We are following all sales pipeline (both for B2B and B2C) with Zoho CRM and it is pretty effective.

Pros

Perfect CRM with easy customization and integration with other apps. For mid size enterprises perfect for tracking clients and leads.

Cons

Customer support might be improved. also tools constantly needs development via feedbacks from customers but usually it takes too much time.

Overall experience has been great. It has been instrumental with our team working separately to stay up to date on accounts and being able to attach documents/pictures in one place one each account.

Pros

We love that the offline mobile capability is still fully functional and syncs when back online. Also that it updates in real time when online.

Cons

Integration was not difficult just time consuming updating all the custom fields I created.

Zoho helps us greatly, a platform that greatly facilitates the management of sales, no matter the level of sales. From the beginning it served us wonderfully and as we grow it guides us in a great way. The follow-up and prospecting is wonderful as well as facilitating the implementation of joint work. The internal library facilitates the work remotely and makes each sale is done properly and accurately.

Cons

sincerely there is nothing against it, it has really facilitated us a lot in the sales area. Helping in every aspect and when there has been a moment when they have asked for help, they have given it to us without any problem. Occasionally we have had small bugs, but the platform is constantly updated and continues to improve.

Zoho CRM is a good tool if you start your business. Fast and intuitive. It is also very flexible. the way fields and rules can be programmed makes it perfect to save countless hours of development. My conclusion is \* Good for small businesses with little to no dev capacities \* Good to start functionalities or a business but if you can plan on a combination Zoho/homemade \* Pros: Fast, easy, flexible, cost efficient at small scale \* Cons: 1) Not open enough at the data level. They want you to "zoho everything" and some of their tools are not very good. You are better off dong the standard things with Zoho and the custom things with your own application but data sync is not always good and gets expensive 2) Their customer service chat is full of nice people who have no real problem solving training. IF you have no developper: It might simply be your best option because you will go pretty far for a very reasonable cost If you have developpers, then starting with Zoho is a good option because you will figure out exactly what you want before you actually program it. I would recommend you build your own platform in parallel and very soon after you start. It's goal should be to make you the owner of your data and to "make up" for what zoho lacks. Making your platform and zoho work together will soon require that you get more users (because of the limit in data transactions imposed by zoho) that you get a zoho report accounts etc

Zoho is our go to CRM system. It has assisted us with huge growth and meets all our needs without exception.

Pros

Zoho CRM is a robust customer management system that provides tons of features with customization options. Contacts can be easily managed and follow up is a breeze. It's reliable and easy to deploy. The pricing is good, especially for what you get.

Cons

The website creation options could be easier. Customer service while generally good, can be hit or miss at times.

Overall, love it! Would highly recommend it and I can't wait to learn more features.

Pros

It is easy to use and always evolving. A few of my favs: CRM (easy to use) Social (blends all different pages for posting, marketing automation -still learning this feature but I can see how this will help with cross-selling and staying in touch with our clients and tasks. I love the task feature. I can create a workflow that fill feed a task into my homepage for expiring policies.

Cons

I wish there were more tutorial videos that would walk new clients step by step. I can usually figure things out but I appreciate a good step by step guide.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

Program capability, outstanding reviews, and sales team that really showed the value to our business. Plus, the demo focused on our business so it made it an easy decision.

really like it as its simple to use and take little effort for client management so this makes it quick and not have to spend time away from the main tasks to update or chance the CRM

Cons

search function you have to go to the section eg. invoices then search for the client you can's search for the client then it pull all information and then go to invoices and them still be for that client

Cons

El soporte no es 24hr como dice, en varias regiones no tiene ni soporte, sin internet no puedes realizar mucho que digamos.

Overall it’s been easy to use and serves the purpose we needed.. wish the basic reporting was better. But again it does the job.

Pros

Easy to use and get your team up and using. Little customization was needed and covers all of the basic needs.

Cons

Issues with email alerts and a few of the customizations were not clear. Also wish basic reporting was better without the need for the additional analytics.

It does what you need a CRM to do- that's to keep your customers, prospects, and opportunities organized in one location. And it does it for a more reasonable price compared to the Salesforce standard.

Pros

Cheaper than Salesforce and it seems like they offer a lot more add-ons for free so that they can take more market-share from them. For those of us who had used Salesforce, it was pretty easy to use (but not as easy as Salesforce) and we adapted to it just fine. Our younger employees do fine with it, but the older ones struggle (but I blame the people not the software). A decent amount of other software we use integrate with Zoho or are working on that integration.

Cons

Boarder-line too many features and add-on programs. Sometimes accidentally navigate to different app (outside of the CRM) and it can be confusing. So I'd save navigation could use some work. Some areas feel half-baked, like the functionality is mostly there but the UI/UX isn't quite fleshed out perfectly. Support was slow to respond and didn't always have an answer. Our internal team tended to do most of the troubleshooting. (Therefore, we didn't use Support too much.)

### "Complete Client Managing/making tool"

Iam in sales and its very much need for us to reach the client and we are relying on the Zoho CRM and When i upload the data into Zoho CRM and it allows me to view, edit or even deletion. The best part is that we can mark in the calendar when we can follow-up the lead. Daily/weekly/monthly reports can be fetched and even we can see the sales analysis using the pie-charts and it helps to do the accurate presentations to our internal stakeholders.

