### "Clocking in made easy"

Pros

I liked the fact that this program has an app you can use on your mobile phone as well. We used it for both time clocking and we also used it for performance reviews. We never had any issues with it.

Cons

The only thing I disliked was that when I used the app to clock in, it keeps track of where exactly your location was when you clocked in. I guess if you are an employer who has issues with people clocking in before they are actually at work that makes sense, as an employee however I felt a little "big brothered".

My experience with WorkforceNow has been positive and I'm currently in the process of adding more features to my current services to provide a more effective ways of doing my job.

Pros

They stay up to date with improving and upgrading there services to work with the always changes laws and regulations. They are very prompt with informing us new changes and offer real good deals on new programs.

Cons

Nothing that I like least about this software

I am thankful for customer service, because we have had a few bumps. Employees are paid different rates for working after 5pm. Sometimes this is executed well, and other times we have had to make adjustments.

Pros

I like that it is easy enough for employees to use, and that you can see all of the information that you need to.

Cons

Sometimes when there are holidays or with different pay rates for employees based on time, it can get a little dicey.

It made the hiring process a lot easier using the recruitment module, open enrollment with the self service piece was quicker and easier on both the HR department and employees. I also liked the fact employees could look up information about themselves if needed.

Pros

The recruitment module was very nice and the fact it fed into the HR piece when you hired someone.

Cons

At the time I used it you could not upload documents into the employee profiles - this might be a feature they have added since that time The customer service was lacking - almost non existent

Overall, I am extremely pleased with this app. I use it on a weekly basis to keep track of my PTO, pay, benefits and withholdings.

Pros

It allows access and visibility to your information 24/7. The app is very easy to use and navigate through.

Cons

I wish all companies would utilize this app so that I could manage my information all under this one app.

ADP Workforce allows me to clock in and out with ease, as well as see my paychecks, time off requests, and everything else related to my employe. Love it!

Pros

I love how simple to use ADP Workforce is, especially from the mobile app. It allows my clock in and out, as well as monitor my paychecks and benefits with ease

Cons

As of late the mobile app has been having some glitches but nothing detrimental to the usage of the tool overall

Pros

I don't really have any dislikes and I haven't found any flaws.

I would not want to use any other payroll software. Whatever need has come up, whatever complicated calculation, whatever interface you could possibly think of, ADP has risen to the challenge and has not let me down.

Pros

ADP keeps me updated with all the new regulations and law changes taking effect, then helps me along the way by updating the software to accommodate those changes. They even have warnings which pop up when a change is made to one screen, which could effect another related area. ADP makes my job a LOT easier!

Cons

It is not as "data entry" friendly as it used to be. Too much time taken moving back and forth from keyboard to mouse to enter data.

Overall not the software for me. There is much better on the market for similar pricing.

Pros

It functions as advertised. You can pay people, track changes, hire/terminate/onboard, etc. It offers all components of an HRIS/ATS

Cons

Reporting is very challenging. There are many little rules that ensure inaccurate reporting. The onboarding and performance management tools are very weak. There is no depth to them at all.

Very easy to find any benefits, log on to Kronos through it, manage taxes and DD through the portal. Update any info.

Cons

The benefits do get confusing because we have icons for each benefit then one that is benefit solver which takes you to a data base which is a little confusing

I have been working with WFN for over 3 years as our Payroll Manager. Over 25 years in Accounting/Payroll.

Pros

Overall, very through HR/payroll system. Great support and training by ADP.

Cons

I do not like the fact that when I terminate an employee along with their benefits, it voids their deductions. If this is during a pay period, I would have to manually enter the deductions for the last paycheck. In order to avoid manual input, I have to wait until after the next pay period to terminated them. This does not give me an accurate headcount.

I log in and out every day using WorkforceNow, request vacation and sick time, approve my time card and can see my retirement account grow using this software.

Pros

Whether it's signing in for work, requesting time off or looking in on my 401K, it's not hard to find what you're looking for off the home page after signing in.

Cons

The fact that I have to sign in and out for work by the minute - but that's not the fault of Workforce!

1\. Payroll runs smoothly 2. For employees, the software is pretty intuitive and user friendly 3. Learning bytes and the bridge are very helpful resources

Cons

1\. Support is a call center vs. a dedicated individual - hold times during peak times can be extremely long 2. Too many different contacts for different areas within WFN (i.e. benefits vs. talent vs. performance mgmt) 3. The responsibility for setup and ongoing maintenance falls on our organization, unless we want to pay additional fees (i.e. annual benefits open enrollment)

Pros

Workforce has flexible payroll allowing for multiple pay frequencies. It makes hiring, editing and termination easy to manage. It is easy to use and training material available.

