Organization, simplified workflows. But I know I could do more if I had better training on the entire Zoho suite.

Pros

What i like best is that it allows me to organize my day and view it all in one place. I like the ability to track deals and quotes within the system and also automation is a key value to me.

Cons

What i do not enjoy is my inability to simply view contacts in a list mode with the fields I use and actually make changes to those fields in that view. Second, you have to re-enter data from one module to another manually. Even the standard Zoho fields do not autofill between modules. So if you place address in a lead, you have to re-enter address in a deal.

Pros

is one of the most flexible cloud products I have used so far. Extremely customizable and easy to automate processes and workflows to meet even the most custom requests! They also have great support by phone and chat, extremely available.

Cons

There is not much to not like to be honest, when I hit technical limitations when trying to setup advanced customizations the support takes our requests into consideration and often improves or adds support for the missing functionality.

It's a very easy to use CRM and helped us to start our salesteam to organize the sales process, with the high scaling of our business it became hard and messy to use it, wich made us change to another and more complete (and expensive CRM)

Pros

Easy to use and teach other how to use it, the best thing about is that it's free for a small number of users so it's great for small business with a low budget, besides the fact that is a pretty complete CRM.

Cons

The were only two things that bothered me in , the first one is that is pretty easy to duplicate contacts in the funnel if you don't pay attention the second one is that if you have a greater amount of leads there are better CRM.

Pros

Zoho works well with large organizations. There have been many businesses I recommended to based on all it offers

Cons

The look of Zoho isn't very appealing for a corporate look

Overall solid CRM, not a great CRM, but not horrible either. It does everything you need. At times it's a bit clunky to get around and accomplish certain tasks. Over all, I felt it's worth the money you spend, but you're not going to the same peformance as some other CRMs like SalesForce.

Pros

This is a fairly inexepensive CRM with plenty of features. It integrates with Google pretty well, (maybe with the exception of Google Voice). It also integrates with MS Office (outlook). This is definitely not SalesForce or Sugar, but a solid CRM

Cons

It seemed pretty clunky to get around. Setiting up workflows was fairly limited in what you can do, and not as intuitive as I would like. It also felt buggy, and the reports feature could stand improving.

Although the product is useful and adaptable and therefore has good compatibility to many different workspace platforms, the convoluted customer service is a total deterrent from my willingness to recommend the product to others.

Pros

I loved all that you got for a good price! Four different versions are included that make your experience very adaptable to workers.

Cons

The calendar has many dysfunctions, as well as their email searching and sharing system, and the customer service is geared to drive you in circles rather than truly address the issue and fix the problem.

Can't say there was much I liked about Zoho. It kept the information all in one place, that's about it really!

Cons

Poor features, hard to set up and reporting capabilities are less than optimal! I would definitely opt for an alternative -- there is a few of them out there, some free, some not.

I was a Salesforce Admin at a previous company. Zoho has most of the basic features without the big price tag. It is highly customizable and can cover a wide range of small business CRM needs.

Cons

Setup can be intensive but is worth the time to get it customized to an individual business's needs. It lacks very in-depth features.

The system keeps all of my sales teams appointments and touches up to date. It is easy for me to look at our current client list and see what we are doing for them, as well as see what we have coming down the prospective pipeline.

Pros

My sales team uses the free version of this software and they really like the ease of use. I am sure that as we grow, we will have to purchase the 'Premium" offering of the software, but until then, the version that we have is jest great.

Cons

There really isn't anything that we do not like about this software. It meets all of our requirements.

It's quite affordable and lightweight CRM with all the essential features and tools need to run a business.

\* Flexibility, Google email integration, make your own modules (N:M) relation, broadness of the modules and apps

Cons

\* connection between quotes and products is pretty weak \* export of data/API is weak. Export of notes is horrible \* reporting is weak. I can't answser questions like: for which accounts (including all connected modules has the account owner not put notes in the system \* Not weak, but just a request, I would like to show information from module A in module B if they are linked. e.g. show the city of the account in the potentials module

Pros

What I like most about the zoho software is that I can have a customized email address that utilizes my domain name.

Cons

What I like least about the software is the ease of use. I sometimes get confused with the layout and cannot find what I am looking for.

Pros

is an online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program that provides me with features for managing my sales, marketing & support in one platform. It works well despite of if you're a small business, an industrialist, or large enterprise.

Cons

I cannot see my screen of clients at a glance as it only shows few at a time. There is need to add quick option for adding custom made reports, more easily by links in dashboards for easy and quick access.
