### "ADP is the easy solution for your employee needs"

January 12, 2024

5.0

As a user, it's all on the upside as it was easy to use as a manager with employees to keep track of and allowed us to easily get what HR needed from us as department leaders.

Pros

Easy to use interface and allowed us to manage our staff quickly and efficiently.

Cons

I'm aware of the cost so it's something to take into account for sure.

### "ADP Workforce? More like WorkHorse!"

July 16, 2023

5.0

I've found that this is one of the best programs that I've used so far for time keeping purposes.

Pros

This program all around is fantastic. Super simple in it's design, user friendly, while having options for more complex features.

Cons

The Employee benefits enrollment section is probably the one spot that needs some streamlining.

### "Never in my wildest dreams "

August 28, 2023

Cons

Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined the nightmare of working with this ‘company’. It’s like wrangling together children in the playground. The complete unprofessionalism that I have gotten by ADP workforce on the go. I Have requested year end documentation so I can continue my payroll with my new provider… it’s been over 6 bi-weekly payroll cycles and I’ve yet to receive them. I have a signed document from them CLOSING OUR ACCOUNT DATED BACK IN JULY, it’s now almost September and they were charging me. I’ve now had to take them to collection through my bank and lock them out of my account so no further withdrawals can happen. Can’t wait to wake up from this nightmare and spread the word that this so called company is just the absolute worst and I will make it a part time job to make sure I tell EVERYONE I can and the all the small businesses circles I run in… DO NOT USE ADP!!!

### "Great Program to use!"

September 19, 2023

5.0

Overall, Workforce Now has been a great tool for our company. The Bridge is a great tool if you want to try to problem solve something without reaching out to customer service! You can find almost any topic on The Bridge.

Pros

I love all the reporting options! I have yet to want a report that I can't find available to me within ADP Workforce Now. I also LOVE the new online chat function! Having to call in for customer service was such a waste of time, as it would take forever on hold before a representative was available but the chat function is AMAZING!!!

Cons

I disliked having to call in to receive customer service help but now they have an online chat function that is extremely helpful!

Reason for choosing ADP Workforce Now

Workforce Now seemed to have all the options we needed and then some. It was exciting to see the possibilities of what we could be using it for and not just what we NEEDED it for.

### "ADP Essential "

September 28, 2023

5.0

Pros

This ADP software is able to create each employee their own dashboard to keep track of all of their important payroll, paperwork, and access to tax forms

Cons

There are no real features on ADP that I did not like, it would be nice if they had more of an applicant tracking system involved, but helping with the onboarding process with this program has made my life a lot easier.

### "Controller/Consultant"

May 23, 2023

4.0

It handles very large and complex situations. With that complexity, simple setups can be more difficult. I tried to hang onto my setup people that understood our individual situation longer than they wanted me too. Their general ledger integration group is disjointed and lack follow through.

Pros

The processing is very easy. It has all of the bells and whistles you need for a large and/or complex payroll situation.

Cons

Their service personnel will often help you create a huge mess. About 75% of the time they are really good. the other 25% though, it would appear they are trying to help but they miss apply a fix that is not correct for what you needed. Sometimes it is a long struggle to get a complex issue in the hands of one of their good people.

Primarily the ability to setup the 401K within the same transition.

I really enjoy using ADP and feel very lucky this is who my company chose to use!

Pros

I think the ease of use and features of ADP are what makes it. Everything you need (Pay roll, time off, attendance, important documents or enrollments, etc.) is all in one easy to use online system.

Cons

At this time, I cannot think of a single thing I dislike about ADP!

### "Would Highly Reccommend"

January 26, 2024

5.0

Wonderful experience from inception to finishing the year and running W2s. They made a complicated process very stress free and easy to use every step.

Pros

The ease of use was great. I have used multiple systems and ADP by far surpasses quality, versatility, capabilities, and ease of use.

Cons

I do not have anything really bad to say. Customer support can assist with setting up any report you need for your frequently tracked areas, but making one on your own can be difficult. It's usually addressed upon setup.

### "A single robust application that will take care of most of your organizational needs."

June 17, 2023

4.0

ADP Workforce Now empowers us to effectively address our internal challenges so that we can better focus on our clients.

