Pros

  • Zoho gives you great software for the price. It is a very good value and great for small to medium sized companies.

  • Everything is working seamlessly and I am so grateful for their pricing model that essentially provides all of these apps for just $50.00 a month for sole traders. I really am so impressed.

Cons

  • The programming language for the custom functions. Also the Document merge function, lack of fonts, merging wrong characters sometime.

  • Frustrating user interface and user experience. Have some colleagues who use it for forms, and when I get one of their forms it is frustrating and reflects poorly on the sender.

"What I am thinking about Zoho CRM"

Pros: Easy to use, clear view of the modules.

Cons: The programming language for the custom functions. Also the Document merge function, lack of fonts, merging wrong characters sometime.

"Great value for the money"

Overall: We have had a good experience with Zoho. It has helped our teams improve and keep track of their leads/deals.

Pros: Zoho gives you great software for the price. It is a very good value and great for small to medium sized companies

Cons: It was a little hard to set it up the way we wanted. But once we worked through the kinks, its been a great CRM
