We are still in the process of setting it up. It is taking awhile to get all the functionality set up for our needs.

Pros

It is very robust with a lot of options. We are able to customize the modules within CRM to accommodate our business needs. We are also able to integrate it relatively easily with other software.

Cons

There could be better training from Zoho on what it can do and how to set it up. It seemed to be once you buy it, you are on your own to implement it.

It's amazing. It does not leave any prospect or business lead missing. Reminders are extremely helpful in followups. Campaign analytics are really awesome and gives the best analytics to identify the top leads.

Pros

Easy to the user and Intuitive User Interface Lot's of training and help materials available Many innovative features such as Interaction Management, Scoring and etc to make the job easy and efficient.

Cons

Nothing as such. Zoho is prompt in research and enhancement. But as a user one thing, I would love since there are continuous enhancements, Training/ Webinars could be helpful.

My Golf course sales and management company purchases Zoho Crm as our first and only primary crm for every sales person and manager in the company. The biggest issues is they never delivered on their promises. We had several internet based customer data collection points outside of our crm. We were promised Zoho would inergrate with apps to pull of the prospects contact info. It did not. The entire company had to manually enter all prospect info every time we received an outside digital lead. Not only did we become more of a data entry team than a sales force, people hating using it and it became what you would expect. Garbage in Garbage out.

Pros

zoho's crm has buckets and buckets of available information. it intergates well with outlook calendar and contacts. it is a very useful time management tool.

Cons

zoho's crm has buckets and buckets of available information. sometimes when it rains it pours. there was too much to manage or understand proficiently with out going to zoho school. who has time for that? and the support and training we were promised were surface like at best. This may have had more to do with our companies zoho rep, but as far as we were concerned that was our 'face of the franchise" and he was far from an MVP candidate

I like Zoho CRM because it is a useful and easy to use tool. In it you will be able to automate and manage the relationships of your clients, keeping an order in the administration of their information, this allows you to optimize your sales functions in the field of marketing, with Zoho CRM you can take care of the organization, inventory management and customer assistance, I like that you can do all of this from one place. In addition, you will be able to assign tasks, reassign tasks.

If you are an out of the box thinker and someone who works well independently and likes to learn new things and build businesses, then Zoho is the platform for you. Most software platforms are migrating to this model and it includes numerous software bolt on solutions to help your business grow. If you are looking at building your business strategically and don't want to break the bank then you would be doing yourself a dis-service if you don't review and consider Zoho as proven growing software platform.

Pros

I love that Zoho has many different "bolt on" features that I can add depending on the needs of my business. The ability to integrate and scale is one of the many things I really like about Zoho. It's basically an Ala Carte menu that I can take advantage of when necessary. Zoho CRM and other Zoho products integrate seamlessly and you don't need a programming degree to figure it out. Having a better then average understanding of how technologies work is very helpful, but the novice shouldn't have any problems getting acclimated to how Zoho CRM works.

Cons

Like most software services like Zoho their customer service isn't ideal and it often takes some time for someone to get back to you if at all. This is one of the biggest CON's I've noticed. You pay much less for their services, but you lose the customer service touches you would typically get with a service like salesforce.com. If you can handle the trade off, some people can't, then Zoho is for you. If you are aren't willing to sacrifice the ability to get CS in real time then Zoho isn't for you.

Zoho is very useful and effective tool for managing and organizing all the activities of an organization. Which helps to manage client interaction, salary, business development, performance Analysis, etc. It provides features to represent data's graphically, that makes things more easy to understand.

Cons

I didn't find anything to dislike about this applications, Since started using. Zoho payroll is very good for employees of an organization that helps to get the pay slips of each month easily and also track the salary breakdowns, investments and download form 16, etc. Also helps to create spreadsheets, presentations, managing databases in an effective manner.

ZOHO One has the potential to be a very powerful suite of tools and compete with Hubspot, but their development roadmap and customer support is seriously lacking. We have spent 3 months implementing ZOHO for our business, but we are left with no choice but to ditch all the work that we have done and find another solution.

Pros

ZOHO CRM is very customisable and relatively feature rich.