Pros

ADP workforce now streamlines our employee management system it also links with third party apps to sync with invoicing & other business functions. A single application that serves LMS, HR & Payroll is a nice addition to our business.

Cons

The most irritating thing about ADP is the 'reloads'. Whenever we click on any link or menu the entire page or the module reloads and it actually takes 3-4 seconds to reinstate, something which you don't expect from an application of this stature. The product is complicated to use & would require webinars & tutorials to get used to.

### "Ease and Convenient to use!!"

August 22, 2023

5.0

Being able to do all the payroll activities in one spot saves time and money. The associates like it because they do not have to flip back and forth from ADP and third party websites

Pros

What i like most about ADP, is the app can be accessed anywhere I need it. It is very convenient and easy to use. Being able to navigate the app is a must have for payroll these days. ADP makes it very easy to read payment stubs from the companies, which helps people how they are paid and how taxes are taken out.

Cons

The thing that I like least about ADP is that the benefits from the third party companies cannot be accessed in ADP. You always have to go to the third parties website to look up all your info. I wish ADP had insurance cards and other information from the third parties added to the site

### "Tragic Software & Ineffective Customer Support"

October 25, 2023

1.0

The overall experience with ADP has been an absolute train wreck, from implementation to current day and I am spending approximately 40 hrs per payroll speaking to customer support and accommodating their broken software as a result of all the malfunctions with their updates. Even though I was told there were multiple requests for higher management to contact me, I have not received a single phone call from anyone at ADP to apologize for misrepresenting what their product can do and costing our company thousands of dollars at this point in unnecessary staff time accommodating their broken systems. It has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have every had to deal with and would warn anyone considering this software to run as far away from is as you can.

Pros

There is nothing I can say here that is a pro. Everything that we were told ADP Workforce would be capable of is entirely untrue.

Cons

We were told our staff would be able to track time and cost centre through their ADP Workforce App. Employees were able to track their time, but not the cost centre. Because of this, I was having to manually enter timesheet information and cost centres every day for each employee.ADP completed an update and with that update I was unable to access any new cost centre added. They have not been able to resolve this in the 10 weeks since it began which means I am now having to manually enter timesheet information and substitute cost centres and then update our journal entry with the actual costs centres.Another update was completed and now not only can I not see new cost centres in the time sheets, I can no longer export them to excel or print a pdf or even copy them as text off the website.Since the upgrade an number of our employees have not received payment even though they were on the payroll register and our account was debited for the amount. We have also had occurrences of employees only receiving half of their pay even though their pay statement shows otherwise and our account was debited for a different amount. I was instructed to comb through to double check all information even though all information had been entered correctly on our end. Most recently, our payroll date was moved from the Friday the 13th of October to Monday the 16th of October without consent or consultation with our company which resulted in a number of our staff receiving NSF charges.

Reason for choosing ADP Workforce Now

We chose ADP because we were told it was capable of doing what we needed for our payroll.

### "Full circle - off at prior company, new company on ADP"

April 9, 2024

4.0

I have been using ADP at all levels for 15 years + at 4-5 companies. I migrated my prior company off of ADP onto a different platform. I left that company as we were migrating/implementing...and the new company is using ADP workforce now. I like the individual attention that the level of support we have, but in the prior companies we were generally stuck in the helpline mess or getting passed between next on call.

Pros

dependable, but always there. As long as you are not in the general support services line (which is poor) the business level service support is timely.

Cons

way too complicated. Not pure SaaS and is a mainframe type system.

### "Simplicity With ADP Workforce Now"

November 17, 2022

I’ve enjoyed learning to use and rely on ADP Workforce Now for all my workplace needs.

Pros

Cons

### "ADP Workforce Now is so-so for a small business"

February 25, 2021

4.0

Overall WFN is a pretty complex product, with features that most likely are impactful and necessary for larger companies. However, as a small business user, it seems cumbersome in some instances. But by far my biggest issue using this product is with the ADP Support. I have no dedicated support representative; I'm pretty sure every person working for their support is located in another country, and it generally takes me between one and 8 hours overall to get any type of problem fixed. That is not an exaggeration. And I know to expect that almost every time, the call will get disconnected and I may or may not hear back from that representative. Being 100% unable to rely on their product support to fix our issues can be a huge problem when the error involves payroll which is under a deadline!

