### "The payroll and HRIS product needed for a workforce with many divisions with complicated pay"

Overall, ADP WFN was a great partner and provided all our needs. They always had great customer service. We used just about all their products from recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, payroll, benefits, performance, tax and banking, COBRA, garnishment services, etc. I also had the privilege of serving a couple years on their advisory board. This showed me how much they care about their product and their customers.

Pros

The individualized customer service. The product is great and covers your needs but needs updating. For the most part, the modules have a seamless work flow.

Cons

The need for updates and easier navigation. Some of their modules just need an "updated" look and feel.

Americana was more of a financial platform. It was also outdated. We were limited with features and people management. The company was growing and it was an essential move. Those who were involved with company deployment and implementation were not experienced so it was a challenge for us. We did get through it but a company with IT experienced employees working with the team of users would have made the experience better.

Pros

I liked the onboarding process, the steps were all very straight forward and easy to navigate for the most part.

Cons

The workflow capabilities and the I-9 processing. I did not always have the easiest time getting these things done.

Pros

its user-friendly and easy to navigate... also one main thing is that we can connect other platforms to it.

Cons

Uploading multiple documents was an issue due to file size limits, that was the only concern i would take into account but its not a major issue

It's easy enough for me to use, and it holds onto all of the old reviews and things. It is handy when hiring new people.

Cons

ADP Workforce Now is kind of annoying to navigate some things. When I'm writing reviews, I want to reference previous reviews and there is not an easy way to do that. It's also strange when I'm requesting time off and I have to type in a reason, and it's super delayed.

Overall it is still a good product as long as you don’t forget your log in credentials and you learn to navigate it for some employees because it’s not user friendly for those who aren’t tech savvy.

Pros

Adp works with software such as quikbooks so that employees can upload their W2’s directly. It is a great time saver and helps prevent errors.

Cons

Adp is not easy to get into if a password if forgotten. It usually relies on a second party to help with a password reset. My worst nightmare from years of experience with ADP is getting locked out. Another issue is if you used it with another company it will sometimes tie that company in.

The HRIS system was good, the customer support was awful. If I worked for a large company I would recommend this otherwise I would not.

Pros

The reports, performance management module, payroll and HRIS database. Ease of use and employee friendly for them to use.

Cons

The customer service team of ADP and the limited support for smaller or mid-size businesses. When someone terminates, employee access to their previous file is limited.

I have used ADP as both an employee and supervisor of several employees. Most of my interactions with the platform have been around tracking, submitting, and approving timesheets; updating tax info; and tracking benefits and PTO. Compared to other systems, it has been relatively painless.

Pros

My organization uses ADP as its payroll and benefits system, and I have used it as both an employee and supervisor. Its time-tracking features are fairly easy to use, especially for organizations where all time has to be billed to a particular code or account. It also allows easy tracking of benefits and time off. It also makes it easy to update tax info, personal data, and benefits contributions, saving me time from jumping through various HR hoops. I think that its mobile app is fairly easy to use, as well. While I am not an HR professional, using ADP has been much more painless for me, compared to other platforms.

Cons

For organizations like mine, where all time has to be billed to a particular code, I would appreciate if I could view the cumulative time billed to each code over a particular period. While certain members of our organization can see this info as administrators, my team has to keep track of this information separately.

My overall experience has been nothing but positive, from managing timecards to benefits implementation; they make it very user-friendly, and I enjoy that.

Pros

Ease of use is definitely my favorite thing about ADP - I like that everything is organized, and you can easily check on time tracking as well as reports. Customer support is always very helpful, and they have top-notch communication. You definitely get what you pay for: quality service and value for money.

Cons

I would have to say the main Home page- I love the fact that they have several items posted. However, it looks too crowded for my liking

I don't like ADP. I've used it at 3 different companies over the last 10 years and my last experience with it was very poor.

Pros

ADP does have a lot of functionality to accomplish all of your primary HR management and payroll functions.

Cons

ADP is hard to use. The app is almost always down and they seem to have multiple versions of their app, so you never know what website or app you're supposed to be using. If you're not careful you'll login in to the wrong one and won't be able to find what you're looking for. Logging in and accessing the information is always hard.

I worked with WFN for almost ten years. It is a great product for the right organization. ADP is a leader in the space for a reason, but its very easy to get lost in the mechanics of it all.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now is a great product for the right organization. The technology is consistently being expanded, they have a highly knowledgeable team and can be very easy to use. Payroll overall is very easy, time tracking typically can be setup efficient. I find ADP employees as a whole to be caring and well educated in their field.

Cons

What I liked least is that the technology can be overwhelming and if you are not a tech minded person it can be very clunky at points. Reporting used to be an absolute bear and while efforts were commendable it could take forever to get what you need setup custom. It can be very expensive and communication could be slow.

Great customer service, can easily contact account manager, onboarding was easy, PTO time was easy, payroll was easy.

Cons

Some of the reports I wanted to run gave me problems. I think that was the only difficulty I ran into.

My experience has been extremely positive. The platform is super wasy to use. I can see all my staffs details and when i needed to make changes it was simple. Its been a godsend to HR management. I have used several platforms and this is by far the best.

Pros

The platform is easy to use. When i needed information regarding a specific staff members situation. I was able to confidently assist the staff member with the correct information.

Cons

Sometimes when i needed assistance. Communication with ADP could have been more proactive and instant. However that was my only gripe.

I love it. The security for login is great and I like that it has so many features to help you and support what you need or are concerned about.

Pros

It has everything you need from your tax info to your pay stub. You can adjust your W4 monthly or whenever you are paid. It has built in features to support your concerns and address needs. You can also compare monthly pay and deductions.

Cons

Adjusting my W4 a year ago, was more of a hassle, but now the process has been updated and has worked easily and well.

I have used ADP with my current employees and even previous employees and I have nothing but good things to say. I appreciate that not only can I clock in on my computer but also my phone and any other electronic device. I also appreciate that I can access my w-2, w-4 and anything else needed for tax time or needed for my current position

Cons

The only issue I have ever run into is when the phone app glitches and logs me completely out or doesn't work for a period of time but that is something that happens with my type of mobile device

It has been absolutely miserable. All administrators on our team really dislike payroll processing and navigating the dashboard. Our company has many different facets and finding customer support is almost impossible.

It is well regarded program that provides decent value for what it offers. It is relatively easy to use for employees.

Cons

Customer Support is a 0/10; it's almost impossible to get someone on the phone who can actually help. And ADP is very difficult to use in non-normal situations. It isn't intuitive when it comes to off-cycle payments or navigating different pay cycles.

ADP Workforce Now has helped myself and my management team to be able to communicate without needed us to be in a constant meeting or following up.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now is a great app that I use for daily time tracking. It's an easy and efficient tool that makes my life as a manager easier.

Cons

There are so many reports on there to look through which is great but a little overwhelming when trying to find a certain report. They do have a search option but if you are unsure of the name of it, it can be a little tricky.
