Overall we have found Zoho CRM to be a great option for managing our customer relations.

Pros

We like the extensive functionality that Zoho CRM can offer. We use a number of Zoho products and they all integrate with our CRM. From Zoho Projects and Sales iQ through to Campaigns and Desk we find the system great for managing all aspects of our customer contact.

Cons

Managing users against the subscription is difficult and it is quite expensive. There is also no 'light' option that would be good for our internal IT support to access the production data for tech support, they can only have access to the sandbox or we have to buy a full licence which isn't cost effective for ad hoc access.

Overall good experience. But do suggest the offer higher limits for customization and options such as Zoho Campaigns etc.

Pros

Easy to use every day, and options are simple to manage.

Cons

Customizations can be tricky, and it does have certain limits that you will need to increase, but Zoho support is great to work with.

### "A lot of Features and A lot of Work but a whole suite "

Pros

Zoho is a powerhouse. There are lots of features and functions. They want to become your single provider of business software. They do everything from CRM, Email, Project Management, Bookkeeping. Most importantly, a lot of the information is connected and useful across different "apps." If you and your team are all committed to the program and stick with it, you'll see massive rewards. I've been using Hubspot for a side business and it works great as a CRM but ZOHO allows you to do so much more. With ZOHO you can almost not leave the interface which aids in minimizing distractions. There are still lots of apps though so if you have everything open you'll still mess yourself up.

Cons

It's amazing if you are committed to the system and the whole team gets on board and commits. There is a lot of software learning and picking up of functionality. If you and your team dont commit to setting up and customizing functionality to fit your needs, you'll only continue to get overwhelmed by all the features and not be able to get what you need from this software.

The overall experience with Zoho was good. Initially it had many bugs which made long group calls impossible but after few updates it got better.

Pros

Zoho Docs is the most interesting feature that attracted me apart of Excel which helped in keeping the team updated.

Cons

Zoho Docs and Excel Database helps in sharing the documents and information with ease. Apart from that GUI of team meeting is quite alluring and different from other services.

Zoho CRM is a fully-featured CRM product that is usable by businesses of all sizes. It works best when used with other Zoho suite tools as there is tight integration with the other modules. However, it does support Gmail and Outlook mail clients, so could be used in a G-Suite or Office 365 environment. As with any CRM system, getting the configuration right at the outset is key, as is getting users on board. If the up front work is done right, Zoho CRM brings great value to the organisations sales, marketing and customer service functions.

Pros

\- Powerful CRM tool with features you would normally only expect in enterprise grade products - Highly customisable - Integration with other Zoho modules - Support for G-Suite and Outlook - Responsive support

Cons

\- Needs some planning (as would any CRM deployment) to get the most out of it - So many customisation options, users can get confused

Managing the customers/potential customers within Zoho CRM is functional. Managing a sales pipeline with Zoho can be done very effectively if you purchase a few of the Zoho products.

Pros

I love the features and depth available with Zoho CRM and Zoho products. So much depth to the product set.

Cons

Zoho can be confusing. I feel like it's hard to understand what you get with the product you purchase and whether you are going to need another product to fully achieve your use case(s).

Overall this is a great tool to use in all different configurations and purposes. Its very easy to learn how to use and fairly user friendly and aesthetically pleasing.

Pros

I've used this product for over two years as a service desk system. Initially, we was on the old build and this used to be very buggy and had a lot of limitations. For example, we would have to recreate the whole ticket if a new category had to be created which was a little bit of a pain. As per an update a while back, this has now been resolved and this works a whole lot better - not to mention the graphical upgrade!!

Cons

I'm going to be completely honest and say no criticism whatsoever, we make use of an on-premise version of this software and a cloud based solution of this. We find that the cloud based version performs better and is more up to date and less buggy.

\* Light on pocket for most small and mid scale companies when compared to other expensive CRM alternatives. \* Can customize the software as per the company needs. Adding custom fields, layouts is an easy task and can be done by an end user itself. \* Multichannel interactions - Customers can interact via Email, social media and other channels ; all of them will be collated together and can be seen in Zoho CRM \* Powerful developer tools and addons are available to enrich the capability of Zoho CRM \* Forecasting feature which can be helpful to forecast the future sales. \* Process automation can be performed easily via workflows. \* Card scanner feature to scan the business card and automatically create contacts/leads from it. \* Facebook style feeds which helps to glance through the team updates and wins.

