At my digital marketing firm, we've been utilising Zoho CRM for lead management and sales process optimisation for a few months now. The degree of customisation offered was one thing that caught my attention straight immediately. With the help of custom fields, we were able to modify the CRM to meet our unique requirements and smoothly incorporate lead sources into our sales funnel. It did take some time at first to become used to Zoho CRM. Nonetheless, the learning curve wasn't as high as expected, particularly with the lessons and guidance that were readily available. The capacity to automate workflows was a game-changer once we figured it out. Our follow-up procedure was much accelerated when we put up automatic answers for new leads. The integration with other Zoho applications,like Zoho Books and Campaigns, was really practical. We could easily synchronise data, avoiding manual entry time and guaranteeing platform consistency. But there were times when we need further assistance. Although the knowledge base answered most of our questions, we encountered a little problem involving a technical issue that needed to be fixed right away. It was a little disappointing because getting in touch with customer service took longer than anticipated during a pressing moment. Still, the mobile app saved my life when travelling and attending client meetings. We were able to stay informed even while we weren't in the office as it gave us instant access to customer data and lead updates.

Pros

Analytics and Reporting: These technologies offer insightful data on customer behaviour, sales success, and other important indicators. Making judgements based on data is aided by these insights.

Cons

Although customization is a benefit, individuals without technical knowledge may find it difficult to utilise. Advanced customisation configuration may need for technical staff support or a certain level of coding expertise.

Been able to automate and keep pretty much all data in Zoho and computerized the process in our small labs.

Pros

Zoho is a very simple system to understand, use, and set up.Zoho is user-friendly and has very good customer support.Customer service even helps you write some sample code to get you along the way.

Cons

For a small organization operating in a third-world country in a not-so-lucrative business, the yearly fee, even though it is low is still not affordable.wish there was an option for organizations like us.

So far it has been excellent - ZOHO is my software of choice if I am looking for any productivity software. I use Zoho for Accounts, Inventory, Form Building, Zoho Sheet, Website, CRM, and Project Management

Although I run a small marketing agency, I have to deal with a lot of clients. Initially used to manage all my clients manually and I didn't believe in any kind of CRM software. Later I started using Zoho CRM and never looked back. It has directly helped me to increase the overall yearly revenue of my company. Also, now I don't need to move from one tool to another just for doing simple tasks and my team can concentrate more on actual work.

Pros

Zoho has different software for different purposes. But I must say that their CRM software is the best and it provides the best value to the users. I like the fact that you don't even have to pay if you don't need advanced features. In fact, I started with the free version and then upgraded to the premium package just because this software is excellent. Apart from being a great CRM tool, it can handle your email marketing and automation tasks. There are a lot of integrated modules that help me connect this with third-party popular services. Overall, I think nobody will regret purchasing this tool for their company.

Cons

This tool is loaded with adequate features. One of them is the ZIA voice assistant which is not yet good enough. So, I think if the developers can improve this feature, Zoho CRM will be unbeatable.

Leaving aside the faulty customer service and the initial account setup that may take a little longer than expected, Zoho CRM is a very good product, its operation is smooth and its integration with other brand software makes it. adaptable to any organization, especially in the sales department.

Pros

Its main advantage is its integration with other software such as Zoho Project Management and Zoho email, which gives it versatility to be used in different departments. However, its main use is in the sales department in which it has generated a very positive impact thanks to the fact that it is an easy product to customize and use, and in this way allows us to satisfactorily monitor our sales flows.

Cons

The response time in the customer service that Zoho presents is very long which makes it difficult to solve problems that may arise through the use of the software, therefore sometimes it is necessary to seek technical help outside of Zoho to solve specific problems that may arise. otherwise they would take a long time to resolve.

### "My Favorite Email Service"

If you are just starting out with a business or company and you want to make your business sound more professional, you really need Zoho. I had a great experience,even signing up with multiple email addresses. Now I just have the one email address and have a professional email completely for free. However if you want to have more flexibility, you may need to consider the paid plan. There are really not many cons when it comes to Zoho.

