My overall experience with has been positive most times, once i set up my page, ZOHO CRM does an amazing job keeping everything organized from leads, contacts, deals and communication history are all easy to be tracked in one place. That being said, it's not perfect, in the early startup, it was a bit frustrating and every now and then, the platform looked a bit clustered. Overall, I would say my experience is reliable and practical. It is not the best CRM out there, but it gets the work done

Pros

is an app I keep coming back to because of its interface simplicity and effective functionality

Cons

My least favourite thing about is it can feel a bit clustered, sometimes one will have to click through many screens to get something that can ordinarily be gotten easily. Although it's not bad but can be improved.

### "Worst Customer Service; Rep \[sensitive content hidden\] unhelpful"

Cons

We have used Zoho services operationally, but our experience with Zoho’s billing and account management has been unacceptable. For more than two months, Zoho was unable to correct billing issues on its own systems after transitioning our account from annual to monthly billing. During that time, Zoho repeatedly threatened service suspension despite being unable to provide a functioning invoice or payment method. When a usable invoice and payment link were finally provided late on a Friday afternoon, Zoho suspended our services less than 48 hours later for “non-payment,” without prior notice that immediate payment was required and without allowing any reasonable payment window (e.g., net 7). This occurred despite Zoho being fully aware that the delay was caused entirely by its own billing failures. Requests for accommodation, escalation, or direct communication were denied. Services were effectively held until payment was made the same day. The product may be viable, but Zoho’s billing controls, escalation process, and customer accountability are deeply flawed. Business customers should carefully consider the operational risk created by these practices.

Overall my experience with has been good. It helps me keep track of leads, follow‑ups and tasks without losing things in emails. Once everything is set up properly it runs smooth and fits into my daily workflow. There are small issues like slow loading or too many options to learn, but nothing major that stops me from using it. For managing contacts and basic sales processes, it’s reliable and gets the job done.

Pros

What I like most about is how easy it is to track contacts and deals in one place. At work I use it to follow up with leads and keep notes, and it keeps everything organised without me needing extra tools. The interface is clean and I can move around pretty fast once I got used to it. Email integration is helpful too, I can see conversations right inside the contact page. The workflows and automation save time because I don’t have to manually update every small thing. For the price, it gives a lot of features.

Cons

Some parts of feel a bit confusing at first. There are many menus and sometimes I forget where a setting is. Customization is good but can get overwhelming if you’re not used to CRMs. A few times the system felt slow when loading big lists. Email templates are okay but could be easier to design. Also the mobile app works but not as smooth as desktop, especially when updating records quickly. Customer support replies, but sometimes it takes longer than I expected.

### "Good CRM, better with the whole Zoho Suite"

More than 2 years using it as main CRM, for managing accounts in Spain, Portugal and Italy. Connected with the rest of the Zoho ecosystem, specially with Projects, Sprints, Books and Analytics.

Pros

CRM management with plenty of features, customizations and all you can expect from a modern CRM. It's biggest advantage? If you use the whole Zoho Suite, everything is connected and you can improve your company A LOT. Among that, it's a good CRM.

Cons

As all Zoho apps, configuration it's a little bit complicated, permissions are sometimes ultra complex to understand, and some adjustments need to be done by the OWNER of the installation, which is only ONE account and can do some administrative things. Another con is definitely support, which honestly it's not the best.

Overall zoho is value for money and one of the easiest to use CRM for mid sized companies. Zoho’s integration is far more superior that most of the other CRM.

Pros

Ease of use. The search in Zoho is far more superior than other popular CRMs like Netsuite And verticals in zoho make it easy to navigate between related records

Cons

It is no good at customisation. It is very hard to create new developments inside zoho with is not default in Zoho

sus funcionamientos, pero cuándo funcionan porque cuando se cuelga no hay ningún tipo de solución, lo intentamos 15.0000 veces y nada llevamos con el calendar duplicándose reuniones desde diciembre haciendo el trabajo mas latoso y estamos en febrero ....