Pros

The interface on the employee profile pages is pretty good. It's like a dashboard for each type of information for each employee (pay profile, employment profile, personal profile, etc.).

Cons

The reporting functionality leaves much to be desired from the user's perspective. I find it very difficult to locate a canned report containing the information I need, and the custom reporting can be difficult to use. We also use this product for PTO tracking, and the users find it difficult to figure out how to see all the details and manage their time off. I am constantly having to explain to them how to use it, when this feature should really be self-explanatory. In addition, administrators are unable to pull or print a calendar showing time off for all employees in a given time period. This seems like information that's crucial from a business perspective, but apparently if we don't pay for the Time & Attendance module, we do not get the full functionality of the PTO system. Disappointing, to say the least. Another big disappointment is figuring out how to use this product to distribute and track company policies that require signatures, print a report with the results, etc. I'm not sure it works at all....I have been unable to figure it out, and therefore gave up on that.

Overall its not a bad software to utilize. I've used it at several jobs in a variety of different ways both as the administrator and a standard user and each experience has been pleasant.

Pros

Cons

### "ADP workforce Now"

November 3, 2022

5.0

I am using ADP workforce Now tool since 2+ years. It is a complete package tool for time management and payroll, earlier we used to maintain the excel sheet for attendance but that manual work is replaced by this tool, you can the remaining leaves in the portal, can update or delete the attendance if marked wrong. The best thing which I liked is you can see all the payslips at single location no need to search here and there.I can access the ADP workforce through phone as well as through laptop. It is very simple and easy to understand & use.I like the robust feel of application, I think it has everything what I need.

Pros

ADP workforce now, is best for employees as well as employers, employee can mark their daily attendance, PTO's, overtime, different type of leaves, half day etc in ADP. Apart from attendance employee can their payslip in ADP workforce, do the declarations of investments, can see the tax regime and tax deducted. ADP workforce allow users to download the payslips as well as compare the payslips with previous month's .it is well developed platform.

Cons

To be very honest, most of the time I face glitches in ADP workforce tool, sometimes it shows error for me but not for my colleagues that is really strange. Also if you marked the attendance from time card and if you want to remove it, it's not easy ADP will give you an error for 1 or 2 times and later allows you to delete. The hold on customer service for a small issue is also sometimes frustrating for me.

### "Easy to Use and Easy to Manage"

February 1, 2019

4.0

Pros

Our company transitioned to ADP 3 years ago and in the past three years I have really grown to like ADP. - Easy to manage my PTO and see balances I can easily log into ADP and see how much balance is left. Previously I had to wait for my paycheck to look at it and keep note of it. Otherwise everything was stored on the SAP system and SAP codes were too hard to remember. I like the online platform a lot better with ADP. Apply for PTO is also a piece of cake. Simply choose the date (calendar is shown on right) and submit the hours. - Notifications ADP is really good about notifying the user if there is any mails waiting in the inbox. Any approvals or disapprovals, documents and announcements on ADP gets sent straight to my work email and it helps me to remember that I should go and check it out. - Everything in one place All my Paychecks, Tax Documents, Health and Dental Benefits, Policies etc are on one spot. They are all properly placed under specific tabs so after some clicking around I was able to easily get to the page I needed too. I also like that I can download my information and documents in a pdf format and store it computer for later access. I no longer have to email HR and ask for my tax document if I lost it or ask what is the health/dental plan i enrolled in. Even enrolling or changing the benefits plan is super easy and it is all done inside the ADP at the beginning of each year.

Cons

\- Outdated look I think ADP could enhance their website a bit more than what it is. I do like their simplicity however more helpful links in the front page would be nice so that I do not have to click through 3 pages to submit a PTO. - More details needed I would prefer each page to have some details on what this page is for and how it can be used. Some sort of front page explanation would be nice. The first few months I emailed my HR every single time to figure out how to do the simplest of things - Update takes time When there is an updated I have notice some delays. Whether it be on my PTO approval or my salary increase. The system updates takes the longest.