Cons

\* It takes a while to adjust to the UI since it has many options/features available. \* We might have to rely on other third party tool/add-on to send mass mailers (For notifications,newsletters etc) as the mail designer/mass mail feature is not powerful enough and lacks tracking of mails sent.

I am using the ZOHO CRM for 3 years and it helps me a lot with lead management. Whenever there is any scheduled call with clients it reminds me before the time and I can also separate the leads on a priority basis like: Very important, Cold lead, Future leads, etc.

Pros

By using Zoho CRM it is easy to update each and every communication of our customers. I can easily update the phone number, status, documents. Also, there is an automatic email response service that is very cool.

Cons

I would request to improve the calander/invitation feature of Zoho CRM.

It is great solution for small size business.

Pros

Relatively easy to setup, customise for client. Relatively easy to integrate lead capture into your own website. Easy to search lookup and customise leads info. Funnel chart is amazing

Cons

Although provide customisations, most of the lead custom fields are text fields only, without an ability to add additional validation. Integrating CRM is straightforward but the API is clunky.

Our company needed a set of software to run our startup business. We wanted something more than just a storage or email solution. Of course, we also needed a CRM. After having used a number of CRM over the years, I wanted something that was simple but configurable and also that could also help us for the occasional marketing email. Thanks to Zoho CRM, we can keep track of our deals and contact, ensure that nothing falls between the cracks. Did I mention the automatic email tracking ?

Pros

The email tracking really helps understanding engagement. The ability to send small mass-emails directly from the CRM without having to use a third party email is great for a startup. We also like the ability to automatically schedule a web meeting from the CRM.

Cons

The interface is a little bit old fashioned. It would be great if the system could be a little more flexible in terms of sales activities that can be recorded.

I manage Zoho CRM (Enterprise subscription) for a small B2B company. We have used this platform for about a year and a half now. Price: Compared to other options, Zoho has great pricing for the features/value that you get. Features: Zoho has a large number of features available to Enterprise customers. We, of course, use the Leads, Contacts, Accounts modules to keep track of all customer information. Zoho has greatly impacted our ability to keep track of the potentials/opportunities in our pipeline and to stay on top of follow-ups with customers. Also, despite our complex quoting process, we are able to quickly generate professional quotes for customers. We use the Zoho CRM Documents module to work on documents simultaneously. This eliminates the need to save several versions of documents. We use the Reports feature to evaluate performance, identify strengths/weakness, etc. The Campaigns, Solutions, Forecast and other available modules are also very useful. Ease of Use: I think using Zoho is more hands on, as far as doing most of the initial setup and customization yourself as opposed to Zoho doing it for you (like other CRMs offer), but the process is relatively easy. Because our company has many unique pieces of sales/customer information that it wants to capture, Zoho's easy customization has been a great fit for us. Customer Support: There are a variety of ways to contact Zoho. I use the live chat most of the time and am usually able to get assistance right away. Development: Zoho seems to actually take note of feature requests and feedback from customers. They release a very good update to the CRM this year that provided several new and improved features. I am looking forward to seeing how the platform continues to evolve.

I like ease-of-use, price, and easy customization.

Cons

It's a young company so there are some glitches/kinks still being worked out

Manual intervention required for some tasks are a lot and these needs to fixed through automation. Some tasks are repeated which can be done easily through automation.

I have more than 6 years of using Zoho not only for my company, but also for more than 10 projects with different clients, which has been perfectly adjusted to the needs of each project

Pros

The initiation process is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it possible to initiate adoption very quickly from setup to active users. Zoho has an ecosystem that allows you to enhance the capabilities of CRM, becoming a platform that reaches beyond a Basic or conventional CRM.

Cons

Perhaps a disadvantage would be what it doesn't have, but I think they are solving it quite well, so nothing is wrong with this tool.

Pros

Use it on a regular basis to achieve many tasks. The features are good and caters to basic needs and as per plans. Scope for lot of add ons provided. Some customizations also provided like in time tracker

Cons

User experience could be improved. At times the websites takes time to load. Some functionalities are not intuitive enough

I like the software and I believe the sales team takes advantage of it more than the marketing team. If marketing features are improved, especially regarding email, automation and metric analysis, I believe the software will be even more useful in my daily life.

Pros

I like the possibility of the marketing and sales team to work together in one software and can view leads, contacts, results and other goals.

Cons

Although I use it often, I believe the email marketing system is not ideal. It has some bugs, both in sending to leads and contacts, and when sensing tests. The metric analysis system is poorly intuitive and very manual, requiring consolidation on other data visualization platforms.
