The employee mobile app is also highly functional, making routine tasks like viewing paystubs and requesting time off incredibly seamless for the average worker. However, the system administrator experience can be deeply frustrating; the legacy interface is notoriously rigid, generating custom reports is an overly complex chore, and finding consistent, prompt customer support often feels like navigating an endless maze of tickets. It is a premium, dependable system built to handle the heavy lifting for mid-sized organizations, provided you are willing to tolerate its administrative clunkiness.

**Pros:** Using ADP for time tracking has a few major advantages, especially when it comes to efficiency and compliance. Its biggest strength is its seamless integration with ADP’s core payroll platform. Because hours flow directly into payroll, you eliminate the tedious task of manually exporting data and drastically reduce human data-entry errors. Additionally, the system automatically applies local, state, and federal labor laws to handle complex calculations like overtime and required break periods, taking a lot of compliance pressure off your HR team.
