Our sales executives appreciate the platforms because they make their jobs easier. Unlike other platforms that need you to use separate platforms to conduct different duties, Zoho CRM offers everything you need. We use the CRM to hold sales meetings, handle and segment prospects, and manage the sales funnel. Selling becomes more enjoyable when you have a terrific product like Zoho that allows you to do all you need to sell.

Pros

We wanted a CRM that we could quickly start and deploy; this software met all of our requirements; and this CRM is more efficient for me because it does not require any coding skills or any developer to make small platform adjustments. Its interface is simple to use, and it is quite effective in handling as many accounts as needed, as well as in reporting facts.

Cons

There's a part of work to be done for the stage to convey its guarantees, and the return on venture time and money is time devouring, and their customer benefit isn't up to standard, they have a terrible account administration gather to start with qualified that can never be managed with due to responsiveness.

I have been using Zoho CRM for four years now, and it has been a rewarding journey. We seen our sales increase, customer satisfaction is at a high and we are able to measure employee performance which is used for informed interventions.

Pros

In my view, Zoho CRM is the most effective and flexible CRM I have used yet, considering that I use it at work and in my own business. As an Agent working in a mid-sized agency, it was easy for us to set it up for our agency because Zoho also provides a how-to guide. The features we have set up include but are not limited to: Automating email campaigns for new and existing leads and maintaining relationships with our long-time clients for repeat business. We are able to integrate WordPress Forms (Elementor API through Zoho Flow), Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google My Business using Zoho Social. Managing Leads and Clients and setting automated reminders when a contact has not been touched for a certain period. Allow being able to view and track a contact's activities on the timeline. Not forgetting the overall collaborative ability to centrally manage all contacts as a team. Making sure that all potential business can be attended to if a colleague is not available for one reason or another.

Cons

As much as I love Zoho CRM, these are its limitations and areas of improvement: Zoho CRM needs to provide options on Graphic User Interfaces. As a visual person, that is really important, and I might not be alone. You are not even able to change the fonts. A user is not able to convert a client back to leads, unless they recapture the contact as a lead, export multiple clients and import them leads or write and run a Deluge script. This feature must come standard. Zoho CRM is a powerful app if you lack intent you will find yourself overwhelmed and unable to set it up for your business.

Pros

Zoho CRM offers a feature-rich platform to engage with your customers. You can manage contacts, send mass emails, notifications, manage inventory, implement an AI assistant, and even give your customers a mobile app to stay synced.

Cons

The software can not be self-hosted on your private server.

I appreciate how simple and intuitive the UI is because it makes it easy for someone like me to use it, who is not particularly tech-savvy. The extensive built-in capabilities have also aided me in streamlining my customer management and sales procedures. Overall, I'm extremely happy with Zoho CRM and would advise anyone seeking for a reliable CRM solution to use it.

Pros

I've been using Zoho CRM for quite some time now, and I adore it! The customization, ease of use, and automation tools are the aspects that have had the biggest effects on me. I've been able to save a ton of time and improve my process thanks to the automation tools, and I can customize the CRM to meet my unique demands. Additionally, while having a ton of functionality, Zoho CRM is still quite simple to use and navigate. Overall, I'm overjoyed that I decided to give Zoho CRM a try.

Cons

As of writing this review, I do not have any difficulty with the software.

Very positive! It is much more simple and better designed than some CRMs I have used varying from cheap ones up to higher end custom ones. It offers all the usual functionality and the navigation is simple.

Pros

Very easy to use compared to other systems I have tried! Easy to integrate, mass update records, export information and access via app.

Cons

Would prefer stronger integration with Zoho Sites and Bookings to add more functionality in automation but this likely could have been achieved with more technical knowledge.

Zoho CRM was part of Zoho One package so offered good value for money with features that integrated with other Zoho software that we use. The support is also great with Zoho, I can message and receive a response back fairly quickly.

Zoho crm provides a wholistic platform that allow for ease in project execution however there is need additionally fine tune aspects such as its gantt chart to allow for great flexibility. It is a great software with flexible pricing options especially for upcoming businesses.

1\. While the interface might be crafted technically it may take a while before one gets around to fully understand the differnt functionaliity provided with the zoho crm 2. Need for additional customizations when it comes to its gantt chart for purposes of resource allocation

All the years of experience with Zoho CRM has been wonderful and has helped our sales and marketing team to manage our lead and new client.

Pros

It's been a terrific experience thus far. Getting help from their customer service team via quick chat, some of whom are pretty helpful and educated, is probably the best option. The only way to resolve some problems is to make a phone call, but that's not an option here. Inconvenient as it may sound, callbacks are available, but they may be a pain when the person you're calling has already made an effort to do so. Email correspondence, on the other hand, may go on for days before things are resolved.

Cons

There are moments when I get confused about the platform since it's so complicated to configure and figure out various aspects. To me, they appear to be copying Google Workspace, but I like it. I'd love it if I could make my email software look and work just like Gmail. In addition, I'd like to see additional video lessons on the site. Because of its enormous scope, it needs a team with deep expertise to implement it effectively.

Pros

I liked most about Zoho it's is capability to automate a lof of the sales activities (assuming you're willing to spend the time customizing it, for which it's extremely capable). Its helped us to keep track of our sales pipeline, as well as consolidating customer/account information in a centralized manner.

Cons

Even though Zoho is pretty easy to use, to get the most out of it, you'd best invest in one of the packages (either Zoho CRM Plus or Zoho One). Zoho has been pretty adamant in modularizing everything, but they do offer reasonably cost packages.

Overall, the product is great. There is literally not much comparable out there. Outside of browser based issues and customer support, I truly like working with them

Pros

I love the features of the system immensely. The ability to have all in one place, to be able to monitor and to assign, and to be able to audit users to ensure that the customers are being given the best possible service in a fast paced business environment.

