### "In a Sea of Payroll software, floats to the top"

April 6, 2026

4.0

Overall good, except the customer service. If I have an issue I would like one person to handle it start to finish, whereas this I feel I"m calling into a call center and never get the same person twice

Pros

Payroll processing is straightforward, reporting is flexible, and employee data is easy to access and update. The platform helps reduce manual work and improves accuracy, which saves time and minimizes errors. I also appreciate the self-service features for employees, which empower them to manage their own information. Overall, it’s a reliable, user-friendly system that supports both efficiency and compliance, allowing me to focus more on strategic work instead of administrative tasks.

Cons

What I like least about ADP Workforce Now is that it can feel unintuitive and clunky at times, especially when navigating between different modules. Certain processes require more clicks than necessary, and the layout isn’t always as user-friendly as it could be. Reporting, while flexible, can be complicated to build without prior experience. Additionally, system updates or changes aren’t always clearly communicated, which can create confusion. Customer support can also be inconsistent depending on the issue. Overall, while it’s a powerful system, there are opportunities to improve usability and streamline the user experience.

### "Over Great PlatForm"

July 5, 2026

5.0

Since implementing ADP Workforce, our overall experience at Mt. Olive Early Learning Center has been very positive. The transition was much smoother than we expected, and the platform has helped us streamline our payroll and employee time tracking. Our staff appreciates how easy it is to clock in and out, view their pay information, and access their schedules, while our administrative team enjoys the time savings and improved accuracy. Customer support has also been a strong point. Whenever we've had questions or needed assistance, the ADP team has been responsive, professional, and willing to walk us through the process until our issues were resolved. Although we believe the pricing is a little high for a small childcare center, the reliability of the system and the convenience it provides have made it a worthwhile investment. Overall, ADP Workforce has helped us become more efficient, reduce administrative tasks, and better manage our workforce. We are pleased with our experience and look forward to continuing to use the platform.

Pros

Mt. Olive Early Learning Center has had a very positive experience using ADP Workforce. The system is easy to use for both management and employees, making payroll and timekeeping much more efficient. Our staff quickly learned how to clock in and out, check their schedules, and access their pay information with very little training. The customer support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever we have had questions or needed assistance. Their guidance has made the transition to the platform smooth and stress-free. One of the features we appreciate most is the time tracking. It has made it much easier to monitor employee hours, reduce errors, and simplify payroll processing. Overall, ADP Workforce has saved our administrative team valuable time while providing an easy-to-use solution for our staff. We are very satisfied with our experience and would recommend ADP Workforce to other childcare centers looking for a reliable workforce management system.

Cons

We've had a good overall experience with ADP Workforce. The system is easy to navigate, and our employees had no trouble learning how to use it for time tracking and payroll. It has definitely helped make managing our workforce more organized, and the customer support team has always been friendly and helpful when we've had questions. My biggest concern is the cost. As a small childcare center, ADP Workforce is a little more expensive than we would like. While the platform works well and offers great features, it can be hard to justify the price for a smaller business with a limited budget. If ADP offered more affordable plans for small businesses, it would make the experience even better. Overall, we're happy with the product and the service we just wish it was a little more budget-friendly for businesses like ours.

### "Modern and Intuitive Interface with Robust HR Features, but Reporting Needs Work"

April 7, 2026

3.0

Overall, my experience has been positive because the platform effectively centralizes all the basic needs. While the reporting functions have a learning curve for leadership, the daily ease of use for employees and the improved UI make it a reliable choice for a growing mid-sized company.

Pros

With the newest version, the interface is very easy to navigate and very simplified. The layout is much more intuitive than previous iterations, making it significantly faster to find essential payroll and HR documents without feeling overwhelmed by menus.

Cons

The reporting aspects are not ideal for managers who need quick, actionable insights. The system often feels clunky when trying to filter specific team data, and the standard templates don't always capture the unique metrics we need to track performance and attendance effectively without extra steps.

### "ADP is the way to go"

June 20, 2026

5.0

For an HR or payroll administrator, it feels like driving a massive, armored tank: you know it is secure, it is highly compliant, and it will absolutely get you across the finish line on payroll day. However, it handles like a heavy vehicle—the steering is stiff, the dashboard is cluttered, and making a sharp turn (like running a non-standard report or fixing an implementation mistake) requires a lot of muscle.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now is a highly reliable, all-in-one HR platform that does a fantastic job of streamlining everything from payroll and tax filing to benefits administration and time tracking. Because it houses employee data in one centralized hub, it eliminates the headache of jumping between different systems and drastically reduces manual data entry. The platform is also widely praised for its robust, automated compliance features, which take the stress out of navigating complex labor laws, while its intuitive self-service portal empowers employees to easily manage their own tax forms, pay stubs, and time cards.

