Pros

It is very easy to use even for a person who has never used any CRM software before. Its very easy to operate and get analytics for everything.

Cons

Nothing as such. But it can be a little pricy for early stage startups.

For me this can’t be answered I have no issues for the past 2 years with zoho in general as It’s not just my ZOHO CRM I’m using it also my mail and I don’t see myself changing this services provider (ZOHO) anytime soon

### "A good Product Where Everything is Limited for You to Upgrade"

It was a very neutral experience. Be sure to have big bucks to spend when migrating to this software because everything they own are bespoke; you want something you have to buy it. And its neverending for them to keep pushing you to the highest plan.

Pros

It is similar to SalesForce. Easier to use when you can just plug and play certain things and features. Their customer service is good though. Helped me a lot when i go through certain blocks of work that needs to be done.

Cons

You got to keep spending a lot of money for every features that you wanted to customize. The sales will keep ask you to buy the higher package for you to fulfill basic requirements.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

We were promised that Zoho CRM can do the stuffs that lacks in our previous product used (Leadsquared). Apparently for us to use the said features we never knew that we had to subscribe for a higher subscription to get what we really wanted. Its too late as we have migrated to Zoho CRM

Overall, our experience with Zoho was quite negative; it was difficult to use, which meant that a full changeover from Asana never really occurred, which, in turn, impeded its effectiveness as a CRM. Eventually switching to Freshworks was a breath of fresh air.

Pros

Zoho was the first CRM implemented at Chevron Editing, so I didn't have much of a benchmark to compare it to (previously, we'd used Asana for lead management and deal tracking). Having a proper CRM where we could easily keep track of all clients was incredibly helpful; from that perspective, Zoho's basic features around contact and account management were very useful.

Cons

The overly complicated interface and lack of easy integration led to us eventually switching away from Zoho. While I'm sure the convoluted layouts and feature-dense setups are useful for larger organisations, they weren't necessary for us.

Our team was following a manual process for lead generation and management. Thus, we were looking for a CRM that can offer us everything right from customer data import/export options, to building workflows, sales processes, and deal/proposal follow-up with omnichannel interactions. Zoho CRM has truly matched our requirements and with it, our team can now increase leads, manage existing and new customer databases and close more deals quickly. The overall experience with Zoho CRM was amazing.

Pros

I like a bunch of features that Zoho CRM offers. Starting from lead management to automating workflows, I really like how everything is packed in this platform. The simple and easy-to-use interface actually helped our sales team to track customer data and focus on closing more sales deals. Building a sales process for our organization was also easy in Zoho CRM. Overall, it has everything a sales person needs to manage his customer data to segment that data and do follow-up for closing more sales deals. I really like this CRM!

Cons

My overall experience using Zoho CRM is excellent and I haven't faced anything that I didn't like. It really worked for me.

Marketing, Delivery, Ticketing functions are some of the areas that can be addressed with just plug and play, Easy integrations with third party softwares is its another USP, Forms can be easily designed, Additional fields can be added, Various rules can be defined to assign the tickets, Multiple users can be created. Easily mails can be sent to multiple persons through tickets itself.Pricing is also another factor to consider Zoho CRM.

As for what I don't like, I don't have any negative opinion about the software. As far as I can tell, this tool is very complete.

I think overall we are satisfied with the spend on the CRM as it has helped our process and revenue growth. The team is quite humble and prompt at Zoho, they helped us at every steps.

Pros

Easy navigation, user friendly. We were able to customize the Sales workflow per our need and with Zoho it was easy to inculcate all our legacy process and workflows. Lead management to deal closure was with a discipline approach and all details documented with next steps. Dashboard and reporting for the management was easy.

Cons

Having inline edit capability to views should be a good feature, now it's little difficult to go to each record for any update.

It is now possible to keep the track of repeat customers which makes it easy in making decisions on discounts to be given.Zoho CRM has has helped me eliminate a lot of unnecessary records which otherwise are difficult to maintain and also easily lost.

Pros

The system has a well elaborate customer maintenance process that enables performance tracking. One can easily track and qualify clients from the time they are on boarded to the time a service is delivered or a sale happens.The system also allows integration of other related services like processing of a quotation for a client.

