Overall, Zoho fits our needs well and the workflows and custom nature of the CRM are great, but also leads to it being complicated to manage. Reports is incredibly difficult to use to find the correct data as well.

Pros

The best part is how customizable Zoho is. We are able to design the software to fit our very specific needs, and it can be different for each of our separate teams. We use the workflows all the time to get data into the CRM.

Cons

With most customizable products, you also get a product that is a little more complicated and less easy to use. That is true with Zoho as well.

has helped me with my sales and customer management processes. I used it to manage a pipeline of more than 100 prospects and the real-time analytics allowed me to recognize opportunities and close deals quicker. It is a great tool for businesses aiming to grow their operations.

Pros

I really enjoy how brings together all customer engagements, enabling easy handling of leads, opportunity tracking and automated workflows. I used it (for instance) to automate the follow-up email for my sales team, and the response rates improved massively. Another great feature of Zia, the AI-powered sales assistant, is that it can predict trends and prioritize leads accordingly.

Cons

As a CRM newbie, the interface can seem cluttered and overwhelming at first. The most advanced features, including custom modules and integrations, are only available on a higher-tier plan, which may lead to additional costs for smaller businesses.

Great adapable CRM with integration into almost all other platforms allowing simple reporting and control. The sandbox for testing was also great and meant we could constantly evolve the program to suit our business.

Pros

It is fairly simple to make quick changes or add amend fields to suit your business requirements

Cons

Some of the templates or layouts are not great making the page longer than it needs to be. This may be down to my lack of skills but i couldnt find a simple solution.

Good. I have no issues with it and it helped our team to stay organized with onboarding customers and the sales funnel.

Pros

Easily could manage my customers information and see it all at a glance. Showed the staging we were in with onboarding for that customer.

Cons

Seemed like the user interface could be more user friendly and visually appealing. It works but it isn't pretty.

My experience has been positive with . The platform offers a user friendly interface making it easy to navigate and manage customer relationships.

Pros

is user friendly, its flexible with customizations according to your requirements. You can set up the whole lead pipeline with automations for messages and emails. Additionally it offers excellent integration with other tools which enhances productivity. The pricing is also competitive, which make it suitable for business of all sizes i suppose.

Cons

What i liked least about it is its occasional complexity in navigating certain features, which can be tedious for some users. At times i find it quite challenging to generate customized reports due to user permissions i guess. Also integration with some third party applications can be challenging.

"I’ve used Zoho for a long time, back when it was primarily a CRM—and I loved it. It was simple, reliable, and helped me stay organized. Over time, the platform has grown, but that original CRM core remains solid and effective."

"Over the years, Zoho grew into an overwhelming platform with too much functionality I don’t need. I try to strip out the clutter to keep it user-friendly, but their limits on customization make that difficult—and that’s frustrating when I just want simplicity."

Entering leads and setting appointments was very easy. Appointments were easy to find, see and able to links to multiple people.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to read the lead information and how easy it was to modify how you want it to look. The tabs to change information are easy to find and through the lead and noticeable of what the were there for.

Cons

That there was no master tab for the order the notes were. They default to the oldest first. There is a tab above the notes to change it to newest first but you have to do it in each lead.

Before Zoho, we were operating on spreadsheets, and follow-ups would fall through the cracks. Now I know when and who to call. We have a better response time and conversion as well. It’s basically our own personal digital assistant that’s making sure we don’t fumble the ball.

Pros

It has all of our sales data, from first inquiry to follow-up, all in one place. It’s so simple so even a non-tech-y person will be able to wade through leads, tag customers and track conversations.

Cons

Occasionally integrating with other systems requires some manual fiddling or third-party tools. The app itself also seems a little slow when toggling between modules.

Overall really good value for the price that we pay. The case-wise history maintenance feature actually help us to segment leads and has increased our productivity, There are too many features which is actually not required for many business, they can cut it to make interface cleaner.

Pros

The ease of usage; the deals page has drag and drop features which helps in very easy prioritization of pipelines. Creating accounts, leads and contacts are all very easily and gets synched in the back-end. Additionally, assigning of cases to team members is also very easy.

