Overall I would rate the Zoho a 4.5/5 stars. Other than the visual appearance I'm all in!

Pros

What I like the most about Zoho is the customization available to completely make it your own. You have TONS of different Zoho Apps and Services you can integrate into your Zoho Dashboard that cover almost anything you can think of business related across all different departments. The part that I liked best is how Zoho is extremely user friendly and it's base functions can serve all your needs, but for those more advanced CRM fanatics Zoho really does pack a punch with extremely advanced features available to truly make it your own!

Cons

The biggest thing I don't like about Zoho is the visual appearance of the users interface. In my option it looks very outdated which gives the appearance initially that it is not capable of much. I think it is something that definitely needs an upgrade.

So far it has been very positive. We have done a good bit of data customization and the team is starting to test functionality. It is a lot for a team to get accustomed to but after some initial testing I believe the adoption will be strong.

Pros

We will transition from the Zoho Bigin product to Zoho CRM. Both products are good but the ability to customize Zoho CRM modules and fields make it a viable product for us.

Cons

Along with a high level of functionality comes a certain amount of complexity that can make customizing your setup a bit tricky. However, if you allow for a bit of time to understand your options in Zoho, you can map your needs and create a highly functional data system.

Pros

Mostly easy to use. Simple interface. Good value CRM without an outrageous upgrade fee. Good contact management.

Cons

Slightly lacking when it came to usability and the "fun" factor. CRMs don't have to be fun but it just feels a bit soul less compared to many others.

Pricing was considerably better for most of the same contact management features.

Dashboard is clean and airy and colorful. The fonts are nice and big wich makes contact finding nice and easy. It doesn;t feel overwhelimg even if it's a CRM.

Pros

I love the simplicity of the dashboard. The fonts are nice and easy to skim. Contacts are arranged nicely and leads are easy to find and categorise. The dashboard isn't too crowded to a point where you can't find what you are looking for. I love the relaxing color choice of pink and blue: It makes work nice and fun. I also love that there's lots of fields to work with when entering lead data which enables us to collect as nuch information about a client as possible and hence create customised business solutions for out clients. It's esy to see the status of each lead and notifications come quick and in a way that's not too obnoxious or alarming.

Cons

The navigation bar can be hidden and confusing. Somebuttons have a tendency to be slow and to load slowly. You may be redirected to n ad landing page on certain features which can be frustrating given the pressure of work.

Remote working we still have access to customers data and history. This is critical when off site and trying to close leads. The support when required has been fast and efficient with the required outcome. in 4 years we have had no real downtime on the platform and it has always operated quickly.

Pros

The ease of use and consistency with each and every module makes it quick to learn, whilst still being efficient and effective for our business. Ability to access the data securely from anywhere has been vital during remote working.

Cons

Some modules the search does not always work fully mainly with finding customers. You have to on occasions click on an extra button to actually perform the search with a keyword. Otherwise it has to be exactly as entered on the account which you may not have to hand.

Better module integration with things like inventory. Gives you much better control of customers and incredibly easy to use

### "Support is not there when they have a glitch!"

Zoho is great until something goes wrong, they caused the glitch and no one has ever offered a suitable solution. You spend all this money setting up the system to be left high and dry when they have an issue.

Pros

Emails linked to the CRM which was all in one place.

Cons

The support team leave you going around in circles. When you give and instruction they always come back with but can we help you. This is always the response leaving you with no answers or resolution. They take your money and do not refund or offer any compensation. You get ignored and basically sent to the beginning every time so you go away.

Cost is most important feature and graphics made available makes the tool more pleasing then just crunching numbers everyday. As install base is growing, we are able to recruit team members who have used this tool in some way or shape in their past lives. Internet calling feature to protect our identity is a great feature.

Cons

Internet calling phone numbers sometimes show up as spam calling on customers cellphone which is concerning.
