### "The payroll and HRIS product needed for a workforce with many divisions with complicated pay"

March 9, 2026

4.0

Overall, ADP WFN was a great partner and provided all our needs. They always had great customer service. We used just about all their products from recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, payroll, benefits, performance, tax and banking, COBRA, garnishment services, etc. I also had the privilege of serving a couple years on their advisory board. This showed me how much they care about their product and their customers.

Pros

The individualized customer service. The product is great and covers your needs but needs updating. For the most part, the modules have a seamless work flow.

Cons

The need for updates and easier navigation. Some of their modules just need an "updated" look and feel.

Americana was more of a financial platform. It was also outdated. We were limited with features and people management. The company was growing and it was an essential move. Those who were involved with company deployment and implementation were not experienced so it was a challenge for us. We did get through it but a company with IT experienced employees working with the team of users would have made the experience better.

### "Years of Ongoing Issues with Tax Compliance and Support"

November 12, 2025

3.0

My overall experience with ADP Workforce Now has been disappointing. Over the years, we’ve faced ongoing challenges with tax compliance errors and an implementation process that was poorly managed from the start. Customer support has often been difficult to reach, and when issues arise, resolution times are extremely long. The system itself is robust in theory but overly complex in practice, making simple tasks take far more time than they should. While ADP offers a wide range of features, the lack of reliable support and efficiency has made the platform frustrating to use and difficult to trust for critical HR and payroll functions.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now offers a comprehensive range of HR and payroll features in one platform. When everything works correctly, it’s convenient to have payroll, benefits, and employee data integrated in one system.

Cons

The biggest issues were with tax compliance and the long turnaround time to resolve problems. Errors often took months and even years to correct, which has created frustration, extra work, and a lot of liability in late fees in penalties.

### "Seamless & Easy transition"

December 28, 2025

5.0

We use the biometric timeclock provided by them and it has saved us a lot of time and made payroll a much quicker process. It also helps to hold our employees accountable to show up to work on time. The implementation team made the process seamless and easy for everyone involved.

Pros

The ADP platform is very intuitive and user friendly. Their customer service team is top notch and has solved all my questions with one call or email. We use the biometric timeclock provided by them and it has saved us a lot of time and made payroll a much quicker process. It also helps to hold our employees accountable to show up to work on time. The implementation team made the process seamless and easy for everyone involved.

Cons

I have not had a single issue with ADP Workforce Now. We will continue to use ADP for many years to come.

### "great payroll processing, lack of quality customer service"

November 17, 2025

4.0

As far as processing payroll and getting people paid ADP is great. Trying to work with them programming advanced reports or General Ledger programing it gets pretty frustrating.

Pros

Payroll processing efficiency and accuracy is their strongest asset. When there is something that is out of the ordinary it is difficult to find the right person to assist you.

Cons

When working with ADP we never get to work with the same individual, resulting in a long discussion of us trying to explain our problem over and over again. You cannot call the same person, and no one takes any responsibility for accountability for advice given or action taken.

### "Simple but safety issue"

February 3, 2026

5.0

Amazing, clear, simple, daily use, neew an update on the safety and security. But nothing was flag other than that.

Pros

easy to use, friendly user, simple, everything is there. I love the feed, so my boss can post some information or learning process quickly.

Cons

The safety and security. It's been a couple time in a short time frame that all employee need to change their password because we hav an alert saying someone try to connect and it was spam to us.

### "A Learning Curve That's Worth It"

October 21, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with ADP Workforce Now has been pleasant - the amount of assistance I've received from our ADP team has proved to be worth the price, and after a few learning experiences, it's a simple software to use as long as you know where to look. It's modern, it's fast, and ADP as a whole is very transparent with maintenance & shutdown times.

Pros

The feature I appreciate most about ADP Workforce Now is the customer service. Each person on our ADP team has been more than helpful and is willing to answer any question, no matter how many times you've asked. I'd say the ease of use comes with practice and depends on how complex you want your dashboards - for my company, we do not utilize the time tracking function, but have found that ADP is one of the most widely integrated softwares out there - it can essentially talk to any app.

