### "Payroll is decent"

Pros

The payroll functionality usually works and employees get paid.

Cons

The software is lagging way behind competitors. It is slow, clunky, isn't a responsive design, and it is not very configurable. Customer service is also horrendous.

### "ADP Workforce Now - client for 3 years"

Obtaining assisstance from the Central Service Center is sometimes not the best. Clients do not have dedictated support from central service therefore the client has to understand their specific programming in ADP to be sure that they explain the details and the solution provided does not impact other areas within their set up. ADP has been responsive and appears to be increasing customer service through a dedicated representative and payoll account manager.

Pros

Easy to use, able to be implemented within a tight time line, improvements to the platform are included in quarterly updates, security of data.

Cons

Enhanced time is the timekeeping platform that interfaces with Workforce Now. Ehanced time has too many connection to server errors that occur and is not able to handle complex attendance and pay rules without users taking actions on timecards and within the attendance module. Workforce Now users are most successfull when they dedicate time to attend training classes provided by ADP. If time is tight then it is difficult for the user to increase their knowledge of the system capabilities.

Pros

I like the peace of mind I have with ADP handling our company's payroll data. I have 100% confidence that I will be able to access the information I need with ease as well as generate and build custom reports to fit the type of project I am working on. ADP helps me do my job better and more efficiently, and who doesn't love that?!

Cons

Sometimes system updates can be buggy or create a domino effect of other, unintended issues.

### "Great - intuitive & has all the features I need"

Great - not life changing or anything, but it has been one of the better clock in/out programs I've worked with. I assume we had such a great transition to this software because our staff and the ADP staff worked well together to make it fit our needs, so while I don't work with the ADP support staff, I imagine they are good.

Pros

It's intuitive, I can figure out where things are that I need to access. I don't need to do complicated things with ADP, so it works great for me to clock in and out , to request time off, and look at pay stubs. Pretty intuitive - we changed to ADP recently and I was able to figure everything out on my own very quickly.

Cons

I have an old phone, and it won't work on that operating system on the web, so I can't sign in on my phone. I've heard there is an app, but again, old phone and can't use that. So what I like least is that I can no longer sign in and out on my phone, but I'm probably the one of a handful of people that will have this issue. Also, one time it didn't like my password so I had to change it a bunch, and I hate not being able to use a password I've used previously, because now it's one more thing to remember, but I bet all systems are like that.

### "Vital Tool for HR"

We use workforce now in Human Resources to monitor employees wages/time in attendance/ and accrued holidays/sick leave. As a user I would use it to view this information as well as clocking in for work each time to allow for time management.

Pros

I love the easy navigation and simplistic set up of ADP. It's easy for employees to create accounts and login to monitor time off/ payment history/ clock ins. I have been both on the administrator side of this software as well as being a user who used it to clock in for work and monitor my time. It's pretty easy to learn and is efficient for any workplace.

Cons

I think the user interface could be updated a bit and use a face lift. While everything is simple, I think it doesn't give off a minimalistic design rather an outdated look. A new look could allow for a different interaction and even more simplification when using ADP.

Overall, it was not pleasant working with ADP Workfoce Now.

Pros

What I liked the most about the product was that it handled payroll really well.

Cons

I did not like the customer service that was associated with the product. I was given 5-6 account managers within a span of a year and none of them fully helped me out. Their interface is pretty outdated and hard to navigate.

Pros

ADP has worked really hard over the years to make ADP user-friendly and streamlined for all HR needs.

Pros

I gotta say to find anything positive about this is very difficult. But the system is full of bells, whistles, report options.

Cons

Their web interface is plagued with browser incompatibility , slow responses, bad technical support that blames the end user first.

### "Employee Ease-of-Use"

Pros

Overall, this software has what you need. It is able to keep track of hours, paid time off, salaries, pay periods, benefits, etc. It has it all there in one convenient place, so it is helpful. I know many companies choose to use it because it covers all the bases.

Cons

From an employee accessing their information perspective, the site is hard to navigate. All the information is eventually there, but it is not intuitive. There is a learning curve with navigating the site to find one's benefits or pay period expectations. It could be more easily set up for the consumer to learn.

Pros

We use ADP Workforce now all of the time. We love how easy it is to make changes, how easy it is to access, and how quickly our requests are processed. We also love that fact that certain changes are time stamped so we can always trace our steps. ADP is really a great app. The customer service is also wonderful, any time our company has had to call to request help or changes, they are their immediately to help.