Pros

This is a free or very cheap email service depending on the plan you choose. I like this because my business is just starting out and I want to save as much as possible. Zoho is a great resource because it has all the functions I need. It integrates with my website, sends and receives emails and is fairly easy to use. It also comes with a calendar and a place to store notes and bookmarks.

Cons

I am on the free version, which means that I can only access it on my computer device. The paid plan is really inexpensive and something worth investing in if you want to answer emails in a more timely manner. It may take a bit of time to get used to the interface if you've never used it before or you are switching from another email service.

Zoho CRM has prooved to be one of the most fascinating tools I've ever used and implemented, it's a very user friendly, highly efficient and incredibly easy to integrate tool. I saw Zoho CRM becoming the perfect tool for many different companies and it blew my mind. The whole tool makes data connectivity, organization, maintainance and traceability incredibly easy if well implemented and used.

Pros

I love the way it integrates so easily and smoothly with the rest of the Zoho apps and even other supplier apps. Another MAJOR feature of Zoho CRM is how extremely customizable it is, I was lucky to use it and also implement it into other companies and I became a fan of this tool because it adapts to so many different businesses and processes, from hospitals to water irrigation, finance and accounting to events organization, entertainment, sales, education... I saw Zoho CRM becoming the perfect tool for many different companies and it blew my mind. The whole tool makes data connectivity, organization, maintainance and traceability incredibly easy if well implemented and used.

Cons

Nothing, sorry, I got in love with this tool, the only thing I don't like is people not using it correctly sometimes and blaming Zoho when it "doesn't work", the tool is magnificent, and if well implemented it can boost your business and help you standardize your commercial processes, digitalize your commercial operation.

We have been using Zoho crm for over 5 years and have had nothing positive experinces with the product and the product representative.

Pros

Zoho crm is easy to use and keep track of your customers needs and wants. Account manager turn over isn't a problem because the crm keeps track of all the notes that previous company reps have entered making the transition seemless.

Cons

The only issue we have had was with turning a prospective customer into an actual customer but this was easily solved by our Zoho rep.

We're using Zoho CRM to manage customer data coming in from a variety of sources, including our website, ScheduleOnce, StealthSeminar and Zoho Campaigns. Not only are we tracking the interactions we've had with potential customers, but we're tracking client progress (with help from automated workflows in Zoho Campaigns) into and through a 12-week program we run. It has been invaluable to know where potential customers have "come from" and where current clients stand in their program progress. Between our website, Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns we have been able to automate a TON of processes.

Pros

Our ability to integrate Gravity Forms on our website with Zoho CRM has been huge for us. We can collect data from forms on our site and have that data go straight to the CRM. From the CRM, we can notify admins of actions needed, or send the customer data straight to Zoho Campaigns to begin them in automated workflows. We've also setup a collection of custom "views" so we can quickly see the status of different campaigns and track what customers need some additional attention.

Cons

Having not worked with anything else, I don't have anything to compare Zoho CRM to. We use a lot of custom fields for managing user data, and I remember having to upgrade (more than once) in order to unlock additional custom fields. I think the lower tiers limit you a bit too much (although I get it - if you need the ability to "do more" you hopefully have the audience, and therefore cash flow, to pay for the additional features).

In terms of ease-of-use, we find Zoho CRM more intuitive than HubSpot CRM and its other major competitors. The UI is well designed, and managing custom fields is a breeze. While our team ultimately migrated to HubSpot CRM due to very specific needs of our business, every small business owner looking for a CRM should seriously consider Zoho CRM. It's a great value proposition and offers enough features for most.

Pros

Zoho CRM is intuitive to use, and has been iterated upon for over a decade to become an all-around top-tier CRM. As the first cloud CRM on the market, Zoho is still a solid option for any small business looking to ease their client management workflow. Zoho also offers marketing, sales, support, bookkeeping, and other tools that integrate with Zoho CRM, so any small business can fully manage their operations within this suite of tools in the cloud.

