far it's been very straight forward and intuitive experience. I would definitely recommend it to others who would like an easy and user friendly experience.

Pros

I am an employee and not an admin so from my perspective it was easy to navigate and find tax statements, pay rates, and easy to add my time and attendance.

Cons

Every so once in a while when trying to select codes in the timesheet area, the drop down menu would not work as it should. However, overall I have had a great experience.

Overall I would have to rate my experience as ok definately not great due to errors that have occured with ADPIA interfacing platform and incorrect information being put in which caused deduction errors and reversals with mistakes made.

Pros

Platform easy to use once you know how to navigate it. Reporting is easy within the platform and reports are easy to find. Pricing is competative.

Cons

You do not have a dedicated support person to call and speak to. No one has a dedicated email to resolve your issue it just goes to a general mailbox which is sometime frustrating. Unlike paychexs the customer service is lacking