Cons

Honestly, ADP Workforce Now is great for having everything in one place, but it definitely has its frustrating sides. The system itself can feel really clunky and rigid—simple tasks take way too many clicks, and trying to pull a custom report is a total nightmare if you don't know exactly what you're doing. Plus, once you're done setting it up, the customer support is a maze; you usually end up dealing with a general call center instead of a dedicated person who actually knows your account. On top of that, their billing is incredibly confusing with random extra fees that constantly catch you off guard..

### "Workforce Resourcing"

June 13, 2026

4.0

As a person who has applied companies who uses ADP Workforce Now it gives a security and makes my application easier to where you have the same software runs only for your payroll but with the employment processes

Pros

I have fully utilized this platform as an employee. The ability of it to integrate payroll system and now the employment system makes it easier to set up payroll account. It streamline the process not only for the employee but also for the employers who uses ADP workforce now. I am exploring this software in building my own cleaning business nd I will definitely get this if I need to increase my man power.

Cons

It is reliable because when I lost access on my payroll account through my company website. The ADP workforce integration of its employees records of the company payroll records regardless you are no longer have access to the payroll record in the company website.

### "ADP REVIEW"

May 29, 2026

4.0

On the positive side, it is an absolute powerhouse for multi-state payroll, tax filing, and strict compliance management, serving as a rock-solid single source of truth that keeps HR departments legally secure. The employee mobile app is also highly functional, making routine tasks like viewing paystubs and requesting time off incredibly seamless for the average worker. However, the system administrator experience can be deeply frustrating; the legacy interface is notoriously rigid, generating custom reports is an overly complex chore, and finding consistent, prompt customer support often feels like navigating an endless maze of tickets. It is a premium, dependable system built to handle the heavy lifting for mid-sized organizations, provided you are willing to tolerate its administrative clunkiness.

Pros

Using ADP for time tracking has a few major advantages, especially when it comes to efficiency and compliance. Its biggest strength is its seamless integration with ADP’s core payroll platform. Because hours flow directly into payroll, you eliminate the tedious task of manually exporting data and drastically reduce human data-entry errors. Additionally, the system automatically applies local, state, and federal labor laws to handle complex calculations like overtime and required break periods, taking a lot of compliance pressure off your HR team. It also offers great flexibility for employees, who can clock in through mobile apps with geofencing, web browsers, or physical biometric kiosks.

Cons

both the desktop and mobile interfaces can feel sluggish, dated, and unintuitive compared to modern standalone software. Setting up custom approval workflows or unique scheduling rules can also be surprisingly rigid, often requiring a call to ADP support rather than a quick fix in your settings. because it is an enterprise-grade solution, the pricing is usually higher than dedicated time-tracking tools, making it a heavy investment if you aren't fully utilizing the rest of the ADP ecosystem.

### "Easy Enough to Use"

Pros

It's easy enough for me to use, and it holds onto all of the old reviews and things. It is handy when hiring new people.

Cons

ADP Workforce Now is kind of annoying to navigate some things. When I'm writing reviews, I want to reference previous reviews and there is not an easy way to do that. It's also strange when I'm requesting time off and I have to type in a reason, and it's super delayed.

### "The trendsetters of work efficiency "

October 25, 2025

I have had a very good experience with ADP Workforce Now. I would say that they are the app that kicked off the trend of empowering the employee. From being able to clock right in and out from the comfort of your own mobile device, to accessing your own check stubs and being able to update important information for your company to keep them in the loop. This app is truly amazing!

Pros

Clock feature, very easy to use, you have the option to use your fingerprint or FaceID (depending on your phone type), request time off/edit your time clock, paperless check stubs, paperless tax statements, update personal information directly from the app for HR

Cons

I’ve had multiple employers through ADP and depending on how far back I was not able to access my older tax statements, customer service

Pros

### "Reliable All-in-One HR and Payroll Platform"

May 15, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with ADP Workforce Now was positive. I found it to be a reliable and comprehensive platform for managing payroll, HR tasks, benefits, and employee information all in one place. While there was a bit of a learning curve at first, the system became much easier to navigate over time, and the automation features helped streamline many day-to-day processes.

