I’ve been using this for about 3-4 years now, ever since my company added it to our systems/payroll. I basically check it weekly. It makes applying for loans very convenient, as you can easily pull up w2/pay statements on demand.

Pros

It’s very simple, nothing flashy, which makes it easy to navigate. It gets straight to the point. I can go back in last years and get paystubs, w2s, see vacation days etc. This is so much more convenient than things used to be.

Cons

Not too much I don’t like, maybe that it’s not using the most advanced technology? I could even be wrong on that. Really not much I see wrong.

### "Great Dashboard on browser good mobile app"

As long as I have my computer with me, this platform is great. If I am needing to use it on the fly, it can lead to some frustrations.

Pros

I really like the layout of their dashboard. it is easy to find what you are looking for and different category blocks for easy access to the things you use most. My PTO balance and calendar are close by each other and one of the first things I see when I log in. One category is "Quick Links" which is awesome for when I need to find something but I am not sure where to look. Overall it is really easy to use.

Cons

I am not a huge fan of the mobile app. If can do some of the functions but it seems MUCH more limited compared to the UI. This might have something to do with having a VPN on my computer but not for my phone but if that is the case it has not been easily accessible to find a solution provided by ADP.

employees are in total control over their time, deductions, etc. this saves time and money.

Pros

This platform is linear - anywhere you need to navigate is connected so circling back is easy. The backdoor for employees is amazing - they can mange their own time and W-2, stubs etc.

Cons

last year the 1099 process was a mess, the non automated parts are tricky. We submitted our request then it goes to a group of people printing them out in batches - it was frustrating but they fixed ours no cost!

It is easy to generate adhoc reports when I am asked for certain information. I can easily show new hires how to set up benefits and pay information as well as update their information.

Pros

I like that it is a user friendly software. Employees can go in and update information themselves. It is easy to enter the new hires into the system and to also download all documents with the correct titles. You can even add a second title if the one you have is generic. To reset passwords for you users is simple as well. Reporting is easy with the presets or to generate your own.

Cons

Sometimes when they have updates in the system, it removes some of my administrative access. And when calling support, it can be a longer process than you would like.

Reason for choosing ADP Workforce Now

It was a system that was in budget and offered what we needed and it can work with our other benefit providers systems to feed over correctly.

I've had a love/hate relationship with ADP. We've had a number of struggles trying to get the modules to work the way we need them to. With the recent major upgrade, it's been a very time consuming and frustrating ordeal finding a knowledgeable customer service person, and even then it seems that every CS call is a minimum of 45 minutes. They've assured me they are training people and getting better, but I haven't seen much evidence of that. We had a time off balance issue at the first of the year, and their explanation did not hold water. We still don't know how it happened. If it hadn't been for the fact that we went from ADP to Fidelity (6 months) to Ceridian (9 months) and back to ADP, I'd be considering other vendors. I sincerely hope it gets better. The issues I know of scare me enough. What about the ones we don't know?

Pros

Reputation of ADP and prior experience with them.

Cons

Customer service not knowing the software. CS not seeing the "big picture" and catching any other things that need to be done.

They are the industry expert and provide value added advice and service. I appreciated the implementation process and felt it was thorough.

Pros

The implementation process was very thorough and they provided value added advice when requested. There is a relatively high level of trust as they are the industry leaders and push out lots of helpful communication. This is in stark contrast to our previous payroll provider where there was absolutely no trust. So far they have been a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Sometimes there are functionalities that we used to have with our old payroll vendor that are not available with the industry leader. We'd like electronic forms to be signed and stored within employee's personnel records through ADP, but evidently that functionality does not exist at this time. Pay raises that occur in the middle of a pay period must be entered manually for that payroll which also feels like something they should've figured out how to automate by now.

Pros

I have found the software to be very intuitive and user friendly. Over the past year i have transitioned from a more solely managerial role to dealing with hands on clerical tasks daily. Through downsizing within our company I lost my HR administrative assistant whom had always handled the payroll data entry. Becoming the person now responsible for producing and submitting the three monthly payrolls meant I had to learn and pick up the routine duty in a short amount of time. The ADP Workforce Now software made my transition very easy. The customer service support staff has also been exceptional at those rare times I have needed to speak with a representative for additional information or guidance.

