Steep learning curve affects ease of use. Reliable for mid-to-large businesses. Cons Frequent updating, usability challenges. Implementation was a bit of a struggle as their staff person I felt was not very knowledgeable. Pros Easy to use. Cuatomer service is very good. Calls are answered rapidly. The system is fairly user friendly. Cons Nothing comes to mind. I am pretty happy the toughest part was the implantation. On their end I felt like the staff person was not the best. It speeds up the process and makes is look like we have it all together! Need a paystub- easy. Need last years W-2 again- one or two clicks to anything you need. Pros The user friendly website. You can do almost everything by yourself with a few clicks. It is very self explanatory Cons I honestly can not think of a single thing negative thing to say. Everything works amazingly. I appreciate that not only can I clock in on my computer but also my phone and any other electronic device. Cons I really have to say ADP makes you setup a different profile every time you join a new company which is fine but the problem is it does not link other historical data from previous jobs that used ADP. So that makes it hard to keep track of login/passwords. All administrators on our team really dislike payroll processing and navigating the dashboard. Our company has many different facets and finding customer support is almost impossible. Pros It is well regarded program that provides decent value for what it offers. It is relatively easy to use for employees. Cons Customer Support is a 0/10; it's almost impossible to get someone on the phone who can actually help. And ADP is very difficult to use in non-normal situations. It isn't intuitive when it comes to off-cycle payments or navigating different pay cycles. Pros I like how it gives each user visibility on their pay details, vacation balances, for themselves and their team. It is easy to use from a computer or your phone application. The features such as viewing your paycheck, and your benefits was valuable. Pros ADP was easy to use. The app is very helpful making it easy to connect employees and employer. It made reporting your days worked more convenient. Cons It took a little bit of time to understand all of the features that ADP offers. However once discovered, it became easy to understand. The customer support was terrible and when they made mistakes it was horrendous trying to get them corrected. The one thing an employer cannot do is mess with people's paychecks. Pros Comprehensive payroll tools to help from on-boarding to payroll to reviews and termination. Cons Cost went up and every little thing became an add-on. Getting customer support was difficult. Paychecks were delayed or incorrect on several occasions and getting those fixed didn't seem like a priority. It works well on my phone and I usually get notifications about the updates in my company. It is a wonderful app. Pros This app is great to see my biweekly payroll. It is easy to use and I can track my time off requests. The customer support is great and very helpful. The communication and notification is through texts. It is great value for money. Cons Sometimes ADP takes so much time to load and makes us to change the password every 2 months for security purposes. Anything they need to know is there and they do not have to go through a whole process looking for documents. Layout it clean and user friendly. It really helps streamline some necessary admin work, and it's nice having it all consolidated in one app. Pros ADP WFN is very intuitive, easy to use, and, best of all, efficient. It takes very little time to get the information I need or report was needs to be reported. Makes admin Fridays very easy! Cons I wish that when you submitted time for your Timecard it didn't automatically take you back to the top of the page. A minor inconvenience for sure, but an ever present one. I’ve also enjoyed the ability to control when and where the payment is going to Pros My favorite part of ADP workforce now is the transparency I get as an employee. I have been a part of other companies that have used different platforms and I think ADP provides the most intuitive dashboard which breaks down something that’s very complicated into something simplified. Cons I do wish there was a few more resources to understand all of the information that you do see on the dashboard without having to click around and figure it out.
