It's been a couple time in a short time frame that all employee need to change their password because we hav an alert saying someone try to connect and it was spam to us. Cons I really have to say ADP makes you setup a different profile every time you join a new company which is fine but the problem is it does not link other historical data from previous jobs that used ADP. So that makes it hard to keep track of login/passwords. I would say that they are the app that kicked off the trend of empowering the employee. From being able to clock right in and out from the comfort of your own mobile device, to accessing your own check stubs and being able to update important information for your company to keep them in the loop. This app is truly amazing! Ease of use and employee friendly for them to use. Cons The customer service team of ADP and the limited support for smaller or mid-size businesses. Implementation was a bit of a struggle as their staff person I felt was not very knowledgeable. Pros Easy to use. Cuatomer service is very good. Calls are answered rapidly. The system is fairly user friendly. Cons Nothing comes to mind. I am pretty happy the toughest part was the implantation. On their end I felt like the staff person was not the best. The customer support was terrible and when they made mistakes it was horrendous trying to get them corrected. The one thing an employer cannot do is mess with people's paychecks. Pros Comprehensive payroll tools to help from on-boarding to payroll to reviews and termination. Cons Cost went up and every little thing became an add-on. Getting customer support was difficult. Paychecks were delayed or incorrect on several occasions and getting those fixed didn't seem like a priority. November 30, 2025 5.0 Even though switching to ADP was different then the typical pen and paper system I was used to, I really am glad that we switched. I think it has been a very beneficial move for our company and as an employee user I love all of the online features that I have when using this system. Pros My place of employment has recently switched to using ADP and it has been very easy to use and transition to. I use ADP daily to track my time at work and submit for payroll. ADP has a lot of features to improve communication throughout the office; however my place of work does not use all of the site abilities to report time off requests or other forms and reports. I have not had the need to use the customer support line as my HR director has been able to answer all my questions and concerns. I also do not pay for the ADP application as an employee so I am unsure what the cost of this program is. Cons I have not had any issues with ADP workforce. It is a great product for the right organization. ADP is a leader in the space for a reason, but its very easy to get lost in the mechanics of it all. Pros ADP Workforce Now is a great product for the right organization. The technology is consistently being expanded, they have a highly knowledgeable team and can be very easy to use. Payroll overall is very easy, time tracking typically can be setup efficient. I find ADP employees as a whole to be caring and well educated in their field. Cons What I liked least is that the technology can be overwhelming and if you are not a tech minded person it can be very clunky at points. Reporting used to be an absolute bear and while efforts were commendable it could take forever to get what you need setup custom. It can be very expensive and communication could be slow.
