I could keep track of everything I needed in one place. Everything I need is clear to get to and I don't have to click on 10 different options before finding the right one. Pros Adp workforce now is very organized and very easy to navigate. You can track your time quick and easy. Anytime I had an issue I was able to easily resolve it with customer support. You can do almost everything by yourself with a few clicks. It is very self explanatory Cons I honestly can not think of a single thing negative thing to say. Everything works amazingly. December 19, 2025 4.0 My experience has been extremely positive. The platform is super wasy to use. I can see all my staffs details and when i needed to make changes it was simple. Its been a godsend to HR management. I have used several platforms and this is by far the best. Pros The platform is easy to use. When i needed information regarding a specific staff members situation. I was able to confidently assist the staff member with the correct information. Cons Sometimes when i needed assistance. Communication with ADP could have been more proactive and instant. However that was my only gripe. The security for login is great and I like that it has so many features to help you and support what you need or are concerned about. Pros It has everything you need from your tax info to your pay stub. You can adjust your W4 monthly or whenever you are paid. It has built in features to support your concerns and address needs. Aside from the limitations through the website on my desktop, there's really nothing negative I can say, only positive. I find ADP Workforce to be superior to other work force apps and websites. Pros ADP Workforce is a fantastic product all around. Very user friendly and easy to navigate. The features and support offered are superb and second to none in the industry. Cons I really have to say ADP makes you setup a different profile every time you join a new company which is fine but the problem is it does not link other historical data from previous jobs that used ADP. Pros I am very pleased with the ease of using the website. Super easy to navigate and the customer support is very helpful. Communication between employer and employee is a breeze. I appreciate that not only can I clock in on my computer but also my phone and any other electronic device. I realized I was on a learning curve so depended on ADP to truly be my assistant anytime I tried to learn a new focus or fix a payroll problem. I would give them an 8 out of 10 because though their help was sometimes delayed, I could always depend on them eventually to get me out of a bind. Pros Their products were inclusive of all phases of HR & Payroll so we always knew where to go when we had questions or issues. Cons Their customer service was good when you could get them on the phone! Since most issues required fast resolution, it was often times irritating to have to wait for a call-back. And sometimes, the call-backs would tell you that You needed to be re-directed to a different area for resolution so that only increased frustration and delay. It simplified the normal process that would require paperwork or emails that get lost much easier and response times to reqests much shorter. Pros ADP made it easy to keep up with clocked in hours, PTO availability, and PTO requests. It also makes it simple to retrieve check stubs and tax documents. Cons Can be difficult to navigate at first to get into HR/time off request sections. Locating tax documents was also difficult. Cons I would like to add days off retroactively, once payroll goes through I am cut off from making changes. Since we are all salaried, it would be easier to be able to make changes throughout the year.