Pros

Cons

### "Robust workforce tool acting ethically but being incredibly burdensome"

January 11, 2023

4.0

Prior to ADP WFN, our payroll supplier lacked self-service functionality, and employees onboarding into the system regularly experienced glitches. Additionally, instead of combining branch and wages, doing so places an employee on two different lines. If there was a feature that allowed us to mix them, that would be good.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now offers a wide range of reporting options. I have access to a variety of pre-built modules and fields that allow me to plug and play the data I require for each employee. We were able to update and streamline our payroll with the aid of ADP, which greatly improved both the user and practitioner experience. Payroll, leave management, benefit deductions, and timecard punching are all handled by ADP Workforce Now. The fact that it is so interwoven is nice. Although it is meant to be used out of the box rather than being able to manually customise the experience, it is still rather user-friendly.

Cons

I like the new UI, but the platform's complexity makes it difficult to make it user-friendly. When so many handwritten entries are being regenerated, it is incredibly laborious and presents numerous chances for error. Their reporting function is a little difficult to use. It lists people on two separate lines if they work in two different departments in a single year. It is possible, but the resources that the person standing in for you has are severely constrained.

### "We have not had a very good experience with ADP. Would not recommend to those seeking a user-friendly system with good customer service."

January 16, 2018

1.0

ADP has been constantly pushing back on us saying that when the system was initially set up, it was rushed and not set up properly. So we gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked them to provide us with a list of courses to take. When we looked at the courses, it was realized by ADP and us that the page we had was different from theirs. Looks like we haven'#39;t even been getting the necessary updates for this either, not just the ATS. We are currently waiting for training material (half of which has to be paid for). I don'#39;t believe that training is going to fix all of the issues we'#39;ve had. Why else would it take months for things we request to be fixed? We have been unhappy for a while with this system. Through all of this we have been extremely patient and giving them the benefit of the doubt. We were told by an ADP representative that we were giving up. I have reason to believe that this is why our requests were stagnant for so long. Like ADP just threw their hands up in the air and said, why even help them, they'#39;re leaving anyways. We are very frustrated with this system, but even if we were entertaining the idea of switching to a different system, we still have jobs to do. So, why give up on us while the company is still paying you for your service? Totally backwards to me.

Cons

1\. Reporting is difficult to navigate and select. You can create a custom report, but don'#39;t be fooled. It'#39;s not as customizable as you need it to be. 2. You cannot find an employee by typing out their full name; it has to be either their first or last name and then the options will populate. 3. There is no onboarding functionality. We'#39;ve created so many of our own spreadsheets simply because this function does not exist. 4. You can change the status of an applicant, but you have to go into their profile in order to do so or select a checkbox that will bring up a different screen. Too many pages between what you would like to do, makes such a simple step in the hiring process very cumbersome. 5. The referral option is not customizable at all. We were excited about this functionality, but can'#39;t even use it because it cannot do what we need it to do. 6. Our ATS has not received any patched updates at all (ADP has known about this and is 'quot;fixing'quot; for the past 6 months). Our applicants can'#39;t even click the '#39;next'#39; button without a banner being in the way of it. We know that we have lost many applicants due to this. 7. I do not work in the benefits side of things, but I know that we had a big issue with many of our employees being provided with the wrong insurance due to a mishap on ADP. Took us months to correct. Many employees paychecks for almost a whole year were incorrect that we had to refund. 8. Registering to apply for a position is so difficult. You have to click on '#39;apply'#39; for the same job 3 times navigating to multiple different screens before you actually start applying. 9. There is no automatic feature to remind our managers to submit their time cards for their branches. This has to be done manually. We have to then submit the time cards individually at the end of every pay period. This takes a whole day for one person to complete, and we have about 250+ employees. 10. Customer service is atrocious. It was so bad that when we finally complained about it enough, they didn'#39;t really offer any fixes to the standing requests that we already had, but offered us a 'quot;white glove'quot; service that we would have to pay for just to get better customer service. 10'#39;s of hours are wasted monthly just to get someone that can help us. And then we have to call back again to see if we get the same answer twice, which more often than not, we receive a different answer.
