Great experience. Easy to use. Easy to reach out to multiple prospects via email campaigns, etc.

Pros

It is easy to use and intuitive. The main features that are desired in a CRM are present and strong.

Cons

There are times when working with multiple prospects at the same time (such as in an email campaign) can be "undone" by needing to go into a specific prospect's profile (such as when it is unclear as to whether or not that prospect should be included in the campaign). Going into that individual profile requires that all of the previously selected prospects need to be selected again - from the beginning.

We had a really sloppy management regarding sales and work tracking, so with Zoho CRM we organized all the company's sectors oriented to sales, and now after a brief adapting period, we are way more suited to compete with others.

Pros

It can power up your client data base for easy managment Easy to make reports Customizable Really smooth interface You can track others work and be tracked without a meeting required

Cons

If I had to point out, I'd say it has a somewhat steep learning curve, and implementation in my case was hard because we had some elder employees, however, it was totally worth it, it helped a lot in the long run and now it helps a lot with sales and management.

I enjoy how simple it is to customise Zoho CRM for my company. Making little adjustments to the user interface doesn't need a lot of coding or development experience, which is something I really like. I was able to manage my CRM, forms, projects, meetings, reports, flows, campaigns, etc. thanks to Zoho CRM. Additionally, we use it to design out customer journeys, analyse sales monitoring, and manage my salespeople. In addition, Zoho made it incredibly easy for me to set up email campaigns to reach a larger audience by providing regular follow-up alerts and creating separate tabs with reports for each email I sent.

Pros

My need for manual work has decreased thanks to the tool. There is a remedy for any marketing requirements. Customizable CRM, campaigns, and email automation are among the capabilities. I've been working on the above projects for more than a year.  1. A single solution for all of my marketing needs, the Zoho CRM Tool features easy configuration.  2. I've tried a lot of different programmes, but Zoho Campaigns provides fantastic custom templates and scheduling possibilities, which made my daily tasks quite simple.  3. I enjoy the drag and drop capability in the custom form builder of Zoho Forms, which is really simple to integrate with website forms.

Cons

Some of the plugins are not entirely functioning when they are integrated with other third-party programmes. Additionally, using active connections to conduct customised SQL queries for databases is not allowed. For some Apps, including maybe social media apps like Hootsuite, Zoho needs to be able to integrate more easily. You might wish to monitor the success of your social media posts as a marketing team.

Everyone in the organization including our customers are acknowledging how much we have grown on issues customers interactions and services delivery since Zoho CRM was made a part of our working infrastructure. It allows us to offer our customers with very efficient ways to reach out to us including use of meetings and live chats. With Zoho CRM, we have access to customer interaction reports which shed light on whether a customer issues has been resolved and if not, follow ups should be done.

Cons

Zoho CRM is a cost effective CRM product and more to just having pocket-friendly pricing plans, it is also very effective and we have never encountered any major issues.

It is a disaster. Spend the money to get a better CRM that actually works, like SalesForce. Yeah it costs a lot and it also works which saves you money from lost productivity.

Pros

it is better than nothing and it's not as expensive as Salesforce

Cons

Everything is compartmentalized and the link with Zapier often breaks and the individual modules mean that you need to duplicate email templates across modules instead of making one... Also a Lead does not automatically or easily move to the customer module when they become a customer. When downloading a "report" of users to use in an email campaign, I have to download separate sections rather than download the whole list saving valuable time. That is the tip of the iceberg. The overseas customer support are not very helpful and often have given me the run around talking in circles and I need to explain an issue multiple times. For example they told my the reason an email campaign wasn't wasn't working because I was using an email link for the unsubscribe and then later said I was using 2 footers. Total nonsense. I waisted 2 hours on chat and then on the phone with these people.

Overall we love Zoho CRM, its ability to push data to Zoho Analytics for excellent reporting has made a real difference in our business. The customisable fields and ability to set tasks, pass data outside of Zoho gives us the flexibility we need to grow our business.

Pros

The ability to customise the CRM makes it flexible and the fact it integrates with the rest of the Zoho One family matters. We get to pass data back and forth and even outside of Zoho thanks to the Zapier integration.

Cons

Sometimes integrating CRM with other apps requires a developer rather than Zapier style point and click integrations. That can add expense and complexity.

Sad to say that I had a terrible experience with this CRM, I also released the difference when I started using other CRM products.

Pros

The inexpensive cost of the product. The integration with ERP and other systems is easy. The support of the product are good and they answer on an acceptable timely-manner. It has a simple mobile app that also works well to update contacts and notes.