Cons

It takes time to get your business setup but will save you time in the end.

Pros

It is very straight forward system for the most part and once I am shown step by step process, I follow it and it works. I also enjoy the What's New PDF on the upcoming changes because it gives me a heads up. I also really enjoy the representative when I need assistance. They are very, very helpful. They follow-up via email or the phone when needed. There are few I correspond with via email if an issue arises and I don't have to wait on hold. I am very grateful for the step by step process they type put and send over to me so that I can use for future reference.

Cons

What I would like ADP to work on is have more job aids available for simple processes like a new employee using the time sheet for the first time. If I have any issues, I have to call in, wait on hold to get a 2 minute answer. That option needs to be created and/or improved. Also, improve the Support section to be more user friendly. I frequently log on and check if there are issues to see if there are solutions from other ADP users before calling the representatives. Sometimes the links are not active and solutions posted are not updated.

### "Bait and Switch"

The CSR implementing the software was unresponsive and I got login credentials a day before I had to submit payroll. They didn't set up all the tax numbers. So, 2 months later I am having quebec source deductions returned to me. We were told that the system integrates with QBO, it doesn't. We were told that employees could apply for and be approved for time off on line, the portal only allows them to see their paycheques. Paid Time Off can only be accrued and tracked as a % of pay. No tracking possible in the HRIS. The HRIS is only a bunch of templates and some articles. It's a joke. We went from a fully automated system down to a purely manual system that we need to use excel to track all PTO and manually calculate taxes and override in ADP. Plus we cannot use the chat or email support, only phone support that takes 2-3 hrs to access. The sales people disappear once they've sold you a system. They won't return your emails or calls even when you say you will give them more money!!! It seemed like a bait and switch scam. There is no recourse other than to find another payroll system.

Pros

The platform looks nice. Fairly easy to find things.

Cons

Does not integrate with QBO. Does not have a robust HRIS - only a couple templates and some articles. No tracking of any kind. Accrues vacation as a % of pay only. Does not accrue using hours. Portal only allows employees to see paystubs and T4's. Cannot view Paid Time Off accruals through the portal. Cannot apply or be approved for PTO through the portal.

Pros

I have found the ADP WorkForceNow application highly functional, easy to use and intuitive. It is easy to organize staff members and search for information, and add and delete information as needed. Great for pulling reports and data.

Cons

I have no cons on this product - updates and added functionality are rolled out frequently enough. Good foundation, great product. I highly recommend.

### "Robust always evolving system"

Paperless onboarding and electronic document storage make finding necessary documents for auditors a breeze and are very easy to setup. The work number helps cut down on the number of VOE's and they are constantly adding new things to their marketplace which integrate easily with ADP.

Pros

If you can dream it up ADP can do it and there will be frequent releases of improvements based on the feedback you provide!

Cons

Sometimes the system is glitchy when an improvement is about to be released

overall it has gone well, their tech support is knowledgeable and friendly. They are respectful as you are learning how to use their software and how it best suits your companies needs.

Pros

I have enjoyed the ease of use when It comes to processing time cards as well as the notifications for PTO,TONP, and Vacation requests. It is brilliant how it calculates the usage to ensure that there are no overages as well as the warning when it is a salary employee who receives different days off that are payed under their contract. Making adjustments are a breeze when a rep forgets to clock out or they had a computer issue that caused a delay. Additionally it lets me see quickly when attendance issues arise.

Cons

I do not really have any, it was a set up issue that we resolved with how our work weeks are calculated.

I would recommend it if you dont want to do your own payroll, doing your own payroll is even more difficult that this software.

Pros

It is easy to use once you get the hang of it, but it takes years to get the hang of it.

Cons

hey are not very friendly to customers that are new to the platform. Your calls are of many and the response time to get help is not fast. Very hard to manage time off, vacation pay etc. You basically have to do it on your own and they just copycat what you have.

Pros

The user (employee) interface is straightforward.

Cons

As an admin, reports are impossible to build unless you attend several training sessions and webinars. Even with training, it's still unnecessarily complicated for practitioners and admin users to take advantage of reports. Also, their structure is very bureaucratic, to an extent that their technical support does not understand their own access control. The responsible officer left my company in March 2021 and I took over from her. Until this day, I often face problems calling support and they deny service because I am not on the list of "authorized users". Every time I need to explain the same story, lose a fair amount of time doing so, just for them to conclude that "I was not included in some specific ADP list". VERY frustrating.
