When a usable invoice and payment link were finally provided late on a Friday afternoon, Zoho suspended our services less than 48 hours later for “non-payment,” without prior notice that immediate payment was required and without allowing any reasonable payment window (e.g., net 7).“

### "One of the best CRMs out there"

July 30, 2025

5.0

I had used Zoho in the past, and so it was a very easy decision with my newest venture. It fits my needs perfectly and does an incredible job of helping me manage my business and sell.

Pros

The amount of functionality retained in the mobile app is amazing. It is by far the most useful mobile app out of the many CRMs I have tried. Also the product is extremely customizable - I find it to be a perfect fit for my business and my sales process.

Cons

There weren't many things I didn't like about Zoho. There is a substantial learning curve, due to the depth of customization and features available.

### "Strong CRM to support a growing company!"

January 16, 2026

4.0

Does what we need it to do, super easy to onboard any new team members, and I haven't had to use customer support! While the team at Zoho is likely awesome, especially given the product quality, I've been sufficiently satisfied since joining!

Pros

I love that there is a free version for us to use while we are at a stage of growth where we are evolving from spreadsheets (free, but messy) and to a real platform that can support us!

Cons

I wish I could load update information fields for contacts or accounts as I am uploading. Legit the only challenge I've run into thus far in using this platform. I've used several other CRMs in my career and Zoho is the most intuitive.

### "Customizable and Easy to Use! "

April 15, 2026

5.0

Overall, is so easy to use and navigate! I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of keeping track of data. The software is super organized and a great cost.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho is how customizable it is. You can easily change the structure and formatting of the software so it’s personalized for your specific use.

Cons

What I liked the least about Zoho is how you can’t link it to other softwares. This is important for businesses that have to use many different applications.

### "Save your money, not your time."

October 14, 2025

3.0

70/100. Why? This overall user experience is from an Indian business perspective where the business requires A LOT of in-CRM customisation in order to derive value from the CRM. The business is a leader in the India's education research and digital distribution space and has a team of 30 people working on the system. This includes Sales, Support, Operations, Accounts and Admin. was the clear alternative to Salesforce in our specific business case because it offered a cost-friendly alternative, and a supposedly easy on-boarding and critical business metrics tracking process. We used it initially only for the Sales Team, then gradually, over 3 years, rolled it out for the Sales Support team as well as the Accounts Team to get a 360 degree view of the business. The CRM system is very difficult to customise - especially if you want a proper view of the business - Sales, Operations, Support, Accounts, Admin. It's been a 3+ year journey with Zoho. If the Zoho ecosystem had been a bit better thought-out with easy customisations the journey shouldn't have taken more than 1 year. If you are looking to customise the system to your specific business needs - all the best. It's going to take a really long time depending on your specific use case. An overview : Zoho has all the modules that SalesForce has...at 1/3rd the cost. Great. : It does 90% of the CRM job really well. And then collapses completely when it comes to business critical details that will actually deliver a bang for your buck. : you need a Zoho partner and about 2 years of development work if you want to really customise the solution for your particular line of business : it's out of the box for a very small spectrum of businesses : if you're moving from Tally to Zoho Books, you are looking at a one year development cycle - not counting the hours you'll spend trying to convince the Accounts Team to use the system. It's not an easy sell to the Accounts Team or integration process from a Tally to Zoho Books viewpoint. : the AI element is present but totally useless and gives zero insight into business critical elements. So, from a future-proofing standpoint, you'll save a lot of money vis-a-vis a Salesforce type of CRM, but invest a lot of time in customisations, development and in-house training to get critical business insights from the system. That's why - 70/100. Zoho now needs to up the ante - and fast. It's bare bones from an AI perspective and just about usable from a small business perspective. Everything else - be prepared for a hard slog.

Pros

Value for Money, Easy to start, Easy to Navigate, Easy to set up business metrics, Low learning curve for experienced CRM users, Good API services

Cons

: Terrible mobile experience, no value add to the business : Terrible AI - does absolutely nothing in terms of added business value, : Advanced Analytics to get core business intelligence is tricky, Core Metric tracking can be complete pain if embedded system values are over-written with semantics that are friendly to a particular business case. : Zoho Support promises a lot, delivers next to nothing. : Customisation - especially for Zoho Books for users moving from Tally - is a very long drawn out and painful process - from a development as well as a psychological perspective.