Cons

The reporting capabilities are very basis and not helpful. The layouts are difficult to understand and not user-friendly. The role of customer success is missing from Zoho. It works as a contacts library rather than CRM tool.

Achat inutile et beaucoup de temps perdu à essayer d'adapter l'interface zoho a notre activité, après des semaines de temps et d'argent perdu à essayer de configurer le CRM nous recherchons d'autres solutions. Le suivi client a été catastrophique depuis l'achat. le logiciel est si compliqué à utiliser que même une développeur professionnel spécialiste de zoho ne aprvient pas à configurer notre palteforme suffisament pour que l'on puisse l'utiliser efficacement au quotidien

le prix est correct face à d'autres CRM, on comprend pourquoi en commençant à le configurer

Cons

Cette interface est extrêmement peu intuituive, cela fait des semaines que nous travaillons avec un développeur spécialisé pour adapter zoho CRM à notre activité, et nous découvrons chaque jour de nouveaux problèpmes qui rendent impossible l'utilisation de ce CRM au quotidien pour notre entreprise. l'interface est triste et moche, elle a beaucoup trop d'informations inutiles. Même en faisant le tri dans toutes ces données inutiles on a toujours l'impression d'utiliser un logiciel qui a 15 ans de retard tellement le design est basique et peu "user friendly"

I really appreciate the flexibility of this tool, since we integrate it, since we integrated it we know more and more about our target, we have access to several pieces of information thanks to the different possible cross-references, this tool has given us a lot of support for our targeting and segmentation strategy , I highly recommend it to any company for 360 degree management of their prospects

There is no thing I don't like in Zoho CRM, but I would like to integrate more social media like Tiktok for example

Overall I love this CRM. I am using it daily and my work is incomplete without it. I use it for campaign management, sending important emails to customers. Managing all data and information in one place. The most important thing is Zoho CRM's dashboard and reports which are amazing and easy to understand.

Pros

I am using Zoho XRM for more than 3 years and found it a really amazing platform for customer relationship management. I like their simple yet effective user interface the most. I can use it very easily. Zoho CRM helps us to manage our all databases and related information at one place with amazing security. Overall I can say that this is an amazing CRM.

Cons

There is one thing that I want to highlight about this CRM that I dislike about it which is Zoho CRM is a little bit expensive compared to others but on the other hand, I can say that it is worth to spend on it.

Good Zoho CRM, is a very useful tool to manage the relationship with customers, helps us to inspect the commercial work with customers, provides us the option of making reports which allows us to streamline the process of buying and selling with our suppliers, On the other hand, another fundamental and important aspect of Zoho CRM is that it is economical and thanks to its easy handling of the platform it helps us to increase our turnover and revenues to the company. In general, it is a very robust software when it comes to monitoring purchases and sales and something very significant is that it allows us to interact and link with social networks such as Twitter and Facebook. This is important since nowadays all companies have these platforms. social networks, additional account also with a mobile application that allows us to be connected to our operations outside the office.

Cons

What can be said about this application is that it should improve a bit in data security, since I work in the banking sector and because confidential data can be vulnerable because it is a software that is in the cloud. Also to be in line with the application, if you do not have an Internet connection you can not enter, but the minor details are this kind of problems. I would like to find a solution with which you can work online, but somehow maintain the data locally.

Overall, Zoho is a good program, once properly set up. There are many bells and whistles that I do not use in the CRM, but they are there if I determine I need them. Overall, the setup was more painful than I had planned and we paid an outside agency to help with the setup.

Pros

I like the ease of creating custom fields to contain my client's most important information. Having this information at my fingers is imperative. I like the easy email template setup, which allows me to use the template with many customers.

Cons

I don't like how there is no "auto save" for fields in the CRM. If I accidentally delete text, it is gone after saving and there is no way to get it back.

The value for money is excellent compared to other tools in the sector. Also, the capability to create custom functions and integrate with proprietary and non-proprietary solutions is very useful.The user interface is very intuitive and clear. The customization process is very simple, most modules do not require customization because the preset data responds to general needs.Also, you can create a custom module to capture specific data, this can be related to the base modules, making all your data linkable.

Cons

Documentation can be outdated, but customer support has a lot of knowledge.

Pros

We have been associated with Zoho and their purchase process itself was very easy. We have integrated with our lead gen tool at a single click. Reports and Dashboards were realtime, especially team felt it very useful in managing their daily activities. As business manager, it was easy to visualize the pipeline forecast and plans accordingly.

Cons

There are no much negatives except the data usage offered in the plans. Its quite good but still this can be improved.