Pros

I love the reports that it generates. We can separate the leads based on the warm leads, Cold Leads and Hot leads. It will provide you the complete analysis in the form of Pie-Chart. We can segregate the data based on the status-quo like first stage, pipeline and closure.

Cons

The least thing that l like about this software is if i upload the data , it reflects in P2 stage also even though its not in P2. Being in sales its very tough for us to categorize it.

Pros

This tool is extremely customizable and adaptable to existing software and processes we already use. If you have the time and technical ability, Zoho gives you the tools to integrate it wherever you need it. For us, it has been a boon given that our technological needs have evolved drastically over the years - yet Zoho has been usable with every innovation or upgrade we've made to our infrastructure.

Cons

This may be somewhat of a nitpick, as the software itself is extremely flexible to your needs. That being said, it doesn't exactly hold your hand when making those integrations or adaptations to existing software. The customer support is good, which is key since they are basically required in order to make certain connections with other software/processes.

Our overall experience with the software has been easy and productive, it allows us to solve our client payment issues without having to overcomplicate things.

Pros

Low cost compared to previous systems that we made use of, superior depth in records and transaction forms, dozens of custom fields, multiple payment gateways which makes it easier for clients to pay us for services rendered by us, document management which allowed us to manage a large array of documents that we made use of and generous support options.

Cons

The only issues we ran into in the beginning was getting to learn how the system operates and how to use it and integrate it into our normal business activities.

Cons

Zoho One is a newcomer to the industry and is still in its early stages. Some features may be missing or difficult to detect at first, but this will improve over time.

I had used this product with the Free tier version, I created some emails and I managed my domains in the application, I have to say that is a very decent CRM, has email support, IMAP and POP and other toolings like Documents Editor and PDF viewer, for the price is a very good product too, we decided to buy some accounts and we are working very closely with this CRM.

Pros

Easy to use, has a good free tier, innovative, friendly UI and UX, a good product in general, good mobile application.

Cons

Slow transactions, a little bit confusing administrative panel, slow website loading (responsive mode).

Zoho products have always been very friendly to implement. The team provides a massive amount of content around functionality, customization, application and successful operating environments in the form of documentation, and my fav - videos.

Pros

As with every Zoho product I have I evaluated, the CRM tool is very intuitive, easy to set-up, configure and customize. Adding/removing users, assigning roles, editing lists, formating fields, setting up workflows and etc., this is really a true "user-friendly" product. To be honest, unless you are the US Government or Wells Fargo or some massive institution like this, I found Zoho CRM features, functionality and related to be very familiar to most other products I have used. And I really appreciate the GUI design across their entire platform. Very clean, easy on the eye, really cool graphics.

Cons

The only challenging aspect, or maybe area for improvement is related to data migration. Now, the entire globe struggles with data mirgration so I dont hold it against Zoho CRM at all. But if the Zoho team wants to really take the market by storm, juice up the data mirgration process, execution, functionality, interface, team, apparatus or whatever. Be better than any of your competitors.

### "Two years in and loving it"

Zoho was not the first CRM we tried but it's the best fit for our business. We've been using it for about 2 years to manage our pipeline, contact list (and related notes), track activities we wish to perform, activities we've completed, upload PDF copies of our handwritten scribbles, attach completed forms and documents that we'll need later. We have a section within each person where we keep links to our private YouTube channel with training tutorials. It is our hub for things that you might try to remember. Our actual work is performed outside of Zoho using industry specific software but Zoho is how we ensure that we don't drop the ball and that we quickly and easily remember where we left off when we spoke to someone 6+ months ago. It takes a little while to get used to using software instead of saying "ohh, I'll remember that" or paying for something when you could save it in a 3 ring binder on your desk but once you get into the flow you'll never consider going back. Zoho's search function means that I can find anything I need in a few clicks. I use Google Apps for my email and Zoho for my memory. FWIW we're a team of 5 people across 2 continents and with Zoho everyone is always in the loop and up to date on what's done, what's left to do and anything else that's going on. :)

Pros

Ease of use, connectivity to outside apps (Google Apps for business, Ring Central) and the search function.

Cons

Sometimes I have a hard time explaining what I need to tech support. This is not a problem with other vendors so I know it's not in the way I'm explaining things but to their credit we always solve my problems just not always on the first try.

We are managing our leads acquisition through the customer inquiries on the CRM then, we send follow up emails using zoho campaigns.

Pros

In the absence of network connectivity, the location feature in the Zoho CRM would permit you to see leads who are closer to where you are at the moment. Also, there's a way to score your lead quality if they are high or low. Then there's a nice beep to notify you anytime there's a client on the website.

Cons

The customer service is would keep you waiting for weeks before they reply your email. Also, you have to pay for subscription in a foreign currency. Most times the user gets cheated while paying for a subscription over wrong conversion rates

This CRM is interlinked with all social channels so it provides everything one roof. Zoho CRM's layout is simple and easy to understand. It saves a lot of time by providing all facilities at a single place. It also includes a feature which helps team mats to interact and collaborate with each other in a better way. Zoho CRM got a lot of features which helped us in boosting up our sales and leads. From client detail to team collaboration everything happened in the single tool. The user interface of this tool is so simple as anyone can easily handle it. with help of this tool, we can keep a track of every interaction happened with clients which further can be used for remarketing and improving the sales process.

This tool has really facilitated us in generating more sales and have not found any issue with tool yet.
