I have not used it yet but my mentor suggested to use it. My major competitors in the recruitment business is using this CRM , definitely it provides excellent service

Cons

Cannot tell anything at the moment. But as a start up business I would be happy to have few months of free trial

Overall it's such a versatile and amazing program, I feel it's a must have for any business large or small!! We don't use the sales tracking and such often, but I know from friends in other fields that is yet another amazing feature of zoho!

Pros

We mainly use Zoho to track employee performance. It is wonder in that regard! It's insanely easy to send coaching emails from within zoho itself directly to our contact center representative. It is equally successful at tracking PIP, Coaching, attendance, calls and meetings. We also use it to track employee attendance with ease.

Cons

My biggest complaint is both a blessing and curse. They constantly update, which is fantastic! But some of those updates removed features I enjoyed using.

I think the simplicity of the CRM is one of my favorite things as well as how organized it is

Sometimes the email notification you get if the email has been read by the lead can be delayed

Our overall experience with Zoho CRM has been very streamlined. We have not had any setbacks and it has helped us keep our customers happy with our consistent engagements.

Pros

Zoho CRM makes it so easy for us to talk and and engage with our customers. It uses efficient work automation tools which saves us time and speed up our responses to customer requests. Offers outstanding analytical tools that provides us with insightful reports to help us understand and improve our customer engagements.

Cons

Zoho CRM does its job so well and we have not had any cons. Everything is in good shape.

Pros

I love Zoho I found it really easy once you know how to do it to customize and build the most effective CRM for managing data. The amount of work you can accomplish once you know how to effectively use Zoho and if you use everything it has to offer is great.

Cons

I think the ability to reverse mass updates that aren’t done properly was frustrating

The thing which i like the least is the for the formatted notes. The zoho crm must work on rich text notes capabilities.

For the most part, Zoho CRM is a functional program that will allow a company to set up a system that works, without breaking the bank.

Pros

Zhoh CRM is fairly easy to use and set-up. As with any CRM there will be areas where you wish it could do more, but overall it does what it needs to do to be a decent CRM.

Cons

There are not as many places that you can customize the areas you would like. It makes it a little frustrating at times. Also, there are functions that have been asked for for years from the community that still have not been implemented.

I'm used to TeamViewer so I'm very partial to it, but Zoho has been surprisingly user friendly and doesn't use as much processing power as TeamViewer does.

Pros

Affordable, customizable, good for small businesses, wide range of features, integrates with other Zoho tools.

Cons

Can be complex for larger teams, reporting features could be better, customer support can vary, TeamViewer offers more.

Mala, si lo hubiera sabido hubiésemos metido por ejemplo Odoo que es más barato y hay mas gente en España que sabe de este software, ZOHO en España tiene a un ingeniero de soporte y a dos personas y el resto es en India y UK.

Pros

La cantidad de cosas que teóricamente se pueden hacer.

Cons

El penoso soporte de su equipo. La integración es necesaria hacerla con un partner, y no es barato, al coste de las licencias hay que sumarle el del partner y no sirve nadie por muchos conocimientos IT que se tengan ya que las particularidades de cada módulo son muchas y siempre se pierden muchos datos de tu antiguo sistema.

Zoho CRM has really supercharged our sales operations making them more successful. It provides us with great tools which help us manage all our sales activities including customer communications and closing sales deals.

Pros

Zoho CRM allows us to engage with our customers effectively during sales operations and offer them personalized communications which has helped us make more sales. It was much easier to customize to match our needs. Has super amazing sales analytical tools which provides us with the insights we need to understand our sales performance and do sales predictions.

Cons

There has been no time that Zoho CRM has failed to offer us the best services. Nothing not to love about it.