Cons

Key features are extremely out dated and badly need upgrading, such as: - Ability to integrate with Office 365 for sync Outlook emails, the only supported option is IMAP protocol which is out dated, insecure and disabled by default within Office 365. The forums state they they will be releasing an updated integration with outlook but the dates just keep getting pushed out for months. - when sending emails from within ZOHO CRM, there is no option to select a prewritten email message (i.e. default email templates) without the template having formatting. This make it appear as though the email is from an email marketing tool. - The email templates are antiquated and the code behind is extremely poor. Lots of SPAN tags and unnecessary formatting. There are lots of comments in their ZOHO Help Centre about upgrades and new features, which ZOHO state are in development but never seem to get released.

Overall, it's a decent product considering that most features are also available in the free plan. I believe it also depends on the industry, we were using it for ed-tech startup and it helped a lot in managing leads and running quick campaigns to nurture them and finally converting it via sales call.

Pros

The pricing is very good for startups looking to manage their sales team. Most of the product features are available for free. The CRM has almost all the capabilities to manage the sales team. Integration of products within Zoho helps a lot. You can easily integrate with Zoho CRM & Campaigns to run marketing campaigns on the lead added in the CRM.

Cons

Reporting and analytics are very basic. It just gives an analysis of the activities done by the sales team, whereas as a manager, we need a lot more information to take business decisions. Also, the interface of the product can be improved. It's very hard to push the team to collect all the activities like calls, email etc.

This is a system of the financial solutions that this company provides, and in general it is a system that for those who work directly serving clients for commercial processes, it turns out quite well, in general terms it is an excellent assistant to serve clients that can even maintain updated the inventories, it is a quite functional and easy to understand tool

I have no criticism about this tool, it is more suitable for those who work with marketing, but it is quite flexible.

Overall, I would strongly recommend ANY business to try it out. Check out the free version and you'll still get a lot of value out of it. Their Paid versions are absolutely worth it. We started off with a Free version and then graduated into 3 Pro Users and it was a great experience. The Customer Support Team is EXCELLENT and they really spend the time with you to get you up and running and will offer other real-world examples. I feel they really want their product to work so they're dedicated in assisting even the novice amongst us.

Pros

This is a very low-cost CRM for Small Businesses that are interested in tying out to see if this can really work for them. It beautifully and seamlessly integrates with Outlook and you can use ZohoCRM for most (if not all) your communications with clients and prospects. The interface is easy to understand and you can get most things done intuitively.

Cons

Extracting out a list of all your prospects/customers into ONE Excel sheet became a painful experience because as simple as we assumed it to be it actually become fairly cumbersome. Maybe we didn't have the in-depth experience.

### "If you're just getting started with CRMs - start with Zoho"

This CRM is easy to set up and it's quite useful when you're getting started with setting up your sales process. It will have all your leads data and will save you a lot of time if your entire team can collaborate on tasks. So for starters, without having to spend much, and compromising a tad bit on UI/UX - you're good with Zoho CRM.

Pros

Zoho is cheap. And that is what I like most about htis software. It's economical for any kind of business - yet not compromising a lot on important features. Customization is fairly simple and easy. That's a big plus when it comes to maintaining your funnel with the kind of business you've got.

Cons

What I least like about Zoho is their support. When I initially started using it and wanted to go about checking for certain features, I spent hours in the internet surfing for answers in their official Forum. As it turns out, there are no updated answers to old issues. I realized support has not done a great job with hundreds of queries people had on different features (marketing automation, tracking etc) While it's buggy, I'm afraid to raise support issues with the kind of experience people have faced in their support forum.

Pros

I used ZohoCRM in two different jobs. My first job was in Sales and Account Management. I used ZohoCRM on a daily basis and I was not the one who set it up originally. The tool is really easy to use with very good flexibility in adding/removing/changing fields. You can also add workflow automation which is great when you get it right. On my second job I actually set it up from scratch and I was surprised at how easy it was to set it up and get it running. Since I was an experienced used before, it took me, literally, less than an hour to get it up and going. I was able to import hundreds of contacts and leads with just a few clicks.

