### "The payroll and HRIS product needed for a workforce with many divisions with complicated pay"

March 9, 2026

4.0

Overall, ADP WFN was a great partner and provided all our needs. They always had great customer service. We used just about all their products from recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, payroll, benefits, performance, tax and banking, COBRA, garnishment services, etc. I also had the privilege of serving a couple years on their advisory board. This showed me how much they care about their product and their customers.

Pros

The individualized customer service. The product is great and covers your needs but needs updating. For the most part, the modules have a seamless work flow.

Cons

The need for updates and easier navigation. Some of their modules just need an "updated" look and feel.

Americana was more of a financial platform. It was also outdated. We were limited with features and people management. The company was growing and it was an essential move. Those who were involved with company deployment and implementation were not experienced so it was a challenge for us. We did get through it but a company with IT experienced employees working with the team of users would have made the experience better.

### "ADP Workforce Now a good solution for your Payroll needs."

May 12, 2026

4.0

The value for money is fair for the size of our company - it's based on the number of employees. It's easy to use and we are able to find work arounds for our specific needs. The set up menu allows us to limit access to specific menus depending on the department or manager level.

Pros

Time Tracking and Reporting - we are able to create custom reports to match our contract reporting. We can download timecard reports with notes and approvals.

Cons

Customer support. The do not appear to have knowledge for unique company needs. As an example some of our employees disappeared from our reports and our payroll register for no reason. We found out they were archived, customer support told us we were too large of a company and we were filling up our storage. We have 1200 employees, I do not think for a company that is too large for ADP to handle, they've been around for many years and I have to believe there are other companies with a lot more employees.

Reason for choosing ADP Workforce Now

We had Paycom before Paylocity and at the time Paycom was more difficult to use and customize reporting that we needed for the contracts. Paycom was a much higher price than ADP.

### "In a Sea of Payroll software, floats to the top"

April 6, 2026

4.0

Overall good, except the customer service. If I have an issue I would like one person to handle it start to finish, whereas this I feel I"m calling into a call center and never get the same person twice

Pros

Payroll processing is straightforward, reporting is flexible, and employee data is easy to access and update. The platform helps reduce manual work and improves accuracy, which saves time and minimizes errors. I also appreciate the self-service features for employees, which empower them to manage their own information. Overall, it’s a reliable, user-friendly system that supports both efficiency and compliance, allowing me to focus more on strategic work instead of administrative tasks.

Cons

What I like least about ADP Workforce Now is that it can feel unintuitive and clunky at times, especially when navigating between different modules. Certain processes require more clicks than necessary, and the layout isn’t always as user-friendly as it could be. Reporting, while flexible, can be complicated to build without prior experience. Additionally, system updates or changes aren’t always clearly communicated, which can create confusion. Customer support can also be inconsistent depending on the issue. Overall, while it’s a powerful system, there are opportunities to improve usability and streamline the user experience.

### "Reliable All-in-One HR and Payroll Platform"

May 15, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with ADP Workforce Now was positive. I found it to be a reliable and comprehensive platform for managing payroll, HR tasks, benefits, and employee information all in one place. While there was a bit of a learning curve at first, the system became much easier to navigate over time, and the automation features helped streamline many day-to-day processes.

Pros

What I liked most about ADP Workforce Now was how it brought payroll, HR, benefits, and time tracking into one platform. It made managing employee information much more efficient and helped streamline everyday HR tasks. I also appreciated the employee self-service features and the reliability of the payroll system.

Cons

While ADP Workforce Now has a lot of robust features, there can be a learning curve at first because the platform is so comprehensive. However, once users become familiar with the system, it can be very effective for managing payroll, HR, and employee information in one place. Some processes may take additional setup or training initially, but that also allows for greater customization to fit a company’s needs.

### "Years of Ongoing Issues with Tax Compliance and Support"

November 12, 2025

3.0

My overall experience with ADP Workforce Now has been disappointing. Over the years, we’ve faced ongoing challenges with tax compliance errors and an implementation process that was poorly managed from the start. Customer support has often been difficult to reach, and when issues arise, resolution times are extremely long. The system itself is robust in theory but overly complex in practice, making simple tasks take far more time than they should. While ADP offers a wide range of features, the lack of reliable support and efficiency has made the platform frustrating to use and difficult to trust for critical HR and payroll functions.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now offers a comprehensive range of HR and payroll features in one platform. When everything works correctly, it’s convenient to have payroll, benefits, and employee data integrated in one system.

Cons

The biggest issues were with tax compliance and the long turnaround time to resolve problems. Errors often took months and even years to correct, which has created frustration, extra work, and a lot of liability in late fees in penalties.

