Pros The interface and dedication to upgrading the product regularly to make sure we're getting the most use out of it. I love the SmartCompliance section as well. Cons The regular maintenance updates and lack of notifying us-- causing some glitches on payroll day. There need to be some more tweaks with the termination wizard. It would be nice if there was also a new hire wizard similar to that of term wizard (for first pays). The support has been okay - not always as responsive as we'd like, but when we've had issues we have been able to get them resolved. Pros WorkforceNow is miles above many other HR software I have used in terms of user-friendliness. It has a very straightforward layout and menu, and the basic things (entering vacation requests, etc.) are really easy. It allows us to upload documents into employee files to create a one-stop-shop for people to find information about their employment. We also use it for payroll and it works well for that. It actually feels like it belongs to this century, unlike a lot of other systems! Cons Reporting is a bit clunky (though there are lots of options). I don't love that there's a separate page to sign in as an administrator - too many clicks to do that. We tried a couple of other modules and found them really lacking. The recruitment module is really not great - very basic careers page and we found the back-end to be way too complicated for what we needed. Pros Between the desktop version and the mobile version, ADP offers everything i need to keep track of my hours, pay and retirement account. You have the ability to adjust and manage how your retirement withholdings as well move your investments around. Cons i have nothing negative to say about ADP at this time, i've been using ADP for the last 2 years and it allows me to do what i need. Research market Market Research Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Payroll management " January 4, 2023 4.0 My overall experience I would say it was okay other than that it's cool Pros The most powerful impact for this was getting to see my paycheck 2 days before the deposit it is a great thing to use for payroll like I said it shows you everything you need to know in all your stuff too. I really would not be able to perform all of the job duties that I have without ADP. I especially appreciate the Onboarding, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent module. Pros Without ADP, I would spend numerous hours doing things manually. They are always constantly improving, making modules easier to navigate, and adding features that save time to all of those with many responsibilities and hats. By having the right combination of modules, ADP makes my job easier and I could not imagine performing my job without ADP. Cons During transitions or improvements, there are a lot of flaws to the systems that can cause big issues. ADP Representative don't seem to be caught up and updated with the software and sometimes they don't see to know what they're talking about. Manager has the option to review the time sheets before approving it. Pros you can see your pay stubs and see the graphical charts to visualize your deductions. Taking time off using ADP is very streamlined and it gives the user option to see monthly, current, week to date time sheets. Cons Still uses adobe flash player which is outdated. Pros All company documents are available you to and stored so you can reference them very easily. It is also does a great job of keeping track of your time off and sick time. Easy to request and make changes to it as well. It also comes with a bunch of lifemart discounts and reward. Cons That it automatically takes a break from you of you work over 7.5 hours. Sometimes there are circumstances in which I dont take a break then my time card needs adjusted. Pros This software has been a godsend for our organization, allowing us to quickly manage our pay information, tax forms, and even our time off. With a few clicks, I'm able to manage my time off requests, see how much vacation I've accrued, and also all of my historical pay and tax information - which is GREAT to have under a single roof so to speak. Cons I dislike how the time off calendar isn't as intuitive as it could be, it really could be improved - especially when requesting multiple days off, it can be cumbersome to get aligned. It’s a great tool if you have not shifted to it yet Pros There are several things I like about ADP: 1. It’s available on web plus as a mobile application. 2. You can see breakdown in several ways like amount, percentages making it easier to understand where all you paid taxes. 3. The User interface is really easy to understand and you can literally see all the information you will need on 1 single page. 4. It auto saves the tax documents Cons Although the App is great I feel sometimes I see lag and the app behaves slow. All the reports and tax related information is autoupdate Cons When new integration or acquisition comes up, building everything on mainframes and eprise is two tier task. Pros I enjoyed the spectacular customer service. If I ever had an issue navigating the software, a customer service agent would help me almost immediately. Cons The software was sometimes difficult to log into during peak-usage times. This generally happened when a holiday of some sort was approaching. Pros I love ADP as it is easy to use and as a manager to look for information about employees it is very easy and reliable. Cons Down time or updating time was very long at times. Helps us track hours and times, so that I can concentrate on other things and not have to chase down my staff . Pros We use ADP features, for several things, most important being tracking of employee hours, compensation, among other things. We require employees to clock in using the ADP app daily, and to clock out at the end of their work day. It's easy, password protected, and is sent right to the administrator. Cons Very rarely are there errors, at the end of a pay week, when that day for change over comes, but some of the staff report that they cannot view their times on these days.
