Pros

Has all the bells and whistles to help structuring and using customer data a breeze. The CRM is customizable and can be tailored to specific needs. Massive time-saving thanks to the native integration with their other 40+ apps.

Cons

As much as the horse power is top notch, how the CRM features are organized might be overwhelming for new comers.

The software is very highly flexible, simple to get up and running yet powerful enough to customize to accommodate many of the business functions that we need in order to make running our company, managing our clients, leads and teams more efficient. The knowledge bases for the products are thorough and we have been able to integrate the solution with many third-party applications, in addition to building custom applications and user interfaces to enhance usability and create additional automations.

Cons

Customer service is often difficult to contact. However, they do follow through and often provide the solutions that are needed. Sometimes there are systems updates that are disruptive to some of the customizations.

I love it. The best option is to purchase the Zoho One package, which offers you access to over 40 apps to manage your business for just $40 a month. and it's a little bit easier to handle since they're all communicating with one another. For instance. For my business, I was using Google Forms for my forms, 1anything that didn't link to each other, an Excel spreadsheet for contacts, accounting software for invoices, Excel for spending, and a few more apps. The cost of the accounting software I was using alone was $30 a month. therefore for me, the adjustment was worthwhile.

Pros

How I had the option to catch leads from different sources and have them come to one spot. Having the portable application truly helps monitor your contacts in a hurry. Work process computerization saves me a lot of time consistently.

Cons

Zoho could provide better instructions on how to set it up and what it can accomplish. It appeared that you were on your own to put it into practice after you purchased it.

There are so many online services that claim to provide everything you'll need to operate a business, I've trialed most of them and never lasted through the 30 day period - until Zoho One. I used elements of Zoho One in my last business. I have recently opened a new business and decided to see if I could use Zoho One exclusively for the CRM, Project Management, HR Tools, Website, Social Media Management and Forms. Everything is working seamlessly and I am so grateful for their pricing model that essentially provides all of these apps for just $50.00 a month for sole traders. I really am so impressed.

Pros

Ease of setup. Access to every major application. Fair pricing models. Security.

Cons

Technical support. Some glitches. Nothing else.

I really like the user interface of Zoho One - it is professional and doesn't feel like a cartoon. All of the applications work seamlessly together and most people rate the security at Zoho as being the same if not more secure than other providers.

I've used Zoho CRM on about 5 businesses over ~12 years and will continue in most cases because of the all-around power and tight integration with other Zoho products.

Pros

Zoho CRM can meet 90% of the needs for 90% of businesses. For most users, it's identical to Salesforce, except significantly less expensive. The UI has improved in the past few years so new users can be running within an hour for basic CRM tasks. Key point: Zoho CRM is very generous with the free-tier, giving about 90% of the key features for up to 3 users. That's really important for small businesses and startups, so they can deeply evaluate the benefit.

Cons

At this level of software maturity, the main advantage Salesforce has is a large ecosystem of extensions. Zoho CRM also has third-party extensions, but far fewer. It largely makes up for that with tight integration to other Zoho products.

Pros

1-The product is super easy to use. 2-You can manage your leads very easily. 3-You can have customized dashboard giving you the best picture on where you stand regarding your sales, pending sales, invoice sent, number of calls and emails sent, how many leads are contacted and not contacted etc. 4-Very good for marketing and especially sending email campaigns.

Cons

1- The chat bot. The chat feature or SalesIQ is very easy to use but if a real person is not available to chat with the customers specially during non working hours, the answers gets repetitive and generally the clients discontinue the chat.

Zoho CRM has an intuitive interface which is well laid and straightforward making it very user friendly. Setting up is as well pretty easy, I honestly did not require any help unlike other CRMs which I had to engage the customer care team. Integrates well with other applications. Zoho CRM is cost effective for all to afford be it small businesses or large and established businesses. Has a number of packages to choose from which also includes a fee version, has everything for everyone. If you want to manage leads and convert them to sales, then you need this profitable software.