Cons

Changes to the software seem to come quickly. It would be nice to be notified and possibly have a tutorial sent out explaining changes.

My overall experience was negative with this software. It doesn't need to be this complicated.

Pros

It is a very robust software that allows employee data to be stored and accessed.

Cons

The system is antiquated and not user-friendly. Finding simple employee data is too complex and requires searching through multiple screens of information.

### "A constant headache"

Pros

There is very little that I like about ADP Workforce Now. It has a good visual layout and is overall stable, without frequent downtime. The customer support mainline is actually surprisingly helpful although wait times can be a bit long.

Cons

Reports are always suspect. Standard reports are oddly set up in a way is not usable or desirable that I am familiar with. We frequently find errors or unexpected changes or issues that are caused by ADP not user error. Our assigned account rep knows next to nothing and does not follow up or follow through. Requested a replacement 6 months ago but that has not yet occurred.

### "easiest way to keep payroll and hours in check"

I love I can keep all my employees schedules and copy on to the following weeks. Most of the work is done for payroll through, keep control of the hours. Check all of the employees log in, clock in and out. Great Software

I have used 2 different versions of it on 2 different jobs, I think all the companies need to upgrade to computer log in and out. Do not like the old punch clock

Pros

As an employee I've used many different similar products, but nothing has been so well-implemented as ADP WorkforceNow. I can access all the information I need at all times. Everything integrates well and seamlessly.

Cons

It feels a little hodge-podgy sometimes with all of the things put together and integrations. I love that it has such huge breadth, but it could be nicer if it felt more like all one piece of software.

Ease of us in tracking time off, clocking and out, and more robust views of time taken and time management at work.

Pros

We use this to manage clock ins and time off at our company and it's probably the most user-friendly UI for its interface I have ever used. Really ease to submit a day off using the calendar functions and gives you a lot of transparency on the time off you've taken and why.

Cons

Sometimes the website is down, but I'm honestly not sure if it's their hosting servers or our network that is causing that issue sometimes. All I know is that every once in a while, it seems down for maintenance.

### "Excellent tool for managing payroll"

User friendly payroll management.

Pros

If I were to have written this review a couple months ago, the content would be a bit different. Recently, ADP completely refreshed the interface and made it super easy to use. I can easily see and approve timecards for employees, manage my own time and time off requests, and see relevant information about my employees (pay, seniority, etc). The interface is now dead simple to use and aesthetically pleasing. I no longer guess at where I'll find what I'm looking for. Kudos to whoever designed this interface.

Cons

It would be great if there was more data visualization and reporting. Currently, there's nothing that allows for the easy visual exposure of time patterns (leave abuse, overtime, etc.). It could be more functional in that realm.

### "A great product by a great company"

Pros

The ADP family of products is great, knowing that you are working with a company who will support you no matter what you run into. The peace of mind we get working with them is second to none. This program is very easy to use and to train new agents or administrators on depending on how you have it configured and what you intend to do with it. We have used this for quite some time now and we are thrilled with the product.

Cons

The cost is one of the only issues we aren't very fond of but when it comes to the product, it is easy enough to use and train new people on. It can be a little slow at times and lag but I'm sure that is a combination of our computers, different processes going at the same time, and the program itself. Overall we are happy with this product and don't have too many complaints.

System is scalable and it makes it easy to serve all types of employees - 1099 and W2

Pros

The app puts all of the company’s HR processes into a single dashboard where you can manage all your employees’ benefits, holidays, etc.

Cons

Reports are not always easily understood. Not intuitive. I have to refer to documentation or the help feature to understand how to use/run certain reports.

All in one HR/payroll package that can be easily access from anywhere. Robust features that handles all of our needs.

Pros

I like the features it offers. We have a complete HR/Payroll solution all in one. I like that I can access it from anywhere and don't have to count on a work server to deliver what I need. The time management product is superior.

Cons

It has issues transferring data from one module to another. Sometimes our benefits don't connect with our deductions and that causes large problems on our end. There are so many little check boxes in the background that we were not aware of and it has caused issues on the benefits end for us as well. I wish there was a way for us to know all the little neuances before they cause us problems. Our Controller does not like that the gl interface does not give her details.

Overall experience was fine, didn't face many challenges.

Pros

I think this too is quite easy to use and if you are a small company that wants to manage the payroll this tool is best. The UI is good and is quite easy to understand for a new user.

Cons

If you have to use this tool to run the payroll for a large number of consultants then there are multiple challenges. There are not enough predefined templates to be used so that users have to do less manual work. Also, the customer support is not that responsive.
