In the world of integrated HR and Payroll systems, this probably as good as you are going to get. You must embrace the whole solution.

Pros

The tool is pretty powerful. You just have to use it all, which takes a bit of self-study. Manager usage is a plus.

Cons

Consulting support left a little to be desired. Like almost any payroll company, the payroll processing can be frustrating.

This isn't my first time using apt so I used to it. I really like a lot of things about it and I would defiantly recommend.

Pros

I like that fact that I can clock in and see my time all in the same app. I also love the calendar feature.

Cons

I dont like that sometimes it makes you go though so many steps just to clock in. I like when I able to just hit the clock in option.

They are easy to use and had a wide amount of products to choose from. My company used for quite some time.

Cons

They are a little less adaptable than other products I used but still overall a great quality product.

When I used it, it was a fairly good system to navigate and on the onboarding site it was great to use.

Pros

What I liked about ADP was that it was self-explanitory. It was an easy system to use, and it is an easy system to navigate.

Cons

The cons of ADP is the that it doesn't have a lot of the features that all other systems have. Like an AI system.

As I said I like it very much and when the boss decided to use QuickBooks I want to cry. ADP made my life easy

Pros

As an employee I used ADP, and it was fantastic you can do everything from your phone, clock In/Out, request for time off. I really miss it

Cons

The change of passwords every three months drives me crazy, you have a lot of passwords in your life to deal with APD too

Pros

ADP Workforce is an easy to use efficient time tracking software! Set-up is simple and straightforward.

Cons

It is not super flexible, but works for basic reporting. We have learned to use some work arounds to make it work for us.

i can use it on both my computer and phone and i can check my pay stubs and print them out look at my benefits and timecard

i cannot login to work from the app so if they had that available i mean this app would be the greatest

Overall my experience is pretty good as far as UI is concerned or its extensive reporting capabilities, except for the timely support in resolving queries.

Pros

It streamlines processing of the payroll with its intuitive user interface. It's dashboard is very user friendly and the reporting is top notch.

Cons

I have had issues dealing with the customer support of ADP workforce now where my issues took longer than usual to get a resolution and their response time is very weak.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now is helpful to reference whenever I need to see things related to my pay, my company policies, and time off accrual as an all in one option.

Cons

It’s not the easiest to find what I’m looking for within ADP Workforce Now. After using it for a few years now though, I’m used to locating what I need, when I need it.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now has really simplified the process of allowing team members to access all of their information without overwhelming management or HR.

It could be more intuitive to use. The UI is a bit clunky, and could use some rework on the menu flows.

Cons

Adding certain features would drive up the cost fairly quickly. There were some features that should be standard.

Pros

All in one time keeping and payroll capabilities. Also, it has a mobile feature gives employees access to see paystubs, hours and can be integrated to do taxes.

Cons

customer service is inconsistent when calling, trying to reach an actual person on the phone.

Pros

What I liked about ADP was that it was simple enough to navigate to and access your pay stubs to check hours and deductions.

Cons

What I did not like about ADP was that it had a lot of glitches. There were days where the login did not work.

Nice to use daily for clocking in and out, good to be able to see all clock times and approve timecard easily

Pros

It’s clean and easy to use, convenient for clocking in and out, nice to have mobile access (even though not all features are enabled through my work)

Cons

Less mobile access, timecard is hard to edit sometimes, hard to find certain features sometimes, security is nice but a little annoying to work around at times

ADP Workforce Now is easy to navigate and keeps everything in one place. I like how simple it is to clock in and out, view my pay statements, and track my PTO. The layout is straightforward, and it makes managing my work information quick and convenient.

Cons

Sometimes the system can be a little slow to load, and certain sections take a few extra steps to get to. It could be a bit more user-friendly in terms of reducing clicks and speeding up navigation.

Overall I got used to where everything I needed was and in general I found it user friendly. I found very useful that I could easily see the accruals for my PTO on real time.

Pros

Used it for three years in y previous company, all features related to Human Resources for the employee are together.

Cons

Paid time off requests are not very easy to edit or change sometimes; found myself having to cancel them and request again.
