Pros

I like most of this software as I can easily trace the customer's experience and the sales and also their engagement. I can also contact them easily because I stored their contact information in this software.

We use Zoho CRM for lead management. We have numerous leads we handle from various sources, and Zoho CRM makes the process very simple and customizable thanks to an intuitive interface. Zoho CRM is convenient given the way it allows administrators to manage auxiliary personnel and assign follow-up tasks. Without the software, we could not efficiently manage our leads.

Pros

Before switching to Zoho CRM, we faced a lot of problems in keeping track of people and prospects. Zoho is so beautiful, user-friendly, and very customizable. These facts help us excel in outreach efforts and capitalize on our sales opportunities! I think Zoho CRM is fairly user-friendly. I also think it's very fast and easy to set up the customer database, customize filters, and manage live activity lists and leads. Different integration options are available to streamline the follow-up procedure.

Cons

When trying to link unique modifications to existing contacts, we were confronted with a considerable impediment. We found the solution to this problem, but it was laborious for a while. I'd like to see a live chat function on Zoho for simple questions in particular. It was a bit difficult for me to integrate my Gmail with Zoho. It was a tricky procedure, but I finally got it to work.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

Zoho is great for any kind of sales team or billing team. I haven't used it for any other purpose but I'm positive it helps in a host of scenarios. Our tech support team will not necessarily need to utilize it since the workflow they use is somewhat different than what a retention administration system would.

The most effective tool for generating leads from the organizations' marketing activities is Zoho CRM. We can connect with possible buyers of our items through it, and we can also contact them for any additional questions. It can be useful in turning potential clients for our products into happy customers because it is well integrated with many other third-party applications.

Cons

They don't utilize the standard deals wording and are befuddling with regards to setting up a work process that functions admirably. Some customization is great, however superfluous customization simply makes the item free its base worth. I actually feel that Zoho can enhance its CRM apparatus without a doubt. Generally I'm ready to utilize the missions, leads, contacts and records area appropriately and it turns out great.

I've had better, I've had worse. Zoho is a middle of the road CRM. Depending on how much you want to take your data our of zoho for other platforms your mileage may vary.

Pros

When it comes to CRMs it's hard to find someone with more features in the price range as zoho. The ability to develop for it so it suits your needs is nice, but cumbersome.

Cons

The connection between something like Mailchimp leaves much to be desired. There is not a good way to automate changes in the mailchimp list so I can keep track of current customers, and plans.

Zoho CRM is the most complete and personalizable CRM software out there. Because of it I can say that it has a steep learning curve, but if you stay longer it does compensate.

Pros

Zoho CRM has a lot of features and is also highly personalizable.

Cons

The huge amount of features and the fact that it is built for personalized use makes it hard to get into the software in the first time.

Zoho has made working remotely seamless for our company. Things we used to discuss in weekly sales meetings are now addressed via Zoho.

Pros

Zoho has been a great addition to our company. It is easy to customize the fields and needs for our account executives. The task calendar reminders are essential for us. I would highly recommend.

Cons

Not all aspects are customizable. Some times dealing with the support staff can be difficult because they are not always well versed in the system.

Working in the Zoho environment was easy. Everything has a nice consistent feel and good layout. I could imagine this being a good choice if you want to switch to an all-in-one business solution.

Pros

The option to switch to a full-fledged online business software suite is a great plus. If you are on the lookout for more software in the feature that integrates well with Zoho, you can find all that in their complete suite.

Cons

Some features, like filtering and layout adjustments, are only available in the paid version. Not a huge dealbreaker, but something to consider.

I have used similar software, though nothing that integrates each feature of sales pipeline management quite as seamlessly as Zoho

Pros

given the much higher price point of similar tools, Zoho stands apart as an excellent resource for growing organizations, as I have helped various clients deploy and scale up with this sales pipeline management software.

Cons

Some of the features can be hard to master at first, but between the customer service team and various training tools many users will find it easy to incorporate with their workflow and daily routine without getting lost along the learning curve.

I worked on Zoho CRM for more than 2 years. I did like the Zoho People, Recruiter, Books, Meeting , Mail and Docs. I would highly recommend to Small to Mid Size firms if they are looking for a good crm tool.