Cons

One thing that I dislike about ADP Workforce Now is that it can feel overwhelming at times if you don't keep up with the meetings, and if your company does not have the time to prioritize it. I will also note that some of the courses are outdated - it's possible there may be some human error involved, but many of the courses on ADP Learn to help you get used to the software do not function properly.

### "The trendsetters of work efficiency "

October 25, 2025

4.0

I have had a very good experience with ADP Workforce Now. I would say that they are the app that kicked off the trend of empowering the employee. From being able to clock right in and out from the comfort of your own mobile device, to accessing your own check stubs and being able to update important information for your company to keep them in the loop. This app is truly amazing!

Pros

Clock feature, very easy to use, you have the option to use your fingerprint or FaceID (depending on your phone type), request time off/edit your time clock, paperless check stubs, paperless tax statements, update personal information directly from the app for HR

Cons

I’ve had multiple employers through ADP and depending on how far back I was not able to access my older tax statements, customer service

### "Honest feedback on ADP "

February 10, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been nothing but positive, from managing timecards to benefits implementation; they make it very user-friendly, and I enjoy that.

Pros

Ease of use is definitely my favorite thing about ADP - I like that everything is organized, and you can easily check on time tracking as well as reports. Customer support is always very helpful, and they have top-notch communication. You definitely get what you pay for: quality service and value for money.

Cons

I would have to say the main Home page- I love the fact that they have several items posted. However, it looks too crowded for my liking

### "I do not recommend ADP"

October 28, 2025

2.0

I don't like ADP. I've used it at 3 different companies over the last 10 years and my last experience with it was very poor.

Pros

ADP does have a lot of functionality to accomplish all of your primary HR management and payroll functions.

Cons

ADP is hard to use. The app is almost always down and they seem to have multiple versions of their app, so you never know what website or app you're supposed to be using. If you're not careful you'll login in to the wrong one and won't be able to find what you're looking for. Logging in and accessing the information is always hard.

### "Honest Opinion on ADP WFN"

November 3, 2025

4.0

I worked with WFN for almost ten years. It is a great product for the right organization. ADP is a leader in the space for a reason, but its very easy to get lost in the mechanics of it all.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now is a great product for the right organization. The technology is consistently being expanded, they have a highly knowledgeable team and can be very easy to use. Payroll overall is very easy, time tracking typically can be setup efficient. I find ADP employees as a whole to be caring and well educated in their field.

Cons

What I liked least is that the technology can be overwhelming and if you are not a tech minded person it can be very clunky at points. Reporting used to be an absolute bear and while efforts were commendable it could take forever to get what you need setup custom. It can be very expensive and communication could be slow.

### "Function, Reliable, and Interconnected."

August 19, 2025

3.0

Overall, ADP Workforce Now is a great HRIS system with a lot of connectivity and functionality if you're willing to invest in the whole program. Employees find it difficult to use with all of the 2FA codes requirements and the support can be a little slow, but the functionality and reliability of the service is very evident.

Pros

I like the connectivity of the enterprise version with different modules. I enjoy the recruitment module and the recent updates that include: candidate tracking, a job pool, candidate notes, and pre-made templates. We regularly use the reporting module for employee statistics and important data and find the integration to be second to none. We use a regular data feed for nearly every other product and service that we have and it makes things so much easier. I also really like the customization of the home page and the ability to push news and notifications to the app. One of the best features is definitely the employee documents cloud. It is so easy to upload and maintain regular employee documentation in a digital version than manage paper. The process is very simple and the filing system is easy to use and update regularly.

Cons

The LMS was not very good. We had the ADP Learning module for a little over a year and found it to be lackluster, clunky, and difficult to make necessary changes over time. Courses were constantly expiring and affecting pre-created courses, the quiz features were lacking, and the content that was available was not very mobile friendly. Definitely not what we needed at the time. I would also say that the Disciplinary Tracking system is lackluster. I find it to be a shell program with minimal changes from the Performance Dashboard and it definitely could use an upgrade. I think it is so helpful that it all "talks" and connects with each other, but that one needs some more polish.

### "ADP is the way to go!"

August 5, 2025

5.0

Overall, I would recommend using ADP for your company payroll. The benefits outweigh the mobile app 100%

Pros

What I like most is the ease of checking in and out as well as the customer support received when there are issues.