Cons

I’ve had the best experience so far. My daily use has yielded positive results. I love Zoho CRM

Zoho's main strength is that it's great value for the money. It's a SaaS solution that offers a lot of functionality, and a number of different pricing tiers to meet the needs of your business.

Pros

Zoho CRM offers fantastic flexibility and features for small and medium-sized businesses. The ability to customize the system with third party integrations as needed is as good as any CRM on the market.

Cons

Workflow automation is only available at the professional tier. This is fine for larger organizations, but can put some financial strain on smaller companies, especially startups, who this CRM is generally targeting.

We have been using this from 5 years and there has been no tool that comes close to the expertise and sophistication that Zoho offers with the Desk crm

Pros

The CRM is the best part and is easily managed by anyone. Do not need a technical expertise to learn and understand the software. We have been using this for ticket management and email support of the organisation

Cons

The pricing is slabbed and each slab has a huge different. There is no feature unless you take an enterprise plan.

Pros

ZOHO has a multitude of solutions that integrate perfectly with Zoho CRM, which I consider to be one of the main points.

Cons

In terms of customization, it is a little difficult as the tool has some limitations. I also consider it very robust, which makes it necessary to dedicate some time to get the most out of it. Due to the fact that there are several applications and you have to pay more for one, I consider the price to be a bit high. They could create a product with several tools and at a more affordable price.

Overall it has been great. Some of their chat support staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and this is possibly the most effective way to get assistance. Sometimes issues are easier to sorted out via a phone call, which is impossible to do. Call backs are offered however they can be quite inconvenient especially when you have made the time to call someone now, it means you have the time now, not later. Email correspondence also can take days to get things sorted out.

Pros

Love that most of it is customizable and that we were able to set it up 90% of how we wanted. Pretty easy to use and to manage.

Cons

Some very key features (at least for our use case) are not customizable. They are small but very important to our business and make the difference between whether we remember the right info of the person we are speaking to or not.

ZOHO CRM is a tool that allows you to monitor social networks and easily through their communication tools such as emails by sales flow, or the interactions of our services in social media raise the productivity of the company. also the system has integrated tools that provide a virtual environment to manage from the control panel the interaction with my clients and to close more productive deals and on the other hand the ability to generate statistical data that allow me to make the most appropriate decisions in the company.

Cons

Regarding the interaction with the Google Ads, the vision with respect to the investment in advertising that is invested is somewhat complicated to manage from the software and at the time of programming the supervision of the expense it is based on if the campaign works is somewhat I print the indicators that the program shows. On the other hand in terms of encrypted data security, audit records, IP restrictions and two-factor authentication, it is not easy to configure because it has protocols that are not simple for the management of any user.

Pros

Using this platform, it is pretty easy to maintain the follow-up of the email and campaigns. Also, the call scheduling with the team and clients are easy to collaborate with. The tasks and daily routine work can be managed with the internal teams using the dashboard and notes can also be sent. Managing the previous leads and new leads is much easier using this tool.

Cons

Customer support needs to be more responsive and try to provide the resolution in a specific frame of time. Also, this platform needs to be more budget-friendly for small enterprises.

Overall, I enjoy using Zoho CRM. It does everything I need it to do. I still rely on other tools to schedule emails and take meeting notes, but I still track everything back to the trusty CRM. Also, their support is very sincere and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure a problem gets fixed in a timely manner.

Pros

\- Very flexible and extensible. You can set up the CRM process to work just as you would like it to. - Integrates with Zoho's other tools seamlessly (Books, Sales IQ, Campaigns) - Has an excellent mobile app that can log calls and can take voice/text memos - Email tracking is built in! - Recurring tasks can be added for contacts, vendors, and opportunities

Cons

\- The UI is not great. There is too much wasted space on the screen at all times, no matter what page you are viewing. - The UI is slow. Every single action requires a new page load. - You cannot schedule emails - Incoming emails cannot be synced

It definitely helps me in that I can easily check my calendar anytime, anywhere and communicate with my colleagues. My experience has been alright on the whole.