Cons

The interface could be cumbersome at times. The editing of individual fields should allow the user to click anywhere in the field to go into update mode. Instead you need to click on the actual pencil, which depending on your screen resolution can be small and not as easy to target and click on it. The automation workflow is great, but it's hard to get it right and there's no easy way to test it out to see if it's going to do what you'd expect. If you set it up wrong you may not realize until some time later. It'd be good to have a way to test the automation you're allowed to configure.

Cons

It has a steep learning curve. Getting data from one module and automatically transfer into another module is quite hard using API keys. One major drawback is that it is tough for beginners and it does not provide attendance services. It does not provide an import feature from a web browser or email during registration. If you do not have a strong internet connection, it will allow access to the platform. Also, the search feature is less intuitive. It would be nice if it makes the export system more user-friendly.

Zoho CRM is very customizable and has nice features such as blueprints and workflow automations. Sometimes you have to think a bit outside the box to make it work for you, but overall it gets the job done well in most regards.

Pros

Zoho CRM is a very powerful and very customizable CRM system that integrates well with the Zoho One suite and other software products.

Cons

It seems sometimes that Zoho CRM was not built by salespeople for salespeople. It seems more like someone thought theoretically, what salespeople could want and then built the software around that idea. The lack of a power dialer, not being able to create call lists, the cumbersome lead scoring etc. make it seem like Zoho CRM is more of a system geared towards IT people than salespeople.

Overall we have been pleased with the value provided from Zoho. Not just the CRM, but other products they offer as well. We have really tried to tie in with the full suite of products to enhance our productivity and growth.

Pros

I like the ease of use of the Zoho platform. We were able to get everything setup and working in about a day. We have this connected to our eCommerce platform and are able to easy import our records to keep the system up to date. It allows our CSR team to know just what a customer has done with us in the past and keep the conversation in context each time they talk. We also utilize the chat from Zoho SalesIQ that is connected with the CRM to keep all communication channels in sync.

Cons

I do not care for the API limits that are enforced on the platform. Users get roughly 3000 api calls a day. This can make initial data loading for an established business take a while to get all legacy data imported into the system. Once things are there it is not much of a problem, but any time you may decide to import a new large data set this can really hinder the process of getting everything over in a timely manner.

The overall experience with Zoho was very average, in the beginning, we were amazed with the range of features, but in the end, we had to contact the customer service a number of times which added complexity and delays to achieve what our client wanted in the first place.

Pros

Zoho has a number of interesting functions, including the marketing and the optimization of customer relationships online. The good news about Zoho is that it offers a good free plan to start with and familiarize with the platform, and also see immediate results in the business.

Cons

With Zoho, you will quickly need to contact a great customer service team located in different countries of the world. This is not necessarily a good thing, although the technicians are very knowledgeable, because the idea behind having a software tool is to reduce the reliance on a third person, the automation of the process, and the independance from a technical talent in the business.

My use with Zoho only scratches the surface, and I'm not taking advantage of many of the advanced features with Zoho. My primary use is as a lead/deal management tool, and for that it works really well. Input leads, create tasks/reminders, add opportunities, update the opportunities as they progress through the sales cycle. Standard stuff, but very pleased. One other use for me, is many of my smaller clients don't have a CRM, know how to implement one, and don't want to invest heavily in one. This is a fantastic solution in these instances, and I look like a hero when I give them a quick demo and help them get set up.

Pros

To be honest, I was looking for a free CRM to run my small digital marketing agency, so the price point is fantastic. That said, the features and what you can do with this at the free level is pretty remarkable. The methodology will be familiar to anyone familiar with CRMs.

Cons

So it's unlikely that anyone is going to move from SalesForce to Zoho, unless it was a pure pricing play. It's a little "clunkier" than other well known CRM's, but it has gotten better. I've used Zoho for about 5 years, and this is pretty trivial, but it would sure be nice to be able to view more than 50 leads per page.

Pros

Très pratique, on y trouve les outils que l'on a sur l'ordinateur ( sur le site internet). La fonctionnalité qui permet d'enregistrer des notes vocales est très géniale.

Cons

Il n'y a pas de possibilité d'afficher les rapports dépuis un peu plus de quelques mois. On ne peut pas utiliser la géolocalisation quand on veut ajouter une nouvelle adresse d'un nouveau contact.