Cons

The system has got a lot of feature which might confuse the user. It is also very possible to loose the work in progress and it requires constant saving

Overall very good. I have used Sales Force and Hubspot in the past, and Zoho is on par with them for a much lower cost.

Pros

Overall, it works very well. It is especially valuable to look at Zoho One, which offers a comprehensive set of tools for most of your CRM/ERP/Finance needs. Most features work out of the box, and there is easy customization for things that don't.

Cons

There are several areas where Zoho is behind other CRMs - for example managing multiple addresses, emails and phone numbers. While you can build solutions yourself, you shouldn't have to for basic needs. Also with integration for other Zoho products, it typically works well, but when there are issues it takes Zoho a long time to address them. They recently changed how CRM and Campaigns sync and the old way was much better, it feels like they didn't talk to users before doing it.

It wasn't good. If I learn that a company is using it, I aggressively encourage them to switch because using almost ANY other technology may help you become far more productive and lucrative in addition to saving a ton of money.

Pros

Primarily because it allows you to tailor its features to meet your business objectives, ZOHO CRM is incredibly user-friendly. It is really simple to use and has an excellent interface. It's a great tool for managing your client relationships because it lets you stay on top of things like managing leave, attendants, sales, and customer tracking continually.

Cons

pretty much everything of it. You must upgrade in order to use the platform's other features, which include adding more expensive Zoho tools to your portfolio like SalesIQ, Campaigns, and other features. The workflow component is highly incongruous and lacking in intuition. Due to its outdated interface, Zoho is stuck in the 18th century when compared to competing platforms that employ real workflows.

This software has taken the admin work to a new more automated level specially when partnered with Zoho Subscription and Zoho Forms. When registering a new contact the suite does all the work and we take care of verification making it much less prone to errors

Pros

I use Zoho CRM daily to manage and update over 700 members of our association. It's made the job of sorting reports, and gathering details a simple by allowing our contact templates to be customized in virtually any way we need. Reports are also flexible and customizable which is fantastic!

Cons

The way information is displayed could use some work, it's intuitive enough but slow to navigate when you need to browse more than 100 names.

I enjoy the high security and protection standards, as well as its interface with numerous programs, which simplifies the process of importing and exporting data, reducing data entering errors.

Cons

There are no undesirable things that hinder the use, as all the tools that will help you carry out your tasks efficiently, are clear and easy to learn, and the subscription fee is nominal and suitable for all needs.

Lead registration from the websites, and following the opportunities is now done in a structured way. We use now Zoho Meet that integrates directly with the contacts in Zoho CRM, which saves us again a lot of time.

Pros

Easy setup. Good integration with other Zoho products (as part of Zoho One) makes this a very compelling choice. Starting with CRM, but then adding a help desk (Zoho Desk), integration with marketing insights (Sales IQ), insights within CRM itself or via Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, ...

Cons

When using more than one Zoho product, finding back information is not always implemented the same way (but they are improving very fast with each update !)

Well there are not any lease feature and all the tools and feature are amazing for overall handling of clinet data for different task. I think if there could be less customization then it could be better for user interface.

Pros

It changed the whole dynamics and progress. The timeline is different now, I can see long term in a practical sense.

Cons

Nothing really. No complains yet. Maybe I would like to be able to change the color dynamics to make it appealing to my eyes so it doesn't look the same all the time.

a) Follow up with my customers when needed and send reminders to new customers who may not have integrated contact information yet.b) Managed all of my pre-purchase contact data including phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact information.

Cons

The user interface can be overwhelming for new users. There is a learning curve involved with using Zoho CRM. If you aren't familiar with the UI, it can take you a while to get up to speed on the product's features and functions.

ZOHO is a great program, the price that we paid for five people to use it versus SalesForce was fantastic. It was easy to use - easy to use on smartphones but any CRM is only as good as the representative that is utilizing it.

Pros

Our business had a smaller sales team and we didn't want the expense of SalesForce (which I had used at previous companies). This was an excellent choice - I loved that it tracked opportunities - you could set up alerts via email or just a system 'alert'. There were different ways to set up customers that you can customize. You can monitor reps progress through out the month as well as how a particular sale or 'deal' is going. I have moved on to a new organization with a different CRM program and I see that ZOHO was so good especially for the price we paid.

Cons

The cons were so minor - if you take the time to learn the software which some of our staff did not - which was the only source of our issues.