### "ADP Workforce NOW "

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with ADP Workforce Now has been very positive. It’s a comprehensive platform that brings payroll, HR, benefits, and reporting together in one system, which makes managing employees much more efficient. Once you become familiar with the features, it’s a reliable and powerful tool that helps keep processes organized and compliant. While there is a learning curve in some areas, the time savings and accuracy it provides make it a valuable system for day-to-day operations.

Pros

What I like most about ADP Workforce Now is how streamlined and user-friendly the platform is for managing payroll and HR in one place. It makes processing payroll efficient and accurate, and the reporting tools are extremely helpful for tracking employee data, benefits, and time off. I also appreciate how organized the dashboard is—it’s easy to find what you need without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, it saves time, reduces errors, and helps keep everything compliant and running smoothly.

Cons

What I like least about ADP Workforce Now is that some features can feel a bit complex or not as intuitive as they could be, especially when navigating more detailed reports or advanced settings. There can be a learning curve for new users, and certain processes require multiple steps to complete simple tasks. Additionally, occasional system updates can slightly change layouts, which takes time to adjust to. While it’s a powerful platform overall, simplifying some workflows would make the experience even better.

### "Seamless & Easy transition"

December 28, 2025

We use the biometric timeclock provided by them and it has saved us a lot of time and made payroll a much quicker process. It also helps to hold our employees accountable to show up to work on time. The implementation team made the process seamless and easy for everyone involved.

Pros

The ADP platform is very intuitive and user friendly. Their customer service team is top notch and has solved all my questions with one call or email. We use the biometric timeclock provided by them and it has saved us a lot of time and made payroll a much quicker process. It also helps to hold our employees accountable to show up to work on time. ### "A great online system to manage HR responsibilities!"

November 30, 2025

5.0

Even though switching to ADP was different then the typical pen and paper system I was used to, I really am glad that we switched. I think it has been a very beneficial move for our company and as an employee user I love all of the online features that I have when using this system.

Pros

My place of employment has recently switched to using ADP and it has been very easy to use and transition to. I use ADP daily to track my time at work and submit for payroll. ADP has a lot of features to improve communication throughout the office; however my place of work does not use all of the site abilities to report time off requests or other forms and reports. I have not had the need to use the customer support line as my HR director has been able to answer all my questions and concerns. I also do not pay for the ADP application as an employee so I am unsure what the cost of this program is.

Cons

I have not had any issues with ADP workforce. There was initially a slight learning curve when switching from a paper system to a ADP for our time documentation.

### "Honest feedback on ADP "

February 10, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been nothing but positive, from managing timecards to benefits implementation; they make it very user-friendly, and I enjoy that.

Pros

Ease of use is definitely my favorite thing about ADP - I like that everything is organized, and you can easily check on time tracking as well as reports. Customer support is always very helpful, and they have top-notch communication. You definitely get what you pay for: quality service and value for money.

Cons

I would have to say the main Home page- I love the fact that they have several items posted. However, it looks too crowded for my liking

### "Reliable but kind of clunky feeling"

March 13, 2026

4.0

Dependable platform for payroll and HR tasks. Once you learn where things are, it works pretty smoothly. It’s not the most modern interface, but it handles the important functions well.

Pros

Easy access to pay stubs and tax forms. Good reporting tools for HR and payroll. Helpful compliance features. Works well for managing benefits and employee records.

Cons

Interface is outdated. Some features take too many clicks to find. Reports can be confusing at first. Setup for new features isn’t always intuitive.

### "A Learning Curve That's Worth It"

October 21, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with ADP Workforce Now has been pleasant - the amount of assistance I've received from our ADP team has proved to be worth the price, and after a few learning experiences, it's a simple software to use as long as you know where to look. It's modern, it's fast, and ADP as a whole is very transparent with maintenance & shutdown times.

Pros

The feature I appreciate most about ADP Workforce Now is the customer service. Each person on our ADP team has been more than helpful and is willing to answer any question, no matter how many times you've asked. I'd say the ease of use comes with practice and depends on how complex you want your dashboards - for my company, we do not utilize the time tracking function, but have found that ADP is one of the most widely integrated softwares out there - it can essentially talk to any app.

Cons

One thing that I dislike about ADP Workforce Now is that it can feel overwhelming at times if you don't keep up with the meetings, and if your company does not have the time to prioritize it. I will also note that some of the courses are outdated - it's possible there may be some human error involved, but many of the courses on ADP Learn to help you get used to the software do not function properly.

### "Modern and Intuitive Interface with Robust HR Features, but Reporting Needs Work"

April 7, 2026

3.0

Overall, my experience has been positive because the platform effectively centralizes all the basic needs. While the reporting functions have a learning curve for leadership, the daily ease of use for employees and the improved UI make it a reliable choice for a growing mid-sized company.