Pros

What I liked most about ADP Workforce Now was how it brought payroll, HR, benefits, and time tracking into one platform. It made managing employee information much more efficient and helped streamline everyday HR tasks. I also appreciated the employee self-service features and the reliability of the payroll system.

Cons

While ADP Workforce Now has a lot of robust features, there can be a learning curve at first because the platform is so comprehensive. However, once users become familiar with the system, it can be very effective for managing payroll, HR, and employee information in one place. Some processes may take additional setup or training initially, but that also allows for greater customization to fit a company’s needs.

### "Painless Payroll System"

February 13, 2026

4.0

I have used ADP as both an employee and supervisor of several employees. Most of my interactions with the platform have been around tracking, submitting, and approving timesheets; updating tax info; and tracking benefits and PTO. Compared to other systems, it has been relatively painless.

Pros

My organization uses ADP as its payroll and benefits system, and I have used it as both an employee and supervisor. Its time-tracking features are fairly easy to use, especially for organizations where all time has to be billed to a particular code or account. It also allows easy tracking of benefits and time off. It also makes it easy to update tax info, personal data, and benefits contributions, saving me time from jumping through various HR hoops. I think that its mobile app is fairly easy to use, as well. While I am not an HR professional, using ADP has been much more painless for me, compared to other platforms.

Cons

For organizations like mine, where all time has to be billed to a particular code, I would appreciate if I could view the cumulative time billed to each code over a particular period. While certain members of our organization can see this info as administrators, my team has to keep track of this information separately.

### "great payroll processing, lack of quality customer service"

November 17, 2025

4.0

As far as processing payroll and getting people paid ADP is great. Trying to work with them programming advanced reports or General Ledger programing it gets pretty frustrating.

Pros

Payroll processing efficiency and accuracy is their strongest asset. When there is something that is out of the ordinary it is difficult to find the right person to assist you.

Cons

When working with ADP we never get to work with the same individual, resulting in a long discussion of us trying to explain our problem over and over again. You cannot call the same person, and no one takes any responsibility for accountability for advice given or action taken.

Great value and functionality. ADP has a very reliable and secure website as well. There are a few things I would improve, but it's the best option for us on the market.

Pros

ADP is user friendly and has a lot of cross-functionality with our benefits administration. We have no plans to switch at the moment and are happy with service and our rep. Our employees can access all of their statements as PDF's and also do open enrollment.

Cons

Employees have to do a few extra steps to request time off. The pop-out menu is a little clumsy for requesting PTO.

### "Confident in it's Features"

October 31, 2025

4.0

ADP is a well recognized platform. I had the opportuntiy to use this platform in a private organization and it was used daily. When employees came into work they managed their start, lunch, break, and end times. The environment consisted of heavy scheduling and ADP made it easy to have set schedules or create schedules as needed. Also, based on hours, taxes, and payroll deductions entered throughout the year it provided us with accurate paystubs, and W-4 documents in a quick and easy manner.

Pros

ADP has a lot of good features that are easy to use. The features I have used were scheduling, time tracking, and management of payroll and paystubs. These features were easy to use as an employee and as an administrator. Being able to gather and distribute information was made easy because of this platform.

Cons

Some cons to this system were the timing of receiving critical information. There have been time where the system has gone down and employees were not able to put there hours in only in a timely manner which caused delays in payroll or for manual entry after a payroll cycle has closed.

### "Reliable HR and Payroll Management Platform"

May 19, 2026

Overall, my experience with ADP Workforce Now has been positive. It helps streamline payroll, time tracking, employee management, and reporting. Once you become familiar with the system, it is reliable and helps keep HR and payroll information organized. It is a good platform for businesses that want to manage workforce-related tasks more efficiently.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now is very useful for managing payroll, employee information, time tracking, and HR tasks in one place. The system is organized, easy to access, and helps save time compared to handling everything manually. I also like that reports can be generated when needed, which makes it easier to review payroll and employee records.

Cons

Some features can take time to learn at the beginning, especially during setup or when trying to customize reports. The system can sometimes feel a bit complicated for new users, and customer support response times could be improved.

Overall, I have had nothing but great experiences with ADP from a medical field profession to a legal field profession and appreciate the availability and help that is given from the easy use and access of this application

Pros

I have used ADP with my current employees and even previous employees and I have nothing but good things to say. I appreciate that not only can I clock in on my computer but also my phone and any other electronic device. I also appreciate that I can access my w-2, w-4 and anything else needed for tax time or needed for my current position

Cons

The only issue I have ever run into is when the phone app glitches and logs me completely out or doesn't work for a period of time but that is something that happens with my type of mobile device
