The best CRM online platform, it's the all-in-one tool for client management, specially because you can configure stages, registrees, automatization, and gives order to your sales team.

Pros

Evaluating different alternatives for customer management, we decided to use Zoho CRM because it has many features that allow you to configure the platform to your needs. Everything is through integrations and modules that allow you to connect with special extensions. It also allows you to generate reports and dashboard for measuring, which is the only way you can improve. And the best thing: Zoho One! you can access to another Zoho platforms with the same account.

Cons

The bad thing is that you require knowledge and programming skills when integrating and connecting with other existing platforms.

Zoho CRM has solved lot of problems, mail templates has made our life easier and because of availability of creating custom automatic workflows has made lead conversion easier and reports are precise that gives us a clear picture of revenue streams

Pros

It's integration with multiple platforms like zapier which essentially explodes the integration possibility. It's mobile app is flawless and Integration with WhatsApp is just brilliant. As Zoho has various other products understanding the source of lead either from any campaign or via Google AdWords or Facebook ads is really helpfull

Cons

As any business I would like it's price go down a bit

It was a mistake and I immediately corrected myself by ignoring Zoho apps. Though I wasted 2 months learning the modules.

Pros

Getting onboard is the only thing that's fast.

Cons

Extremely poor support No help from the support team Unprofessional attitude Unwillingness to take a feedback Too complicated UI Difficult and cluttered modules Extremely pricey for the startups Misleading information during the trial phase Always upselling their useless apps through Zoho one

### "Zoho is a Powerful Tool for Small Businesses on a Budget"

Pros

As far as CRM softwares go (and I've used many including Salesforce), I was pleasantly surprised at how comprehensive it is. Everything that's needed to manage your sales process can be customized to your liking. Navigating the site is easy and has a very minimalist look and feel to it. However, it somehow delivers on all the details you would expect from a CRM. I particularly like the mobile version of Zoho CRM which is far superior to many other mobile CRMs out there. And, I've been using this for free ... However, I expect to use their 'enterprise' version soon enough!

Cons

There are no serious cons about this software. But if i'm really nitpicking, perhaps add some more options for visual/theme customization? Right now the only option to customize themes is to change the color of the site borders. Having an option to customize the font, site layout etc. would be nice.

Great management of several business operations and marketing activities at an affordable price. Zoho is one of the cheapest solutions I've ever used and they provide lots of features and tools even with the basic plans. It is a scalable solution that enables you to unlock "super-powers" only and when you are able to afford higher cost, alongside with your business growth.

Pros

ZohoCRM is one of the CRM system I use most. The Zoho Corporation has a solution for any business needs: customer relationship management, invoicing, project management, inventory and so on. I was really amazed the first time I've used Zoho by its ease of use and powerful features provided. The Zapier integration enables you to automate lots of repetitive tasks and integrate Zoho with other apps and systems (even if you can manage almost anything directly in Zoho).

Cons

The first setup can be hard. Sometimes, effective tips to drive you in the first setup are missing. Providing a huge amount of tools and features, some operations could be simplified. For example, importing leads from an external lead generation sources requires you to create a Zoho Campaign, otherwise you won't be able to create new records. This is a great approach conceptually (leads belong to specific campaigns) but it is not so easy to understand and implement, at least at the first time. So I think they should simplify this process or, at least, provide an exhaustive documentation or a quick tip to suggest how to proceed.

Overall it's a good value in an easy-to-use package. It's not going to be a powerhouse like Sales Force, but you're going to be able to set it up by yourself relatively easily. As a trade show manager, it's one of the best solutions for tracking every single detail of a trade show. I can track the equipment I need, my move-in times, key costs, badges, ordering guides, and so much more. Then, I can upload my leads to the Sales side of our system and correlate each lead with the originating show. All of this was customizable when we launched Zoho. We continue to tailor it to this day, now interfacing the database with a few cloud-based services to handle lead outreach. If you're looking for your first CRM system offering value and scalability before the leap to something major like Salesforce, this is your winner.

Pros

We use Zoho to track our sales leads, ongoing projects, and trade shows. In general I'd say the biggest pro is the flexibility and customization offered by the software. It's some serious bang for your buck! To this day, we create new tabs and have it track new lists or integrate it with new software.

Cons

The mobile app. It's really lacking. It will not display leads or trade shows as they are sorted on my desktop, which ultimately makes it useless. Sorting alphabetically doesn't work for leads or trade shows when the database goes back 7 years. If a mobile app is vital, Zoho may not be the best solution for you until the app is upgraded.

Zoho is good for startups or small businesses with minimum requirements as it is easy to set up, but as your company grows, unfortunately, the system does not grow with you.

Pros

Ease of set up and great feature list. The workflow is smart and mostly mirrored salesforce in some areas.

