Pros The Document uploading process was unclear at times and could be more intuitive and streamlined. we were still able to manage. I think it’s a great tool to have in the workspace that is easy and simple for everyone to use. Pros ADO Workforce Now is easy to navigate and eveything is set up in a very organized manor. Also, they implement a lot of different tools for customer support. Had a lot of difficulty working with this system as it is not intuitive. Pros Payroll functions and reporting capabilities of this system worked vey well. Ability to run numerous types of reports. Cons Quirky system that is difficult to manage and learn. Not very user friendly. Payroll works great but other areas are difficult, and you have to pay for each add on which is expensive. I would definitely recommend it to others who would like an easy and user friendly experience. Pros I am an employee and not an admin so from my perspective it was easy to navigate and find tax statements, pay rates, and easy to add my time and attendance. Cons Every so once in a while when trying to select codes in the timesheet area, the drop down menu would not work as it should. However, overall I have had a great experience. Pros I mostly used it for pay card services and I found that it worked very well. Information updates in the system very quickly, so any changes that I made, employees were able to act on right away. I'd rather work with this system than learn a new system from another company with fewer features and a less experienced representative staff. Pros Very efficient and user-friendly. Even though setup is a newer look, it's still easy to navigate. I have been using ADP Workforce Now for a very long time, and the improvements made over the years are tremendous. Cons If there is a need to call in and I do not get my dedicated rep, it seems like the other reps do not quite know how to handle the issues I may be having and usually have to send a message to my rep to call me back. Notifications, feature access have always worked. Proper advanced notice for systems update or temporary restricted access. Pros Very easy to navigate and use. If you’re using it on your phone or computer everything is just a click away. Cons I don’t have any dislikes I’ve used this system for many years, and has always been great. Cons unable to pull reports for locations employees punch in/out customer service can take some time to get ahold of. Switched from [Paychex Flex](https://www.capterra.com/p/119841/Paychex-Flex/) Paychex made many promises to get us to switch from ADP to Paychex, they did not follow thru with the majority of those promises and the things they said the app could do for us it did not. Found it difficult to use effectively" February 26, 2025 3.0 Overall, although we retained ADP as our primary payroll provider, we discontinued use of Workforce now in favor of multiple platforms that more effectively fit our needs Pros I like that there is sych a wide variety of functionality and depth of resources available for managing nearly all aspects of business, for HR to Accounting, Employee Benefits, Documents Management, Intranet etc. Cons We found that the software over all was clunky, cumbersome and nit user friendly or intutive. Employees struggled to learn to navigate the varioua skilss needed to build the tools for each area of functionality. When usjng pre-built templates instead, users often found them difficult to navigate and hard to find needed information quickly. Review Source KD Kieran D. I understand this may be for security purposes, but my computer already locks itself after 30mins. Pros ADP, as opposed to some of the other apps I've used, kept time tracking and time cards organized in an intuitive way. Cons I found the need to continuously log in again (if the app wasn't used for more than 30mins) to be more of a bug than a feature. Review Source AT Ann T. The reports for viewing things such as tax forms, pay rates, hours worked, and time off are quick and easy to access. Pros ADP Workforce Now is an all in one payroll management tool. It is easy to use, efficiently tracking hours and making it effortless for an employee to clock in and out, track time worked, and view reports for time off, hours worked, and pay rates. It makes my life easy to check everything related to my pay and employment details. Pros I can use my schedule to input entries automatically for my time sheet. In addition, if there is anything that needed to edit, I can do it manually as well. It also adds my overtime worked along with the locations I worked at. I can view/download my paystubs and edit my personal information without the hassle of contacting HR. Cons The mobile app version is less compatible than the desktop version. I can’t input my time entries using the app and I have to login in to desktop to do so. It goes the same with editing my information as well. Review Source MH Mark H. It has been good for us to use for New Hire situations during different seasons of the year. Pros ADP Workforce Now has useful functions for company payroll and we have utilized it at times during different periods of the calendar year. It has good functionality and human resource capabilities. Cons It is not very appealing to the eye compared to other payroll and HR software and platforms. It is also decent using ADP Workforce Now on mobile but not great. Switched from [QuickBooks Enterprise](https://www.capterra.com/p/174984/QuickBooks-Enterprise/) This was a brief switch to account for seasonal hires during a portion of the calendar year.