Pros

I like the holiday booking feature – it's nice that it shows you your available dates throughout the year giving you an idea of how to balance your leave from month to month. I also love Zoho cliq (the chat app), it's super easy, aesthetically pleasing and functional layout, very quick.

Cons

The calendar could be improved – there's a lot that you can't do with it. I'm dying to be able to see what my Overdue Tasks are without having to click into them – if I could see what they are on my calendar and just drag and drop them from one day onto the next, that'd save a lot of time. I'd also love if the calendar had more display options – I'd really like to see at least a morning/afternoon split in the day so I can try to structure my tasks a bit better, and I'd looove to be able to colour-code tasks so they appear in that colour on the calendar, it'd really help me to visualise what I've got going on from week to week.

I cannot rate Zoho Crm/ Books enough. The whole crm system is easy to use, although it looks complicated at first it soon becomes easy to navigate. I can organise my whole business in a couple of clicks, it has literally saved be 4 hours of work per day. The price is cost effective and value for money. The customer service is outstanding. 98% of the time they can offer a solution to my problems, the other 2% it is possible to hire a freelancer to create a script that can work within the system. If you are considering moving to ZOHO my advise is do it, they are are the top of their profession.

Pros

The customer service is the best I have ever experience, they are friendly, very knowledgeable and super fast

Cons

Do not have a con they literally surpass my expectations every day .

Tourwriter has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, it took their technical team 2 months or more to fix problems, if they could fix it. Most of the time they were unable too. Tourwriter has had a HUGE negative effect on my business, the software is not compatible with others and it is nearly impossible to find a freelancer to work on the system. Meaning you are forced to work with the tourwriter team that are slow and inadequate at what they do. Tourwriter is also ridiculously expensive, given the expense they really should be better but they did not care about my business and tried to increase their contract mid term, which they backed off after I contacted a lawyer. Tourwriter cannot seem to hold staff as there was a new customer service manager every year, I fortunately was with them 2 years. A decision I very much regret.

I worked for over ten months at my previous employment, and even though we believed we had lost the clients who had agreed on a product, it was actually quite useful to get them back after they had some time to think things through. Even though it's not Sunday every day, this might be near enough.

Cons

Me gustaría que la funcionalidad de notificaciones de nuevos eventos, se hiciera de tal manera que el usuario no la dejara pasar por alto. ¡Se observa frecuentemente que los usuarios finales que hacen uso de la herramienta, hacen caso omiso a las nuevas actualizaciones de eventos en las notificaciones por ser algo no tan puntual o llamativo y esto genera perdida en la transmisión de la información y continuidad en los procesos que se administran con dicha herramienta...!

Other than the fact that customer service took 6 days to get back - everything is good with Zoho CRM. There are plenty of features, third party integration, etc. The User Interface is pretty good and delivers important information at first glance. I think Zoho CRM is perfect for small businesses and startups.

Pros

The best thing about Zoho CRM is that it can be used from any device connected to the internet - it's simple but very useful. The features like recording meetings, emails, bot chat, etc make Zoho a very useful CRM. I am from a country where USD has a value of around 120 so many CRMs are too expensive to try but Zoho isn't very expensive. I also like Zoho's Sandbox feature which allows me to test custom build modules with ease. I also like the feature named Zia. Zia analyses and suggests the best time to follow up with a customer which I think is really great. Zoho also has pretty good third party integrations available. While I found customizing Zoho confusing, once we get around it - it can be customized to fit the needs of every business.

Cons

In the beginning, Zoho was very confusing for me. I had to do many customizations to start which takes some time and is also confusing. However, once we get around it - we can customize it to fit the needs of every business. Also, once I had some problems with Zoho and I reached Zoho support. They did help me solve the problem but it took them 6 days to get back to me.