Cons

What I find to be challenging is using the mobile app. It isn't the easiest to log into and often times will not record the check in and out correctly.

### "ADP is very reliable "

My overall experience is positive . The security features are great and I feel like it is a very secure platform.

Pros

The number one pro of using adp is it is very user friendly. Everything is displayed is a simple fashion for people that are not IT savvy.

Cons

### "Known platform, but needs better usability and support"

March 19, 2026

1.0

Overall, ADP Workforce Now is a robust system with strong capabilities, but the user experience and support do not always match the expectations. It works well for core HR functions, but improvements in usability and customer support would significantly enhance the experience.

Pros

ADP has strong brand recognition and a well-established presence in the market, which builds trust. The platform also offers a wide range of HR and payroll features in one system.

Cons

Customer service can be inconsistent and slow to respond. The platform is not very intuitive, and navigation can feel outdated, requiring additional training for basic tasks.

### "Good system if you dont want customer service"

October 31, 2025

4.0

The HRIS system was good, the customer support was awful. If I worked for a large company I would recommend this otherwise I would not.

Pros

The reports, performance management module, payroll and HRIS database. Ease of use and employee friendly for them to use.

Cons

The customer service team of ADP and the limited support for smaller or mid-size businesses. When someone terminates, employee access to their previous file is limited.

### "Let ADP work for you. "

January 12, 2026

5.0

I am very happy as both a consumer and manager within a large company. Monday morning payroll reconciliation is an automated task, and employees regularly report positive remarks when switching over from one of the other "top players". Overall if you are considering the switch, just jump you will be highly satisfied.

Pros

The initial dashboard and interface you are greeted with makes training new hires a breeze while managers garnish efficiencies and simplistic view of their employee's maintaining compliance with schedule adherence and proper PTO reporting.

Cons

Some additional reporting may not be included and can cost additional monies if truly needed. Honestly though it's hard to finds cons with this software. The customer service is top notch if needed.

### "Great product"

September 2, 2025

5.0

ADP Workforce Now has been a reliable all-in-one solution for payroll, HR, and time tracking, especially for handling compliance and reporting needs. While the platform can feel complex at first and the cost is higher than some alternatives, once you get familiar with the system, it becomes a powerful tool for managing a workforce efficiently. Customer support could be more consistent, but the reporting capabilities and payroll accuracy make it a dependable choice for growing or mid-sized organizations.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now is a powerful HR and payroll solution with strong reporting and reliable time tracking, making it well-suited for medium to large businesses. It offers solid communication tools and integrations, though the interface can be overwhelming for new users and reports may require support to customize. Customer service is knowledgeable but sometimes inconsistent, and the price point is on the higher side. Overall, it delivers strong value for companies with complex workforce needs but may feel like too much for smaller organizations.

Cons

Higher cost compared to similar platforms, which may not be ideal for smaller businesses. Interface can feel complicated and requires extra training for new users. Customer support is inconsistent, with long wait times at peak hours. Occasional glitches in the mobile app for time tracking. Customizing reports can be confusing without assistance.

### "ADP because there’s not many other options. "

March 6, 2026

3.0

Overall it is still a good product as long as you don’t forget your log in credentials and you learn to navigate it for some employees because it’s not user friendly for those who aren’t tech savvy.

Pros

Adp works with software such as quikbooks so that employees can upload their W2’s directly. It is a great time saver and helps prevent errors.

Cons

Adp is not easy to get into if a password if forgotten. It usually relies on a second party to help with a password reset. My worst nightmare from years of experience with ADP is getting locked out. Another issue is if you used it with another company it will sometimes tie that company in.

### "ADP Customer Service"

March 27, 2026

Overall I would have to rate my experience as ok definately not great due to errors that have occured with ADPIA interfacing platform and incorrect information being put in which caused deduction errors and reversals with mistakes made.

Pros

Platform easy to use once you know how to navigate it. Reporting is easy within the platform and reports are easy to find. Pricing is competative.

Cons

You do not have a dedicated support person to call and speak to. No one has a dedicated email to resolve your issue it just goes to a general mailbox which is sometime frustrating. Unlike paychexs the customer service is lacking