### "Zoho Crm a really good low priced alternative."

September 19, 2025

5.0

Pros

seems like a really good Value for Money, with good Customer Support, based in India. This software is pretty intuitive and Ease of Use is good. It's a great tool for Sales and Marketing and Email Management.

Cons

The look and feel with Pipedrive is more polished than the but I'm also being charged a lot each month for a lot of features I don't really use.

We have decided to change to ClaritySoft CRM. Zoho didn't provide understanable support; even for what shoud have been a simple fix.

### "Zoho program review"

May 30, 2026

5.0

A comprehensive program available in two versions for Android and iOS. We rely on it in our work and in the reports we provide due to its clarity and ease of understanding for non-specialists.

Pros

This cloud-based program manages all types of projects across various fields. It offers interactive dashboards and live performance reports that can be presented to senior management.

Cons

It can be a bit difficult at the beginning of learning for people with little experience. But we are working on training them on their first day of work

### "Unbeatable Value and Deep Customization, but Expect a Setup Curve"

June 3, 2026

5.0

Once properly configured, it’s an incredibly powerful engine for managing data and automating workflows. It requires a significant upfront investment in setup time and training, but it pays off by providing enterprise-level capabilities at a fraction of the cost of its competitors.

Pros

The Value for Money is exceptional, especially if you utilize the broader Zoho ecosystem. Contact Management is incredibly robust, making it easy to track the entire lifecycle of a lead centrally. The Workflow Management tools are highly customizable—you can automate almost any repetitive task if you take the time to map it out. Additionally, the native Email integration works seamlessly to keep all client communications logged in one place.

Cons

The platform's overall Design can feel a bit dated and cluttered compared to more modern CRMs. Because of its depth, Ease of Use takes a hit initially; there is a undeniably steep learning curve. Customer Support can also be inconsistent and sometimes slow to resolve deeper technical issues unless you pay for premium support tier

### "A Powerful CRM with Room to Grow"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with was positive and productive. It’s a robust, feature‑rich platform that excels at centralizing customer data, automating workflows, and supporting end‑to‑end CRM processes. I especially valued its high level of customization and seamless integration with other Zoho applications, which made it possible to tailor the system to specific business needs. That said, the platform does have a learning curve, particularly when setting up advanced automation, reports, or custom modules. Some areas of the interface can feel a bit dense, which may slow down new users initially. However, once configured and understood, Zoho CRM proved to be a powerful and reliable tool for managing relationships and improving efficiency.

Pros

What I liked most about was how customizable and all‑in‑one it is. It allowed me to tailor workflows, fields, and modules to match specific business processes rather than forcing us to adapt to the software. I also appreciated how seamlessly it integrates with other Zoho applications—email, reporting, automation, and analytics—which made managing customer data and follow‑ups much more efficient in one place. Additionally, the interface is intuitive, so it didn’t take long to get comfortable using it day‑to‑day.

Cons

What I liked least about was that some features felt overly complex to configure, especially advanced workflows, automation, and reporting. While the platform is very powerful, it often required significant setup time and a learning curve to fully leverage its capabilities. In some areas, the user interface also felt a bit less intuitive or cluttered, particularly when navigating between modules or customizing layouts, which could slow things down for new users.

### "Worst User Experience - too many phonecalls"

May 14, 2025

1.0

The interface is overwhelming, cluttered with endless tabs and technical jargon that isn’t clearly explained. It feels more like trying to navigate a complex enterprise system than a tool meant to help small businesses streamline their processes. What’s worse, after simply requesting a demo, I was relentlessly bombarded with calls—up to 10 times a day, starting as early as 7 a.m. While I understand the intention is to offer support, this level of aggressive sales outreach is intrusive and exhausting. If you’re a small business owner looking for a simple, effective CRM, I recommend skipping the headache and exploring options like Streak CRM. It’s clean, easy to use, integrates directly with Gmail, and doesn’t require a master’s degree to figure out. Zoho might work for large organizations with dedicated tech teams, but for small businesses looking for simplicity and peace of mind, it’s just not the right fit.

Pros

ZOHO was supposed to help me streamline a lot of my processes for my small business. The pro's for me were the price and the ALL IN ONE factor.