Cons

The reminders that we set only appears as web-based push notifications and I often tends to lose it. The features are overwhelming in enterprise version and every time we need some help, the team pushes us to do a paid online training. The quality of downloadable charts is not up-to mark and we depend on external pivots and excels and use downloads as backups.

For the price and feature set - especially if you're newbie or have a home based small business - delivers more than enough value to make it worth the effort. While it’s not perfect, the trade-offs feel fair for what you’re getting.

Pros

Zoho VCRM has been a solid option for staying connected via email with customers without draining the budget. The core features (lead capture, follow-up automation, etc.) make it easy to keep up with customers without feeling like you’re running a marketing machine. It also plays nicely with other tools, which is handy when you want to add capabilities without overhauling your whole setup.

Cons

The basics are intuitive, but some of the more advanced automation and reporting tools take time to figure out, and the navigation isn’t always as direct as it could be. Parts of the interface look sleek and modern, while others feel like they’re stuck a few years back - it could use a whole overhaul and central more modern aesthetic. Support can be helpful, but you might be waiting longer than you’d like if you need a quick fix

The experience is perfect. I woulddefinetely recommend to use zoho. If your business is just starting or have few employees you should try it. And if you are growing fast is great too because the commercial plan is affordable.

Pros

It has a free plan where you can start working without paying. This is very useful for small businesses. Easy to constomize and up to 3 users freely. The documentation to understand how it works is very complete. The customer service is very good and fast.

Cons

The free version, of course, is limited in the configuration. But still works OK for a small business.

We have an accurate view of our leads and customers. The high level of automation means that a lot of the work that we were previously doing manually is now automated, which is fun.

Cons

It has a powerful UI, but it gets a bit cluttered sometimes. It’s a large, complicated place, and new team members need additional training to work their way through it effectively.

Decent experience. If Zoho could make it easier to link CRM and Calendar I would consider creating another account. There were options to upgrade to a paid plan, but as a small business just starting out I wanted a free service that I could use until I built my client base up and had the need to then purchase a paid plan with more perks.

Pros

Was relatively easy to use and had decent perks for a free software. There was also a free android app I could download to use on the go as well.

Cons

I could never get the appointment also known as "meetings" on the CRM to link to the Zoho Calendar. Which was the main purpose of me looking for a CRM.

Easy to customize and make use of only the tools we need. Time tracking application was what we used most.

Cons

The app was not user-friendly for our employees. There were frequent connectivity issues where employees we unable to access app.

I came from HubSpot so maybe I have been spoilt but I’ve found the transition to Zoho difficult and cumbersome - it doesn’t have the built in basic functionality that HubSpot has and I’ve felt many hours have been wasted on the platform trying to make it do the things HubSpot did out of the box

Pros

It’s highly configurable if you know code or have developers

Cons

It’s clunky to use and oddly set up, with multiple sections within the CRM separating things like leads and contacts so it can make full lifecycle reporting difficult

I have used Zoho Sign so many times and still today a great platform. I like how I can sign and avoid paying for extra features on my other current platforms.

Pros

Easy to fill contracts online without spending a penny. It offers advanced features but they are not used by me.

Nothing special from this part, easy, accessible, I might say one of the best online platforms I have ever seen

è una piattaforma completa, flessibile e altamente personalizzabile. Ho apprezzato la possibilità di adattarla facilmente ai processi aziendali, le automazioni e l’integrazione con altri strumenti della suite Zoho. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo rispetto ad altri CRM sul mercato.

Cons

L’interfaccia può risultare inizialmente poco intuitiva e richiede un po’ di tempo per essere padroneggiata. Alcune configurazioni avanzate necessitano di competenze tecniche o supporto dedicato.

A good CRM but no frills - it gets the basics right and struggles with the advanced functionality.

Pros

Gets the basics right. Easily customisable views so that our teams get the information they need straight away.

Cons

Unless you are building a sales pipeline in the way they’ve thought about, it can be a struggle to adapt to individual company needs. It also lacks in integrations with other tools.