Cons

I dont like the fact that they only work on certain browsers. For instance, we use Firefox for everything, but their system blocks firefox from being able to access pictures and such. Additionally, their customer service team is not the best to deal with and sometimes impossible to get ahold of.

I like this tool because it manages any relationship with customers in a simple and comfortable way, automating data entry which takes a long time, depends on periodic customer follow-ups, even helping to effectively assign scores to the most potential customers and thus be able to help them prioritize them in a better way in order to obtain better results, it is an excellent registration and integration tool in a single database in no interaction between the company and its clients and it adapts to projects of any size

It's an easy CRM to implement and it definitely does what you need it to. The problem is that it doesn't do most of the things you WANT it to so you end up looking for things you can bolt on through APIs or integrations from 3rd parties.

Pros

Easy and straight-forward. It's just your average CRM, and once you wrap your head around their unique approach to the sales process (Leads > Contacts > Deals, etc) it does what you need it to. You also can't beat the price.

Cons

I think where you get in trouble is when you start comparing Zoho to other CRM and Marketing Automation tools like Hubspot, Salesforce or Infusionsoft. Zoho is definitely CRM-forward, which isn't bad - that's their thing. I just found (and my client who I helped set up Zoho for) that it lacks a ton of the really power features other platforms have nailed (automation, workflows, reporting, lead conversion, etc).

My client was very cost-sensitive and just wanted something simple, easy to manage and affordable so they decided to go with Zoho.

We are learning that the way we were qualifying leads and moving them through the sales funnel could be made a lot easier using Zoho. Zoho has made it a lot easier to see what sales are coming in and from where.

Pros

Social, email and CRM functionality are all housed in one place. The email campaign section makes it easy to warm leads up before sending them to the CRM module. Easy to set tasks for the sales team and then report on what has or has not been followed up.

Cons

There's a lot of functionality and application within Zoho, I don't believe we will get around to using them all. The email Campaign section doesn't always pull the correct stats back through to the CRM module. There is no ideal process of qualifying leads, we had to seek external support.

We have implement this solution for a small medium retail chain. They are using this solution to track their sales, customer records and some other business functions. Overall implementation was easy. But we have experienced some issues when integration with 3rd party services like gmail. However This product is worth for money you spend. Highly recommend for a small medium business.

\+ Available for affordable price + Interactive reports and easy analytical tools + Can be integrated with many popular 3 rd party software. + Team collaboration tool integrated

Cons

\+ User experience is not bit poor comparing to flagship alternatives + Dashboards are less customizable + Lack of security mechanisms + Some times experienced performance issues

ZOHO CRM is value for the money. In Zoho One ecosystem you can get a lot of features which you can integrate with your CRM but again it will require a bit of expertise.

Pros

Zoho CRM is must tool to take off your business on cloud. Though we struggled initially to setup as the entire things were very new to us, but ZOHO customer support really helps you it with the integration and setting up. We were largely using it for Database Management and capturing the lead information.

Cons

ZOHO needs to work on its workflow automation setup (email campaign) as the entire dashboard looks bit clumsy and can be overwhelming for the first time user.

Yo conocí zoho por una asistencia remota , Al invetigar a la empresa vi ZOHO CRM saque la versión gratuita y comencé a adatarla a la capacidad de mi empresa,y descubrimos en poco tiempo lo util que seria, como todo al ingresa mayor información ,se obtiene mayor beneficio, muy grato en la gestión de cliente, pero cumple y te apoya con todo el ciclo marketing, venta, orden y soporte

el tiempo de la versión de prueba es muy poco para conocer todo lo beneficios , pasando uno meses seguíamos descubriendo funciones

### "Makes my job easier"

I use Zoho every day and it was super easy to learn and to train. They are a ton of tools which aren't necessary for us but its great to be able to customize the tools you use most.

Pros

Zoho is great for leaving notes for accounts, tracking a sale, recording conversations and so much more. It is also helpful to create multiple contact for an account so that you have all the decision makers, their titles and their contact info. There are a ton of features we use but so many we don't (the calendar, emailing, task management) which I think could be even more useful to explore. There are also a ton of filtering options which allow you to group leads into batches.

Cons

I don't like the way a file starts out as a "lead" which only allows you to add one point of contact for that customer. Only after the lead is converted to an account are you able to add multiple contacts. This isn't a make or break deal but it would be helpful when you aren't sure which contact you need to speak with yet. Also there are multiple locations to leave notes which ultimately means sometimes you have to dig to find the notes you need, it would be helpful if the notes were all held in one place to avoid something being missed.

It helped us finally organize our contacts, assign tasks, delineate responsibilities and run email campaigns for our whole contact universe.

Pros

For an early stage startup with not a ton of funding, Zoho CRM has been a good "economy" option. We get the functionality we need: contact management, task and call assignments by team member, with integrated custom email campaigns.

Cons

The user interface has tons of options, and it feels hard to find the options that are most important or frequently used. It felt like Zoho CRM took all the things you could ever want in a CRM, and just added all of them to the app, with equal emphasis in design (therefore the most valuable is lost in the crowd). For example, to create a task or call item for a contact, you have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of that individual's contacts page, because there are exhaustive levels of fields above that (which we mostly never used).

I stopped using Zoho when I was working with the company that forced me to use it because I found Zoho to slow down my productivity instead of speeding it up.

Pros

This product is not laid out in what I would consider as a very user-friendly way. I found it to be cumbersome and tedious in its operation for my particular application. I found better web-based software that works way better.

Cons

It has a layout that is not as efficient as it could be. I found myself spending more time trying to make the software work for me than I did actually making the contacts I was supposed to make. Software is supposed to be EASY so that is SPEEDS up your productivity, not slow you down.
