### "ADP Easy to use"

Pros

I love the fact that employees can access their pay statement before they even get paid knowing how much they are making for future spending and bills purposes. Now that employees have access to pay statement and W2s for proof or other reasons, it is no longer a hassle for employer and employees.

Cons

It is having to change password regularly. Also it doesn't talk to some of the companies.

Pros

I really enjoy the self portal where I can easily and efficiently update anything I need to from my phone. I used it to track my time and my payroll.

Cons

I found it slightly difficult to navigate things like 401K and vacation/leave. It didn’t show my time off so I had to use another site to track that.

It works for us well. i have been told by our management that ADP needs to build in an alert system for when an employee's certification is almost expired. this would be thru the HR talent profile. i have been told that we are going to have to look at other payroll companies in the next go around if ADP is not able to provide this service. Our industry relies heavily on making sure our employees are up to date on their certifications. We need a better system for this.

Pros

That it does the job that it is supposed to in getting my payroll off on submission days. i can say that it is very reliable.

Cons

Sometimes when changes take place on the software such as when ADP is trying to strealine things it can be harder to find things.

### "Everything in one place."

Overall, ADP WorkforceNow has been an amazing way to understand the HR side of my position - salary, benefits, time off, forms, and pay breakdown. I feel it gives me so much agency in understanding these things and makes me less reliant on HR to explain every little thing. Love it.

Pros

I love the self serve portal! I love being able to easily access tax documents, to request time off and see how many hours I have, and I especially love the visualized breakdown of pay each pay period.

Cons

There are some features that are great and in some ways the interface is new looking (i.e. icons), but the rest of the interface is a bit clunky and feels like it was from early 2000s. This however is in contrast to the features, which work and look very new and cutting edge. I would just like a little more consistency.

The best part for me is the ease in which I can report income to different states. Many of my consultants travel on a regular basis and their income has to be reported in several different states.

Pros

Once I got all the programming correct the software is easy to use and very intuitive.

Cons

I don't like the time tracking module. It's not easy to make changes and doesn't account for time the same way my company does so we don't use it.

I think it was relatively positive because there were some great features to make life a little easier.

Pros

My favorite thing was being able to get my paysyuns prior to my actual pay day, so I could budget in advance. I also liked getting my W2s early to do taxes.

Cons

I felt it went down a lot and I had to request alterations of my time. Aside from that, it was relatively easy to use.

Overall experience has been positive and it is the most widely accepted tool for managing payroll.

Pros

The tool has the ability to handle and streamline many aspects of the HR management for an organization. It has the ability to integrate employee profiles, benefits, compensations and tracking time off , applicant tracking and recruitment. The tool provides ability to extract data into various downstream tools enabling analysis of data and decision making.

Cons

The tool needs to be more intuitive for users. Especially for managing time off, it does not clearly indicate how many leaves I need to plan forward for the year in an easy to consume way.

My overall experience with WorkforceNow has been positive. I would recommend it.

Pros

As a user of WorkforceNow for a few years, I can say that I've never had an issue with this web-based application. It has been very stable and I've never had an issue using any of the features. I mainly use it to view my pay statements.

Cons

There is nothing that I dislike about ADP WorkforceNow, however, the UI could be improved or modernized.

in my recent positions I have only used ADP as an employee. As an administrator I now fully appreciate the comprehensive solutions that ADP can provide to an organization. I highly recommend using ADP for any organization, regardless of sector or size.

Pros

This software is both intuitive and innovative. Being recently promoted into an executive role within my organization I was responsible for payroll, tracking vacation, and much more. It only took a few uses to become familiar and comfortable within the ADP online interface. Simplicity is key and that is was makes ADP the best payroll solution on the market.

Cons

ADP's customer service can be a little underwhelming.

### "Easy to Use, Helpful for Tracking PTO"

Pros

Tracking hours, weekly paystubs, 401k, PTO and being able to access my W2 digitally at the end of the year are easily the best features.

Cons

Having different versions and plans that include more or less are not as beneficial when you change jobs. Be warned that not all companies have the same package subscription and that can make it difficult to adjust.