Cons

Loading time is absurd and customer service is not as helpful. Upgrades and feature requests seems less prioritized with updates taking years to release.

It's a simple and easy deployable CRM software that helps very much with sales and prospecting. Perfect for small businesses that need to streamline their sales funnel efforts. Not great for operations tracking and financials.

Pros

Zoho simplified our sales funnel and made keeping track of active deals much easier for the team. Drumming up business from old clients became possible because of the client-based custom notifications option.

Cons

It's built mainly around sales and prospecting and it's lacking adequate tools for business operations support. If a business wants to scale up, it will need another tool to keep track of it's operations and financials.

I love the expandability and flexibility of the apps that come connected to it. I am able to integrate quite seamlessly.

Cons

There's definitely a learning curve. I came from another CRM andZ Zoho certainly stood out like a sore thumb.

I so badly wanted to love it and have it do everything for me. In the end it was just too much and I chose a different option.

Pros

I love that Zoho Suite/Zoho One is a ginormous suite of software that does everything business related. Website design, CRM, Social Media, Contracts, you name it - it does it, and in theory shares all the information between all the apps to keep everything on target. Customer service was quick to respond, but the answer was always "schedule an in person call with us" - which was not always convenient.

Cons

It was overwhelming to me. I struggled to get everything set up, and I'm not sure I ever did it correctly. I looked at hiring a professional to help me, but I would've had to pay for an additional subscription, plus their time to do the tasks. It is very possible I'm just not qualified to use this software.

It's good. They have a solid solution that has worked well. I find their pricing for more team members can be a bit high though

Pros

Zoho crm has a wonderful suite of features and I liked their functionality. It's convenient to manage my pipeline with their solution and the ux is easy to use and well thought out. From task management to follow up a full stack solution and it has helped keep everything in one place and thus saved time when prospecting

Cons

Their onboarding could be even simplier and step by step. It still takes a while to get a feel for the application also, I don't like the fact zoho as so many applications and charge similar fees for all of them instead of just having a nice package even if it costs a bit more. As decent as their products are i'm just not a fan of this business model

My experience with Zoho has been fantastic, another thing I love about their software is the support. They support is unparalleled in the industry, fast and responsive with solutions.

Pros

Zoho One and all of the pieces of software you need that integrate with each other. The software is affordable, and extremely scalable! I love the contact management, automation, workflows and lead management.

Cons

There is nothing that I like least, all of the features are great!

Good experience, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good CRM for customer service.

Pros

Great value, easy to learn, easy to teach, easy to use to keep track of customers. You can find customers quickly and easily, pull up notes, leave attachments Easy to schedule followups. Easy to find what fellow employees are working on.

Cons

Sometimes it was difficult to setup automated features and sometimes automated features and webhooks would break and need to be remade. Was very rare though and for the price, their Customer support was excellent.

Overall there's no question it's powerful. My biggest issue is taking the time to use all that it has to offer.

Pros

I liked that I could hit the ground running with the out-of-the-box configuration. I really like that I can continue to configure and add additional business rules as I build the business. An odd but big one for me is hyper-linked phone numbers so I can click and call w/out picking up my cell phone. There's very little about this tool that I can't do if I take the time to try.

Cons

The configurable email templates are awesome but I really, really dislike the email editor. It's not wysiwyg in that how it looks w/in Zoho is not how it looks when the email goes out. I'd like to see more fonts and more ability to configure the overall layout. Also - doesn't handle 'signatures' very eloquently.

Not good. Lack of training, causing to much time using the program and not utilizing the features properly.

Pros

This is a big prigram with lots of features. Proper training is required to utilize the abilities. Unfortunately the company never gave proper training and we really needed it.

Pros

Its ease of use is superb. It an integration with a lot of other tools which makes it even easier to use and work on. Customer support is available 24/7 and it does not take much time to connect with them and resolve your doubts/queries.

Cons

Sometimes the integrations does not work as smoothly as they should but that's a very very rare case and them the user has to go back and again connect both the tools together.

Zoho CRM has increased productivity this is actually the best CRM i have interacted with in terms of generating Sales Leads.

Pros

I love the fact that Zoho CRM allows mobility you can always keep track on your hand held device when you are out of your work station I also love the fact that Zoho CRM is intractable with your google mail(Gmail) you don't have to create a new account you will retain yours This now did it for me oho CRM allows you to access real time information with out delay and also links to all social media reaching and giving you insights that connect people on social media to your products

Cons

This is not a major but will help if Zoho CRM could allow some customization in the UI Also the support could be better if I may say

We've used it for 5+ years now and have improved our internal processes with it. You do need to have someone internally that understands how all of it works, but when you have one, it's a great tool to have.

Pros

The CRM is highly customizable and enables many connections with external tools. We were able to automate a lot of processes.

Cons

You need to watch closely all the connexions you're implementing and be careful not to create conflicting rules.