Cons

Despite all the marketing claims that is “easy to use” and “intuitive,” my experience—and clearly that of many others—says otherwise. I scheduled a demo - then they canceled it and rescheduled it for 7:30am - well that did not work for me. Then the phone calls started. UGH They were very intrusive. Don't they know that people do not use the phone anymore ? I am surprised they didn't try to fax me.

Entering leads and setting appointments was very easy. Appointments were easy to find, see and able to links to multiple people.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to read the lead information and how easy it was to modify how you want it to look. The tabs to change information are easy to find and through the lead and noticeable of what the were there for.

Cons

That there was no master tab for the order the notes were. They default to the oldest first. There is a tab above the notes to change it to newest first but you have to do it in each lead.

### "Great for small businesses"

January 14, 2025

5.0

The experience is perfect. I woulddefinetely recommend to use zoho. If your business is just starting or have few employees you should try it. And if you are growing fast is great too because the commercial plan is affordable.

Pros

It has a free plan where you can start working without paying. This is very useful for small businesses. Easy to constomize and up to 3 users freely. The documentation to understand how it works is very complete. The customer service is very good and fast.

Cons

The free version, of course, is limited in the configuration. But still works OK for a small business.

### "Every Major Company NEEDS THIS! "

September 20, 2025

5.0

All in all, I have had for about 6 weeks and in that time, it has supercharged my and my teams efforts in our operational launch! It's the perfect piece of getting our company operational with all it's features and I couldn't see running my company without it. I just wish we were at a revenue generating standpoint so I could pay up for services for multiple years. ITS THAT VALUABLE and you don't want to lose any work not investing in this CRM system.

Pros

has been insurmountable in my company's progression to our operational launch. It's helped to streamline our frameworks and creating the necessary modules needed specifically for my company was a breeze, especially with Zia. I cannot run my multi-industry company without it nor can I expand our operations with Zoho CRM. It's more than worth the money when you look at the amount of features you get such as Sales funnels, leads, marketing, emails and email management and the call feature is my favorite! It allows us to have a customer support line built straight in. I couldn't be more happy with Zoho CRM!

Cons

As of right now, I don't have many complaints about the system. It's be a joy to use and I have really come across any issues. IF I had to pinpoint a stressor area, it would be the connection of getting the Calls feature set up and connecting our domain with the email/workspace. It doesn't have clear enough directions for me and from what I am able to follow does not work.

December 18, 2025

The CRM of Zoho allows me to view all machines, issues, and discussions of a customer at a single location, which makes the collaboration between the support and sales smoother.

Pros

I prefer to have machine, contact, and deal history under one hood; this has facilitated my ability to respond to clients within a short time and also enable me to coordinate with sales.

Cons

I do not like that fields and reports require time to be customized; I still use our administrator to make more complicated changes.

Overall, Zoho fits our needs well and the workflows and custom nature of the CRM are great, but also leads to it being complicated to manage. Reports is incredibly difficult to use to find the correct data as well.

Pros

The best part is how customizable Zoho is. We are able to design the software to fit our very specific needs, and it can be different for each of our separate teams. We use the workflows all the time to get data into the CRM.

Cons

### "Zoho CRM kept us sharp on leads"

June 10, 2025

5.0

Before Zoho, we were operating on spreadsheets, and follow-ups would fall through the cracks. Now I know when and who to call. We have a better response time and conversion as well. It’s basically our own personal digital assistant that’s making sure we don’t fumble the ball.

Pros

It has all of our sales data, from first inquiry to follow-up, all in one place. It’s so simple so even a non-tech-y person will be able to wade through leads, tag customers and track conversations.

Cons

Occasionally integrating with other systems requires some manual fiddling or third-party tools. The app itself also seems a little slow when toggling between modules.

### "Zoho CRM- Comprehensive solution at reasonable price"

January 21, 2025

4.0

Overall really good value for the price that we pay. The case-wise history maintenance feature actually help us to segment leads and has increased our productivity, There are too many features which is actually not required for many business, they can cut it to make interface cleaner.

Pros

The ease of usage; the deals page has drag and drop features which helps in very easy prioritization of pipelines. Creating accounts, leads and contacts are all very easily and gets synched in the back-end. Additionally, assigning of cases to team members is also very easy.

Cons

The reminders that we set only appears as web-based push notifications and I often tends to lose it. The features are overwhelming in enterprise version and every time we need some help, the team pushes us to do a paid online training. The quality of downloadable charts is not up-to mark and we depend on external pivots and excels and use downloads as backups.