Pros

With the newest version, the interface is very easy to navigate and very simplified. The layout is much more intuitive than previous iterations, making it significantly faster to find essential payroll and HR documents without feeling overwhelmed by menus.

Cons

The reporting aspects are not ideal for managers who need quick, actionable insights. The system often feels clunky when trying to filter specific team data, and the standard templates don't always capture the unique metrics we need to track performance and attendance effectively without extra steps.

### "I do not recommend ADP"

October 28, 2025

2.0

I don't like ADP. I've used it at 3 different companies over the last 10 years and my last experience with it was very poor.

Pros

ADP does have a lot of functionality to accomplish all of your primary HR management and payroll functions.

Cons

ADP is hard to use. The app is almost always down and they seem to have multiple versions of their app, so you never know what website or app you're supposed to be using. If you're not careful you'll login in to the wrong one and won't be able to find what you're looking for. Logging in and accessing the information is always hard.

### "ADP the most reliable choice"

April 22, 2026

5.0

During my time with LA Fitness, I utilized ADP as my primary payroll provider. I found the platform very user-friendly for essential tasks, such as accessing pay stubs, retrieving W-2 forms, and managing tax withholding updates. The login process was consistent and provided seamless access to my financial documents.

Pros

Recruitment: Integrated Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Benefits: They act as a massive broker for health, dental, and 401(k) plans. Onboarding: Digital paperwork and background checks are built right into the workflow.

Cons

Clunky Design: While they are slowly updating, many parts of the ADP ecosystem (especially Workforce Now) feel like they were designed in the early 2000s. It can be buried in menus and require too many clicks to perform simple tasks. Learning Curve: Because the system is so powerful, it is not intuitive. New admins often require several hours of training just to learn how to run a basic payroll cycle without errors.

### "ADP- A strong and reliable partner with payroll, reporting, solution design, and more"

September 16, 2025

4.0

Overall we are very happy with ADP. It costs a premium, but we happily pay it with the amount of value it provides for our teams and organizations.

Pros

The support and partnership regarding payroll and tax has been a huge value add. We have access to several teams ready and willing to work for us to help find solutions, for which we are very grateful. Also, custom reporting abilities in ADP are relatively robust and helpful. We also have dedicated access to a representative at ADP. He is more than tech support, he is invested in our problems and solutions, and makes time to help things go right for us.

Cons

ADP is large and slow to adapt. There are aspects we could or should have access to, but dont quite yet because the speed at which ADP moves and decides is that of a large company, which we understand. There is some rigidity in features and business responses that are sometimes necessitating workarounds.

### "Function, Reliable, and Interconnected."

August 19, 2025

3.0

Overall, ADP Workforce Now is a great HRIS system with a lot of connectivity and functionality if you're willing to invest in the whole program. Employees find it difficult to use with all of the 2FA codes requirements and the support can be a little slow, but the functionality and reliability of the service is very evident.

Pros

I like the connectivity of the enterprise version with different modules. I enjoy the recruitment module and the recent updates that include: candidate tracking, a job pool, candidate notes, and pre-made templates. We regularly use the reporting module for employee statistics and important data and find the integration to be second to none. We use a regular data feed for nearly every other product and service that we have and it makes things so much easier. I also really like the customization of the home page and the ability to push news and notifications to the app. One of the best features is definitely the employee documents cloud. It is so easy to upload and maintain regular employee documentation in a digital version than manage paper. The process is very simple and the filing system is easy to use and update regularly.

Cons

The LMS was not very good. We had the ADP Learning module for a little over a year and found it to be lackluster, clunky, and difficult to make necessary changes over time. Courses were constantly expiring and affecting pre-created courses, the quiz features were lacking, and the content that was available was not very mobile friendly. Definitely not what we needed at the time. I would also say that the Disciplinary Tracking system is lackluster. I find it to be a shell program with minimal changes from the Performance Dashboard and it definitely could use an upgrade. I think it is so helpful that it all "talks" and connects with each other, but that one needs some more polish.

### "ADP because there’s not many other options. "

March 6, 2026

3.0

Overall it is still a good product as long as you don’t forget your log in credentials and you learn to navigate it for some employees because it’s not user friendly for those who aren’t tech savvy.

Pros

Adp works with software such as quikbooks so that employees can upload their W2’s directly. It is a great time saver and helps prevent errors.

Cons

Adp is not easy to get into if a password if forgotten. It usually relies on a second party to help with a password reset. My worst nightmare from years of experience with ADP is getting locked out. Another issue is if you used it with another company it will sometimes tie that company in.

Overall I would have to rate my experience as ok definately not great due to errors that have occured with ADPIA interfacing platform and incorrect information being put in which caused deduction errors and reversals with mistakes made.

Pros

Platform easy to use once you know how to navigate it. Reporting is easy within the platform and reports are easy to find. Pricing is competative.

Cons