Se cuelga asiduamente, de hecho escribo esta reseña, porque llevo 20 min sin trabajar , a aparte tuvimos un problema con la vinculación con el calendar y ni siquiera nos ha dado ningún tipo de solución, solo las soluciones que buscamos nosotros y el producto barato no es...

has great task automations that allow us to complete the repetitive customer operations with ease and quickly. ### "Worst User Experience - too many phonecalls"

The interface is overwhelming, cluttered with endless tabs and technical jargon that isn’t clearly explained. It feels more like trying to navigate a complex enterprise system than a tool meant to help small businesses streamline their processes. What’s worse, after simply requesting a demo, I was relentlessly bombarded with calls—up to 10 times a day, starting as early as 7 a.m. While I understand the intention is to offer support, this level of aggressive sales outreach is intrusive and exhausting. If you’re a small business owner looking for a simple, effective CRM, I recommend skipping the headache and exploring options like Streak CRM. It’s clean, easy to use, integrates directly with Gmail, and doesn’t require a master’s degree to figure out. Zoho might work for large organizations with dedicated tech teams, but for small businesses looking for simplicity and peace of mind, it’s just not the right fit.

ZOHO was supposed to help me streamline a lot of my processes for my small business.The pro's for me were the price and the ALL IN ONE factor.

Cons

Despite all the marketing claims that is “easy to use” and “intuitive,” my experience—and clearly that of many others—says otherwise. I scheduled a demo - then they canceled it and rescheduled it for 7:30am - well that did not work for me. Then the phone calls started. UGH They were very intrusive. Don't they know that people do not use the phone anymore ? I am surprised they didn't try to fax me.

### "Weak Customer Support and After Sales Support"

I've open multiple tickets over 5 days and got just 1 canned illogical generic response. The customer support is pathetic and non-existence. I've got an IT degree and provided all the info and background to resolve the situation. Zohio is cheap, but don't do it as you're on your own if there is an issue and you just can't get a resolution to even obvious and simple problems.

Pros

Great features and a good range of interconnected products. This should be great and everyone should sign up but...

Cons

Appalling lack of customer service. Impossible to get a timely or logical response to an obvious problem caused by Zoho.

Takes time to learn and needs to be configured according to your comfort and requirements, but at the end of the day, it pays off. And

The best thing about is that I can automate my work to some extent. I can send follow-up emails through automation and can automate other repetitive work as well. This saves a lot of time.

Cons

It has a lot of buttons, menus and options. For a new user, it can be overwhelming for some time to get used to it. It feels like entering a cockpit. It took me about 3 months to get used to it's complexity

It is easy to use, and works well for small and medium sized teams. Easily customizable and has workflows that can be effectively used. Sorting and filtering is easily doable and keeping track is easy

Cons

The interface is a tad boring, and not very interactive. Reports are static, and personally faced issues while trying to automate reports and data for management reporting.

I do not like that fields and reports require time to be customized; I still use our administrator to make more complicated changes.

made it easy to manage our Sales pipeline by providing a structured view of leads/deals, plentiful integration options, out of the box analytics and a helpful support team. a great choice for a small - medium organization.

Cons

Heavy customization or integration with other Zoho/third party applications can be difficult and time consuming to implement , making complex workflows difficult to recreate for initial config. There is a lack of AI features compared to other options like Salesforce or Hubspot.

Overall I was happy with the experience of using . Setting up workflows, creating custom fields and managing contacts was straightforward.

Pros

This is a great CRM option for businesses that don't have a large budget. That being said, it doesn't feel cheap and includes a lot of great features for sales and marketing teams.

Cons

The email tool is a little basic regarding design templates - although the scheduling functionality is good. The reporting module could be improved. The standard reports didn't quite fit what we required and it was difficult to find the relevant fields when creating custom reports.

We have decided to change to ClaritySoft CRM. Zoho didn't provide understanable support; even for what shoud have been a simple fix.

Pros

Easy navigation and great for task management. Great price. Population of fields is still seamless.

Cons

Have found that the support is not good. Upon my last inquiry, I couln't understand the rep and I speak two languages.

I will rate it 5 stars, whenever i am thinking a management software for accounts, marketing and sales or even for HR I recommend this.

Pros

Its easy to use even for freshers, UI is very simple and understandable. Most importantly Its helpful for sales pipeline. Email Management feature helps to increase productivity.

Cons

According to me the only con is - Content management limitations - Data import and data export limitations only.
