### "Everyone Needs CRM - Start Here"

In taking over a company, I learned they had absolutely ZERO kinds of organization. No CRM, no accounting software, no user details, nothing. They also didn't have the budget for one of the big, interconnected CRM solutions. I chose Zoho CRM to get started because it gave me the best suite of features in the easiest to use interface, with the option to grow and expand. I was able to setup the company, and all the custom fields I needed, within an hour or less, and get to work entering data. A few months later, when everything was on track, we expanded beyond Zoho CRM and brought in other parts of their world, like their accounting programs,remote support, and more.

Pros

I don't think I have enough room to list all the PROS of Zoho in general, let alone their CRM component. Ti simplify it, I'll start with speed and ease of use first. It can't be easier to get started with Zoho CRM, and within minutes you'll be working towards bettering your company. They have all the basics covered, and their premium paid features take things even further allowing you access to expensive features at affordable prices. The biggest PRO is probably that the CRM component is just a module of a HUGE suite of programs and features, that are all interconnected. So you don't just get CRM, unless that is all you want. If it is, great, and you can customize it to your heart's desire. But if and when you need to grow, it connects with the rest of Zoho's world.

Cons

There are times where Zoho CRM can be a little bit too simple. Sometimes you just need deeper access, but not often.

Overall Zoho CRM is very well made because it helps me to communicate with my colleagues even away from work. I will definitely share the positive feedback for this software.

Pros

there are alot of positive qualities about Zoho. It is easy to use and very useful on my workplace specially when our Hospital Administrator want to share some circulars to all employees even you're at home because you can even access it through mobile application.

Cons

The only thing I don't like on Zoho is that sometimes I need to manually refresh it just to receive my emails but for me its not a deal breaker but its worth noting.

It is an easy to use application that offers a good overview of open items, action items and things to do.

Pros

It is a layered product that you can use with ease, without flooding your screen with more information than you need to follow customer cases. If you want to drill down to more functionality, you can enter it without changing too many screens and wasting time back and forth.

Cons

It does not offer a direct integration with Zoho projects and the ability to create more layers of information in action items and assign project teams for client cases. The registration process does not have an import function from emails or the web browser - something that could be very helpful when registering a lead from an email or the contact section of a web page.

Overall the experience is just incredible and awesome.

Pros

Most importantly I loved the easiness of the platform that any newbie or a starter can use it and majorly because it is a tool that can be integrated with all the other important apps we need in day-to-day business operations both internally and externally.

Cons

Apart from the best features and uses, the clumsiness makes a newbie afraid and he has to go through a learning curve to understand the terminology and the system. I think Zoho should consider adding more tutorials with an aspect of the use of every tool and its usage so that anyone can go ahead and use it.

Overall positive, I feel like for more established businesses this may still work based on your model. For mine it worked well for quite a few years.

Pros

Free and low cost monthly to start with. Really affordable. I used Zoho on and off when I first started my business. Came back to it because it is a low cost and overhead can hurt your startup business. It's also very simple to use. Really easy to get set up and its simple interface can be easy to manage for even non tech-savvy people. You can use an app if you are on the go, and it does have some workflow automation for even the low cost plans while integrating with their other software such as invoice and subscriptions. You can also customize fields in Zoho CRM a lot easier than other systems, which works well if the office jargon doesn't quite match.

Cons

For the free or low cost plans it requires manual work on the users part, which for the cost is not a bad thing. The email marketing in my mind is kind of deceiving, mainly because when I think of email marketing I think of an automation sequence which can follow up with leads based on their interactions.

Overall, I'm very impressed with all the options that this software has provided us. We have customized numerous reports for our sales teams, management team and executive team so that they can make decisions based on real time data. We have also customized all our commissions reporting for our retail staff so they can have real time numbers.

Pros

We use this to automate sales forecasting, sales numbers and results. the Software is super customization and allows for a number of different views of essential data we need insight on to make daily decisions for our individual locations.

Cons

It takes awhile to acclimate to the way the software works but once you understand the features and functions building your our reporting is simple.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

We were using our POS system for the reporting of sales details but ZOHO proved to be much better at providing a simple one stop shop for all our reporting needs. In addition, all our managing team has access from their phones and/ or tablet devices. And finally the ability to easily customize reports to fit the needs of our ever changing industry.

Zoho CRM it's an amazing tool with a great experience, if you work a lot with CRM's and never tested Zoho you should.

Pros

Zoho CRM it's an amazing CRM for the price you pay, in my opinion it's near the best competitors and it works better in some cases, and the best thing, it's cheaper.