Cons

Zoho's CRM is not as flexible or as powerful as some competing CRM's, however this is offset by the inexpensive cost of a Zoho One subscription (enterprise-tier features for all Zoho suite of tools for a low per user price). One must consider whether affordability outweighs future extensibility when choosing their CRM. Not every Zoho tool integrates with Zoho CRM, as each Zoho tool has its own development team. We ran into a few issues because of this. However, support is readily available to hear your integration requests and pass them to developers, who in turn are friendly and frequently update the product to meet demands.

Pros

Prospective clients were easily loaded into the respective team members Zoho account. Team members were able to track their contact and treatment suggestions for clients. Products and treatment options were easily loaded in Zoho allowing team members to make appropriate suggestions and speak intelligently about costs and product comparisons. Contact records were easy to maintain, and the calendar made follow up efficient. Management was able to oversee the progress of each team member and move records to another team member when required.

Cons

I can find no failings on the part of Zoho CRM. It is an excellent and efficient system. The only shortcomings were on the part of our team members. When they observed the success of other team members who followed the program, they quickly learned to adhere to the Zoho program.

Unlike other CRM software, Zoho offers a highly smooth and user-friendly website, as well as a simpler interface, making it much easier and better to navigate what is required.

Cons

Zoho's various packages appear to be rather costly when compared to the free trial. Furthermore, the options available in the free trial are significantly fewer. Perhaps it would be preferable if the full version was available on a trial basis for a limited time to allow us to fully experience the software.

Really really good software that can be configured without needing 3 developers and a year long project.

Pros

Customizable as heck and the automations work so freaking good.

Cons

Sometimes there are weird limitations. Like the image upload field limitations or using variables everywhere when using automations. The Kanban View needs a revamp.

Our experience with Zoho CRM has been an awe-inspiring masterpiece. It has taken us only Zoho CRM to better our patient relationships and improve on our patients records management.

Pros

Zoho CRM interface is so user-friendly and undemanding and we are very comfortable using it. It has great security which allows to secure all our patients records. Its seamless integration with the products we use to record patient details makes it migrate and consolidate all patient records under one place.

So far, nothing about Zoho CRM has been amiss.

In general, a good piece of software with the bundle around it, but a bit outdated (UI/UX) for me. I am happy to pay a bit more for nicer products like Pipedrive or Hubspot

In general, the ZOHO suite has an amazing library of features and products to help you run the business. In my case it was great at the very beginning and used it when the company was small. I simply don't like the non-modern UI/UX - somehow is not so easy to understand/use? I have a feeling that usability was the main thing why we left it. I know some companies using the ZOHO product on the enterprise level, because it's highly costumisation possibilities and really good pricing. For PROs: Pricing, features, great bundle of products around the CRM to run a business, highly custom

Cons

Usability (UI/UX) - could be more modern in compare to competitors - a bit outdated. Not easy to use or customise for the first time - need some time to understand it.

Zoho CRM is best of number of features it offers. Zoho has its own eco system with number of plugins and integrations with almost every other zoho tool with ZOHO CRM as a central software.

Cons

The Software UI could be little better. The only thing which I feel as a con is the limited UI branding opportunities.

It is customizable as per the need and easy to implement. It is affordable as compared to others. Reports and statistics are good, and it is very helpful to store IT-related issues and share them within the team.

Cons

Sometimes, it takes time to reach mail automation alerts to the users. It is complex to automate certain processes based on customizations. Only the super admin can do the modifications that we want.

I recommend Zoho to anybody! It's the best overall CRM for the price.

Pros

After havint used Pipedrive as a CRM, I can tell that Zoho is much more powerful and easy to work with. I like the workflows, the search filters, the connection with all the other softwares and also that it connects with almost any third party softwares. The reporting module, especially if you add the Analytics feature is really great to work with.

Cons

I would like the activity module to be enhanced with color codes (red if it's late, yellow if it's due today and green if it's up-to-date. They kind of have this color coded system in the opportunity module, you can actually see if a deal is late or not with the follow up, but not in the activity module. It would be nice also to add red color to deals that haven't been touched for XX many days. (Rotten deals)