Cons

My only negative feelings came earlier on in my use of the system. Initially, I found some of the page design layouts to be a little frustrating; however, over the past year through updates and modifications by ADP, those frustrations have been eliminated. I am very pleased with its current design and find using the product very easy.

Pros

Very easy to access from any device. Viewing and menu is user friendly easy to navigate. I have used this on and off with different employers, it never disappoints

Pros

From an employee aspect - Using ADP has been extremely efficient!! The program labels everything clearly without any question or confusion! It allows you to update your time card so easily without hassle and be able to see your PTO; Vacation time or sick time without searching through a million different pages! I also enjoy how ADP reminds me which Holidays are Paid Holidays Off!! We have noticed other companies that make it difficult and confusing to get even the simplest of things done.

Cons

I honestly don't think I have any complaints or cons about ADP!

My experience with WorkforceNow has been absolutely amazing! As I mention It works with IOS and Android so I have it on my phone and I have my notifications on to let me know when I get paid or if there are certain documents that I need to look over! I recommend this to everyone!

Pros

What I like the most about this software is that it is super easy to use, making the system is very user friendly! The Self-Service portal for employees has been amazing. They even have an app for it on IOS and Android, which allows staff members to have access to their own information by just one click. Highly recommend this software!

Cons

One of the things that can be improved would be to see is a company calendar that will show all employees who is scheduled out for the day, but I also understand that every company is different and might have their own ways of putting out their schedules. Of course this software is still worth it!

I really enjoy ADP it is very easy to use and trustworthy. The site is easy to use and you can clock in and out on the main page. I would definitely recommend using ADP for companies because it would allow an easier way to clock in and keep track of hours worked, paychecks, and requested time off.

Pros

I really enjoy using ADP it's very easy to log in and out. I have used other payroll applications and the process was not as easy.I love that I can easily edit and update information. ADP has great customer service they are always available to handle any challenges you may face.

Cons

I think ADP can improve on their overall look and provide nicer dashboard options. It takes you a while to find the information you are looking for. When you have to update an address it changes every single pay statement in the system to that new address. Sometimes when trying to log in it takes awhile for the system to load and log me in.

Pros

I am able to get all my Payroll Information all on one easy-to-use app!

The only con is that you have to search your profile to find your employee number. the first time it took me over 20 minutes to figure out where it was.

As the gatekeeper of Human Resources functions on a daily basis, Workforce Now has been instrumental in keeping up with our payroll, benefits, and time. It is user-friendly in so much that our employees are able to use it with ease in checking hours worked, earned PTO time, and their benefits.

Pros

I like the overall ease of usage, its timekeeping abilities, payroll and benefits abilities to name a few.

Cons

There truly aren't any cons from a user-experience standpoint as I only have had positive benefits from the usage of this product.

Overall experience with WorkforceNow has been good. I am ok with the regular password changes to keep security up to date as well.

Pros

Its got all the time keeping, pay stub information in one place. One login to maintain all my W2, pay stubs, hours, etc. Easy to login from mobile and look at information, upcoming holidays, etc.

Cons

It is hard to download pdfs when logging in through your mobile. The views from the mobile version aren't as easy to navigate. Would like if that could be improved.

The best part of this software is the ability to quickly access your own and other employees payroll Data. W2 will quickly self upload to other softwares like TurboTax.

Cons

In my experience we did not have the access to change An I9 without the admin approval. It was not linked to E-Verify, so employment verification had to be done manually through the government website

Pros

I use it to enter payroll hours and manage vacation requests. Enabled to set up all requirements as per provincial and or federal requirements. Easy to use and agents love it.

Cons

The only area I would improve is the vacation request part. I would prefer for the vacation requests that are pending approval to be in a separate bin and not mixed with other alerts. Also, to access the vacation request, it's not super straight forward to open the request. Would prefer a big check mark or something similar.

Great! I am kept up to date on all my data and links to gather the details are provided. Any documents I need are always accessible.

Pros

Remote log in is easy to use and allows hybrid employment to be an option. I can log in from any location via the ADP Workforce Now App.

Cons

If you forget a punch, you can not use the portal to request a fix from your supervisor. You must contact your supervisor directly
