Lo intuitivo y sencillo de implementar, lo que permite tener un onboarding exitoso en un corto plazo. Para el equipo de ventas es sencillo tener al día sus tareas con el panel de control de inicio y para las gerencias los gráficos son de mucha ayuda.

Cons

Las campañas de marketing, sin bien es cierto, funcionan bien. No son intuitivas a la hora de implementarlas.

Some of the things I liked most about Zoho CRM are it has user friendly interface it is clean and intuitive interface that is easy to navigate.It has wide range of features including contact management, lead tracking, sales automation, marketing automation, and customer support also customisation options available according to the business needs I'm more likely to suggest this tool to my friends or colleagues

Pros

Zoho CRM is one of the most affordable CRM solutions on the market and I find it easy to use also customisation and flexibility available according to the business needs. It integrates with a plenty of other business applications, such as Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Mail. This made it easy to share data between applications and streamline our workflows.

Cons

In my previous organization i used different CRM than zoho so i found out that Zoho CRM's reporting capabilities are not as powerful as some of its competitors. It is missing some advanced features that are found in other CRM solutions, such as social media integration and predictive analytics etc

Overall, my experience with Zoho CRM has been good. For my job role, it has helped me greatly by providing the necessary tools to make my job more efficient and effective.

Pros

Zoho CRM is an all-rounder tool that has helped marketers like me not only understand the fruits of our campaigns but also aid us in scaling our campaigns with lead analysis. The various options like lead capture, sales pipeline management and detailed report generation features have been useful in my daily work.Moreover, a seemingly trivial but important feature has been the lead status feature in sales management - this helped us in filter CA's to send them automated follow-ups.

Cons

The only drawback was the UX-UI of the tool.

Zoho CRM, looks a perfect tool for me. I was really amazed of it's features and tools inside as this easy to understand, easy to navigate and even the first time user can also navigate due to it's user-friendly environment. I am looking forward to be a future paying customer to Zoho.

Pros

WHat I like the most about Zoho CRM is that I was amazed that Zoho has also integrate in social media sites which is I initially used Zoho Inventory. I definitely purchase Zoho when handling my clients social media sites and inventory in the future.

Cons

What I like the least about Zoho CRM is that probably I need to extend the free trial from it's 14 days to 1 month.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

Zoho has a great features and user-friendly. Even me when I first signed up, it's really provide me an awesome experience due to it's easy to understand words. Now, I am planning to use Zoho Inventory and social media sites to present to my clients in managing his business. It's all-in-one stop tools! Thank you!

Zoho has produced a huge amount of value for our business. Our work involves a lot of prospecting and active sales handling for each B2B lead. We used to do everything manually on Excel, but once we moved to Zoho, a lot of our sales actvities are now automated. We have automated reports, A/B tests for automated sequences, and a clear pipeline and activity dashboard to track all of our activities. I can wholehartedly say that it's defitiely moved our sales operations to another level.

Pros

Zoho has all the features you need to manage the A-Z of your sales operations. The automated workflows and sequences have been especially helpful for us because it used to take forever to send our opening sales emails to hundreds of prospects, whereas now, we don't ave to spend a single second to send these emails, and they're standardized and have automated reports on their performance. This alone has probably saved us a dozen hours each week from sending them manually.

Cons

It was difficult for us to get off the ground in the beginning, we even questioned whether it was actually going to be the right fit because of that. It might be good to have better onboarding to get ahead of that.

Well Learning anything new i think most shy away at first but once i started exploring the many details of what i could do with it i fell in love with it. we just got done customizing our calling link from our pc, our contract builder and our email tracker. the possibilities are endless really.

We can now comfortably say our clinic has grown courtesy of Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is a tool that we have found quite critical in the management of our sales, marketing and customer service aspects of our business. It's setup and implementing process is uncomplicated and comes with a user friendly interface which simplifies the utilization experience. Being a web based app it is compatible with our computers and even available in a mobile app making it's accessibility such a breeze. We have experienced lots of benefits from Zoho CRM. From being able to connect with our customers through the various channels. It provides emailing for easier record keeping of responses from email, calling through the telephony feature that allows us to schedule calls and follow up with clients through calls and social media where we are able to manage our different page profiles and check on clients feedback. Also we are able to segment customers for ease of recording and appointment scheduling. Events management is easy, we are able to invite clients to any events from the customer database. Lastly Zoho CRM perform deep analysis on the different facets of the business and generate reports that help us track progress of the business

Cons

Honestly Zoho CRM is a blend of lots of benefits. I really have nothing against it

Erst kennt man ZOHO nicht. Beschäftigt man sich, dann ist man Fan. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Pros

Alles ist vollkommen frei zu konfigurieren. In der Standardversion zu Anfang läuft alles glatt. später kann man sich "sein" CRM so bauen, wie man es für den täglichen Bedarf braucht.

Cons

Der größte Vorteil ist der größte Nachteil: es gibt SO viele Möglichkeiten, dass man anfangs überfordert ist, wenn man nicht Schritt für Schritt, am besten mit Unterstützung, voran geht. Sonst ist der (geniale) Berg der möglichen Einstellungen und Konfigurationen so groß, dass er einen erschlägt und man gar nicht anfängt. Manches ist nicht perfekt auf Deutsch übersetzt. Der Support ist Englisch.

Pros

As a Zoho One user, I love the combination of more than a dozen business tools that I've used in pieces before. Now, they are all connected and integrated. The list of functionality and critical features is so long... This is truly the backbone of my photography studio. I thought I'd just get a CRM but with the automation and interconnection between the suite components, I just dove in!

Cons

The main gripe comes with the slow implementation of some bug fixes and shortcomings. The forums are filled with users' requests for some of the industry-standard features, to which we keep hearing "in progress" or "no timeline". Some of such discussions take months and even years... It could be that the company bit more than it could chew, as the resources on some projects surely run thin, while other projects thrive.

It is so usefull and power tool to have all the customer/contact/lead/opportunities/meetings/tasks/calls and everything you need in one place. All with a chonological order.

Pros

The easy integration with other Zoho and 3rd party softwares.

Cons

Your logon email must be the same for all the Zoho softwares that you want to use, if you have a logged session for your CRM using the email "person@company.com" and you want to use other Zoho's software like ServiceDesk Plus Cloud (in example) it must be the same email logon to work on the same web browser.

Zoho CRM helped us organize everything related to our customers' contact data, contracts and documents in one place, and also enabled us to schedule the sending of appropriate offers to them at different times and within a specific time frame, and indeed, automation helped us enhance the confidence of existing customers and attract new customers as well.

Pros

I like the simplicity and ease of use that Zoho CRM offers us, as it enables us to create folders for all our clients as well as organize records with their data and requests as well as save all documents and archive email and transactions made by our team and between them. I love how Zoho CRM filters customers by suggested topic, which makes it easy to create lists of important information about a specific group of customers based on their specialties or interests, so that our team can reach them quickly and offer tailored offers. I like how easy it is to customize it to automatically send emails to a group of clients, and I like the fact that Zoho CRM integrates multiple communication methods easily, such as WhatsApp, so that we can also send messages and links to customers and also we can receive customer requests and inquiries and respond to them in the same way. It is great to find all the records related to customer inquiries and requests, as well as the date they were referred to the relevant team member, as well as the results that were reached in one place in an organized manner.

Cons

I love the fact that Zoho CRM has no unpleasantness, as it is simple, easy to use, low cost, and integrates strongly with email and social media platforms easily, which makes it a suitable choice for all needs.