Overall - I've had an ok experience. For the daily view of information, it's great - it's when you want to do something more with the information like report and setup an automated updated that things get a little hairy.

Pros

Zoho fields are very customizable and additional fields are easy to use - allowing you to organize your information in a variety of ways and in the most efficient manner for your use. Overall the CRM has a lot of robust capabilities.

Cons

We've run into a lot of issues with Reporting. You can only report on certain things at a time. For instance we are a website development company - we can't report on the domains we manage and their account owners at the same time - meaning that our Domain entries have to hold duplicate information as the main account information in order to pull the information that we need. We've also run into issues with imports and spend a good amount of time on chat with support trying to get issues worked out. Support is typically less than helpful and very time consuming.

Overall, Zoho CRM still has been great so far and with everything that Zoho has to offer with other products, it is really convenient to stay in the Zoho ecosystem.

Pros

Zoho CRM is a beast of a CRM. They have everything and anything you need to build an fully autonomous CRM to operate your business. Not only do they have a intricate CRM, but they have many other Zoho products that sync and integrate with Zoho CRM to make the experience that much better.

Cons

Zoho CRM can be tough to use if you are not used to building a CRM. And there are some complications that come when coding things within the CRM as they use their own language.

Zoho CRM made my work easy with clients where i can send multiple emails with lots of customisation and integration with my G suit account made it seemless process.

Pros

I have been using it for less than an year. I like their mobile app where i can use email templates for email campaigns. It made my daily email replies and follow ups with leads very fast. Customizing fields inside client data is easy to understand.

Cons

Zoho CRM is comparably expensive and its auto save feature make my work more frustrating. Me and my team struggle to learn many of the features.

Easy to use, Deployment is easy, Integration can be done with in house apps, Dashboard is good, different roles available, we use for CRM, lead management and customer support. We are using since more than 5 years now as Zoho Enterprise license. Zoho wrapper api functionality is good. Solution uptime is good. Licensing policy is also good. Data center is also now in India

Cons

Technical support need to be improved. New Product features need to be rollout quickly based on customer feedback . Security features need enhancement.

There are not much limitations to this system as it has tried to address all the requirements of CRM management of a small business. If however you are doing this on a larger scale a more robust system woud work but for small businesses this is a perfect fit. Overally this is a great system for its price range given its output and effciency. To small service providers and business owners i would definitely recommend this software.

Pros

1) I loved this software for the fact that jour business is reliant on customer service. Zoho allows us to have access to customer data no matter where we are, talk about innovation. 2) Its ability to integrate well with other systems and softwares is also a huge positive to this system. 3)The reports give detailed information that can be used in meetings effectively. 4) During this COVID 19 pandemic we have managed to maintain our workflow and update cases and customer queries using the app. It gives you a virtual office way of managing Customer Relationships. 5) It feels and looks like a lite weight program which small business users will enjoy using and even if the business and demand to use the product increases it still delivers. 6) Its affordable, very easy to use which makes it very efficient and the fact that you can install it and actually start using it without training at all makes it very convenient for small business owners. 7) The ability to customize reports, certain functions, custom views and actually build a module makes it a tailor made system that will work according to your requirements.

Cons

1) The Tier system of pricing according to package requirements makes it a drawback as you have to upgrade to the more pricier tiers to enjoy more of what Zoho offers. 2) The voice assistant needs more work. 3) It will require some customization to get started which will require a bit of time but once that is out of the way you will enjoy using it as allfunctions will be readily available.

I was able to get a login and open the software and get going on my own. The software is intuitive enough, that you don't need to spend a lot of time training.

Pros

It does the job of tracking accounts, leads, quotes & sales orders. We were able to link it to our MES to have a closed loop for ISO 9001 worthy records of a customer PO received, to customer product started. To do this there were custom fields created that need to be filled out correctly or the data won't be sent to the MES. There are menu items so that at any time you can jump to a list of Accounts, a list of Quotes or a list of Sales Orders. There's room to add notes & files.

Cons

Some of the editing features are a little clunky. For instance, trying to create a quote by copying an existing quote can cause issues if you do it wrong.
