I find it easy to navigate, find documents, and manage my pay and taxes. Pros I find it easy to navigate and use. Anything from submitting time off or managing my tax preferences. I have worked at a few different companies that use this HR solution and it has made the transition between companies smooth. Pros I like that this can be accessed both in browser and with an app on my mobile device. Additionally, I like the ease with which Workforce Now allows me to view pay history and tax documents. Pros ADP Workforce Now has been a fantastic platform to work with since I began my current employment. The system is very user-friendly and easy to understand and makes managing my time and pay extremely efficient. Cons Navigation could be improved. I’ve also enjoyed the ability to control when and where the payment is going to Pros My favorite part of ADP workforce now is the transparency I get as an employee. I have been a part of other companies that have used different platforms and I think ADP provides the most intuitive dashboard which breaks down something that’s very complicated into something simplified. Cons I do wish there was a few more resources to understand all of the information that you do see on the dashboard without having to click around and figure it out. It works well on my phone and I usually get notifications about the updates in my company. It is a wonderful app. Pros This app is great to see my biweekly payroll. It is easy to use and I can track my time off requests. The customer support is great and very helpful. The communication and notification is through texts. It is great value for money. Cons Sometimes ADP takes so much time to load and makes us to change the password every 2 months for security purposes. The user functionality and access to resources and benefits is easy. Pros What I enjoy most is the capability of tracking of paystubs and taxes along with being able to customize the information for employees on the home page. Anything they need to know is there and they do not have to go through a whole process looking for documents. Layout it clean and user friendly. Cons what i like least is how often it updates and it was initially hard to sign up. if you have had adp in the past and switch jobs that use it, it’s hard for them to claim you and “release” you from previous job. It really helps streamline some necessary admin work, and it's nice having it all consolidated in one app. Pros ADP WFN is very intuitive, easy to use, and, best of all, efficient. It takes very little time to get the information I need or report was needs to be reported. Makes admin Fridays very easy! Cons I wish that when you submitted time for your Timecard it didn't automatically take you back to the top of the page. A minor inconvenience for sure, but an ever present one. The customer support was terrible and when they made mistakes it was horrendous trying to get them corrected. The one thing an employer cannot do is mess with people's paychecks. Pros Comprehensive payroll tools to help from on-boarding to payroll to reviews and termination. Cons Cost went up and every little thing became an add-on. Getting customer support was difficult. Paychecks were delayed or incorrect on several occasions and getting those fixed didn't seem like a priority. Alternatives considered [Paychex Flex](https://www.capterra.com/p/119841/Paychex-Flex/) Reason for choosing ADP Workforce Now They presented the ability to use different Charts of Accounts and provide a download to post payroll. It is easy to use, easy to navigate, and keeps everything in one place. Cons Sometimes certain features bug out/glitch on the app. If you are trying to clock in and clock out, the buttons will get stuck...not allowing you to do so. Also It does have good integrations with like OneLogin supporting multi-factor authentication which makes easy login. Cons I'm not sure of downside of ADP at this moment. You need a tax statement from a few years back you can easily access it without sending emails or making phone calls and waiting. Pros Being able to see my pay statements when available and tax forms. See deductions from taxes, my vacation time etc. Cons I shouldn’t not like this but all the security checks with codes to input. Pros I enjoy using this app. It it great at time tracking, communication is easy to use, it reports everything accurately, and I can always update my billing information at any time. It is definitely worth the money to use. Customer support is great for times whenever you need help and they are very professional. Cons Everything was considered to be great. I had no issues whatsoever. The only issue I have is when someone loses their number and it needs to be updated, but you’re unable to login with out it.
