Pros

The Software comes with incredible features like: - Single source for all the client details - Document/KYC management - Cloud access - Automate reply and follow-ups - Analyze sales performance and data

Cons

Although Zoho CRM is a great tool and a feature loaded tool but it lacks the analytics report. User need to define the reporting requirements by using Zoho analytics.

Two years of using this site has allowed us to increase our customer portfolio and consequently our annual sales figures. Moreover, the most attractive thing is that you have the option of a free trial before deciding to use a paid account. In addition, there is a refund option provided by the company in case of limitations found by a potential user.

Pros

Possibility of having a free 15-day trial (i), possibility of integrating several administrators who manage your marketing account hosted on the platform and especially of prioritizing the administrators in order to control the modifications made by the main administrator. Highly efficient lead system that allows you to separate contacts and addresses from prospects. Relatively low costs compared to other sister platforms. All in all, it is very easy to structure and fine-tune your online marketing strategy.

Cons

No disadvantages are fundamentally identified by us in our use.

I am very happy with Zoho CRM. This CRM integrates well with the other Zoho products and makes building out a team using the Zoho suite of products easy to do. Would especially recommend for those starting out, those who may be new to CRMs and to those on a budget but need the full functionality of what a good CRM can offer

Pros

As a person working with a small group of persons on a startup, using this CRM is easily one of our best decisions. This CRM is very simple, easy to setup and share both customer interactions and customer data across groups. The price point is also great, as managing cost in a startup in critical and it provides all that is needed at a very low price point

Cons

Not as many features as many larger CRMs, but depending on the use case, they may not be needed.

I have been using Zoho CRM over 2 years and it has been a smooth and easy experience

Pros

A very simple to use CRM. Leads can be managed easily. Duplicates are removed. Creating customized email campaign and management. Tracking of percentage of template hit rate. The leads can be very easily converted or assigned to sales.

Cons

Sometimes syncing with other calling CRM becomes difficult. There could have been more design of templates

Overall, Zoho allows businesses to communicate easily and effectively, both internally and with customers and clients.

Pros

Zoho has several apps and uses, which all work together beautifully. I primarily use it for business e-mails and internal communication. I love how clean and organized it keeps all of my e-mails, and I love the tabs and how customizable my inbox is.

Cons

Occasionally, I have issues with viewing content easily because of how Zoho crops e-mails in their condensed form, but with a bit of fiddling it's never been a real issue.

Overall the experience is positive, the system is inexpensive to begin with, but each new user after 5 is billed $600 which adds up very quickly.

Pros

The software is very easy to install and use, very little training is required for using the main functions and user can start populating it immediately

Cons

Contacts and leads are backwards: in Soho a contact is a prospect and a lead is just a name, any other CRM will treat leads as prospects and contacts as names that may become leads. That is very confusing for any one who has used a CRM before and it is not covered during the very basic training. Training is rudimentary at best, or expensive for any additional training

I highly recommend Zoho CRM and Zoho One package which I experienced in different size of companies as a growth marketer.

Pros

Zoho One (for startups) pack is very cost-effective according to other competitors like Hubspot etc. It includes lots of marketing tools (social media management, popup automation, webinar and meeting tools etc)

Cons

Creating custom reports can be more user-friendly, social media reports can be also more detailed and include historical data.

It was a fine experience, added value to the company which upgraded commercial operation from spreadsheets to a CRM which allowed a free version and a free trial.

Pros

Good step up from conventional spreadsheets, shows robust user management capabilities, this product is also very strong in third party integrations. If you are looking to upgrade from spreadsheets, you can try its free version, it is limited but will show you his potential.

Cons

The user interface needs to improve to a more updated and nice UX, customer service takes too long to process and solve support tickets, weak in automation and sync information within other Zoho platforms.

I've been using it for years, I love it and it's been my primary CRM since I started. I have other businesses so i have tried other CRMs as well but Zoho

Pros

It seemed more like the working mans CRM even though its very robust in its features. Since I'm the primary sales person, I needed something that would a) store my contacts b) automate my email and c) remind me to do follow ups

Cons

I think this is more to my user experience, sometimes the layouts can be a bit confusing if you don't structure them correctly.

It was a good experience and it helped me to increase customers, but you need the experience to know how to deal with these tools to get the most benefit from them.

Pros

It is considered one of the best customer relationship management services that I have tried before, and one of the advantages that I liked about this service is that it allows you to try its features and services for free before relying on it, and it also helped me a lot in interacting with customers and building relationships with them through the ability to send messages, and more. I like it is the performance of data collection, as it is in-depth about the matters that motivate your audience, and through this information, you can increase the percentage of your potential customers.

Cons

The support is not good. I tried to solve a problem before through it, but it was too late to solve the problem, and we also want more ease in dealing with the dashboard

My overall experience with Zoho CRM is quite satisfying.

Pros

Zoho CRM is equipped with an excellent and pleasing User Interface. They offer a lot of great features which are not available in its competitor's product like their scripting language 'Deluge,' their artificial intelligence system 'Zia,' etc. With the help of Deluge, I have automated a lot of my daily tasks like organizing meetings with the client's, internal meetings, etc. I can easily import the data collected through Zoho forms and can upload into the Zoho form and perform automated tasks by creating a script in Deluge.

Cons

I find a little difficulty while mapping the fields in the Zoho CRM and my imported file from the Zoho forms. I wish to create the areas under the modules could be made much more straightforward.

In my opinion Zoho CRM is very useful especially when it comes to corporate email hosting however customer service is really low level according to our experience.

Pros

Favourite part of Zoho CRM is it provides great CRM infrastructure along with corporate email for a relatively cheap price in comparison with the quality level of the service it provides.

Cons

Although Zoho CRM is great in terms of CRM functions and email infrastructure, when it comes to cutomer service what I can say it there is no real customer service; they even are not familiar with the functions of the CRM and they can not provide you instant help.

Simple, everything is readily available, even from a mobile device; it's amazing that all of the information is available online. Being able to work without having to sit in an office was really helpful.

Cons

While Zoho CRM is a little more expensive than other CRMs, I still think it is worth the money. This is the one feature of Zoho CRM that I would want to draw attention to.

I have been using this tool daily and on quarterly basis to enter my time daily against the work i have done in my office so that the finance team can bill that time to the client. I have also been using the Campaign module to initiate Customer Support Satisfaction and Product Satisfaction survey on Quarterly basis.

Very easy to use and good customer support when ever needed.

Does not have project management add-on.