Overall this is another product from ADP that makes payroll and a handful of HR processes much easier than with other programs, but there is a little more work to be done before this is an all-around success.

Pros

ADP WorkforceNow is a great way to keep track of employee's timesheets, paid time off, time off requests, 401K information, schedules, and so much more. ADP has a pretty solid name in the payroll world for having quality products and this one is no exception.

Cons

The one thing that has been a point of contention with this software is getting in touch with dedicated account reps or help of any kind if you are in crunch-time.

Pros

What I like most is the simplicity of clocking in and out. Everything is featured on the main screen and is easiest to keep all the logins at your fingertips. It also has a tool where you can see all your punches for each day.

Cons

The thing that I didn’t like is the way to request time off. It is very confusing and not as simple as the regular punches.

### "ADP Works"

Pros

We use this software at work to store pay stubs, show benefits, change contributions, request time off etc. I've used this software for years now and really like it. It's easy to use and if there's anything they add from a functionality standpoint, I pick up how to do it easily.

Cons

The design isn't as great as I would like, but that's all visual and has nothing to do with how it functions.

I haven't used it on the business side of things, but the experience I have had using it as an employee pushes me towards buying the program for my own business endeavors in the future

Pros

As an employee, Workforce has been a very helpful tool for keeping up with my progress in financial payroll. The ease of access on the website has been the biggest thing I liked about the website. I've had other payroll programs from different companies I worked for, but WorkforceNow stands out to me the most. Why? Because I can access it quickly and easily. Even the customer service was a very helpful with accomplishing my needs and goals. I've only gotten a new job a few times over the last 10 years, so once I see that we have access to WorkforceNow, it gives me relief knowing that I can access what I need whenever I need it!

Cons

I've had one or two problems with logging in over time, and once had a problem with resetting my password for some reason. That were the only 2 issues I've had when accessing WorkforceNow

I would not want to learn a new payroll software; I would avoid changing jobs if a new company was not using ADP. The ease and excellence of ADP software is undeniable, but it does come with a higher cost and allowing them to work through a shaky customer service model.

Pros

I have used this product from inception and the most valued area of the software is the ease of use for the practitioners as well as the ease of training and introducing new users to navigating the software.

Cons

The difficulty resides in the customer service model and dies not reflect the excellence of the software. It does not reflect of the intelligence of the support staff, however there is often a lag of response to customer critical topics which I believe is a reflection of a too lean customer service model.

ADP keeps all of our time, supplies us with time run reports, hours worked for specific projects and notes for over 500 employees. ADP helps us with accountability as well as organization.

Pros

ADP is very simple to use. Navigation is simple and straight to the point.

Cons

I feel as though they could upgrade a little more to make for easier search when finding an employee via the administrator portal.

Every time I have to call ADP I always have an amazing experience. I always find out a different way to get what I need to be done. I have not had issues with the software at all. The customer service is always very helpful. I really enjoy that when ADP is working on a case and I have to call back all notes are notated on the account, I never have to explain everything that was discussed. I do wish that there was something to reference to instead of having to call in every time. Like maybe a "How To" section this will at least allow me to try to figure it out without having to call in all the time. Also maybe a training could be developed for new employees that are not familiar on how to navigate through ADP. An example I started with the company in December 2015 I had never used ADP before and I was hired to payroll. I had no clue what I was doing however, I received a lot of support when I called and asked questions. If there would have been a way to have some training or maybe receive a SOP that would have been helpful. Well I have made it this far with you all and so I differently received to support I need to meet my company's expectations. Thank you!

### "Effective Time Card Management"

One of the easier timecard and pay/attendance tracking systems I've used, but still not super intuitive for new hires. Would recommend the software, but you want to ensure new members of your team are briefed on features and responsibilities during on-boarding.

Pros

\- Ability to copy rows/lines to next day - Ability to code hours easily to different accounts/buckets - Ability to set hours as PTO, Vacation, etc. easily on timecard - Easy clock-in/clock-out - Easy access to needed forms, statements, and histories.

Cons

\- Takes a little trial and error and self exploration to learn all the features available