Cons

It can be a bit buggy sometimes, but nothing that cannot be fixed.

Not good. I tried it but found it to have a not good experience. We went with a combination of PipeDrive, MailChimp, and rather than try to find one software that tries to do it all, we selected the best-in-class software that was integrated with other best-in-class softwares. One-does-it-all is probably not possible, the resources for each component part are probably too much for one company to handle.

Pros

I tried this a few times and liked that it promised to be an integrated solution. It was easy to become a free trial user...but that is where the easy stopped.

Cons

Frustrating user interface and user experience. Have some colleagues who use it for forms, and when I get one of their forms it is frustrating and reflects poorly on the sender.

It was the first CRM we chose as a team for its integrations and price, and it haven't let us down. We've been with Zoho for 3 years now, and it has done its job very well. However, as we grow we fell we need more features that Zoho doesn't bring... but it's great for starters

I like the integration with the Zoho ecosystem Its price is more accessible than other options Bulk uploading and downloading works well Customer service is exceptional

Cons

Some email marketing automations fail us. We have struggled to get certain dashboards to have the right data (in meetings agendas for example)

We were struggling to find the right CRM for our business & ZOHO did the difficult part by providing us all the features which we were looking for in a CRM. Sync info, filters, reporting, analysis & Budgeting. I can keep counting on. I would recommend ZOHO CRM, as the best in the market when it comes to cloud based CRMs.

Pros

Zoho CRM is one of the best available in the market as of now. Creating opportunities to maturing leads, Zoho CRM offers all the features in best user friendly interphase. Managing clients information was never so easy before, on top of that analysis provided, as match to none.

Cons

Zoho CRM is crafty & takes little time to adjust to the features. Reporting structure is great but requires higher understanding, as Zoho did a great job in synchronizing the information.

In my organization we need to have access to our customers' information, anywhere, so we think we should migrate everything to Cloud, and Zoho helped us to do it quickly and easily.

Pros

Easy, everything is everywhere, easy to access even from the cell phone, it is incredible that all the information is online. It helped me a lot not to depend on sitting in the office to work.

Cons

It can be adapted for all companies, however for Latin America and certain information such as the NIT field that is not found but solve it by generating an alphanumeric field

This is a great product for companies with a need for customization in their CRM, but also a need to keep costs down, like was the case with our small company.

Pros

Zoho is a great value in that you get a lot for a fraction of the cost of similar products - especially if used as intended. However, in my company, employees were reticent to send communications through Zoho instead of via MS Outlook. Because of this, we had to manually copy over email contents and save each message - NOT using Zoho to its fullest. With staff buy-in and/or requirement of use, it is a fantastic CRM.

Cons

Reporting left much to be desired, as the breakdowns weren't intuitive and I didn't find them to be super user-friendly. I've used similar products with reporting that was much easier to use.

Our clients that we have referred this to have all been happy and have actually added modules to fit their specific needs. It is easy to use and very affordable.

Pros

You never have to worry about setting this up as Zoho walks you through every step. My clients that have limited technology skills absolutely love the setup and feel empowered when they can do it themselves. The powerful email tools are one of the best for marketing and are included at a very competitive price point for small to medium-sized businesses. The lead management capabilities are robust and forecasts with accuracy. The free edition is available for those with minimum needs; however the Standard tier has sales forecasting, email marketing, a library and a very user-friendly dashboard. If your needs are considerably more, consider the Professional version, about $1 per day, which includes workflow automation. The business applications that integrate with Zoho are plentiful and always growing; including most of the major events and meeting platforms. Visiting their website will give you an insight to the different versions available and all the features they contain.

Cons

There are very few things that we dislike about this CRM. The workflow automation is available only in the Professional version. The ability to delete fields in client data would be a great enhancement, as some require only 1 field. At times working off line is difficult. Mobile app is unstable at times. More tutorials on simplifying customization, too many for beginners.

Pros

Zoho is feature rich, account creation, contact creation and management and interaction tracking are very nice and easy to use. The ability to design our layout for pages also helps in the way you want to manage your daily usage of the CRM. for example, on a daily basis we look at open opportunities and update it, Laying out the opportunity page in manner with most updated fields on top, really helps

Cons

The addition of custom field to different view is a bit cumbersome and specially if the custom field is a pick list. However the good thing is that you don't have to always go define the custom fields. There is also a limit to the number of custom fields you can have.

Overall the experience has been great. The UI can be improved a bit to be more user-friendly for first-time users. Tutorial incorporation would be good as well.

The UI can be changed and modified to make it a bit more user-friendly for the first-time user.
