You must embrace the whole solution. Pros The tool is pretty powerful. You just have to use it all, which takes a bit of self-study. Manager usage is a plus. Cons Consulting support left a little to be desired. Like almost any payroll company, the payroll processing can be frustrating. I really like a lot of things about it and I would defiantly recommend. Pros I like that fact that I can clock in and see my time all in the same app. I also love the calendar feature. Pros What I liked about ADP was that it was self-explanitory. It was an easy system to use, and it is an easy system to navigate. We have learned to use some work arounds to make it work for us. Cons Sometimes the system can be a little slow to load, and certain sections take a few extra steps to get to.
