Olive Early Learning Center has been very positive. The transition was much smoother than we expected, and the platform has helped us streamline our payroll and employee time tracking. Our staff appreciates how easy it is to clock in and out, view their pay information, and access their schedules, while our administrative team enjoys the time savings and improved accuracy. Customer support has also been a strong point. Whenever we've had questions or needed assistance, the ADP team has been responsive, professional, and willing to walk us through the process until our issues were resolved. Although we believe the pricing is a little high for a small childcare center, the reliability of the system and the convenience it provides have made it a worthwhile investment. Overall, ADP Workforce has helped us become more efficient, reduce administrative tasks, and better manage our workforce. We are pleased with our experience and look forward to continuing to use the platform. Pros Mt. Olive Early Learning Center has had a very positive experience using ADP Workforce. The customer support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever we have had questions or needed assistance. Their guidance has made the transition to the platform smooth and stress-free. One of the features we appreciate most is the time tracking. It has made it much easier to monitor employee hours, reduce errors, and simplify payroll processing. Overall, ADP Workforce has saved our administrative team valuable time while providing an easy-to-use solution for our staff. We are very satisfied with our experience and would recommend ADP Workforce to other childcare centers looking for a reliable workforce management system. Cons We've had a good overall experience with ADP Workforce. The system is easy to navigate, and our employees had no trouble learning how to use it for time tracking and payroll. It has definitely helped make managing our workforce more organized, and the customer support team has always been friendly and helpful when we've had questions. My biggest concern is the cost. As a small childcare center, ADP Workforce is a little more expensive than we would like. While the platform works well and offers great features, it can be hard to justify the price for a smaller business with a limited budget. If ADP offered more affordable plans for small businesses, it would make the experience even better. I can access my pay stubs, tax forms, benefits, time-off requests, and personal information all in one place. The self-service features save time by allowing me to update my information and view important documents without having to contact Human Resources. Pros The ease in which you can retrieve your new and old pay stubs as well as tax information makes it convenient for the user. Cons It is difficult to change password without having the institution be involved .
