Pros

Zoho One allows usage of many different apps - "all in one place", integration between Zoho apps is useful; integration with third party apps/software is good; ability to customize the apps is important.

Cons

Learning Analytics, Deluge & Creator is not difficult but it is time consuming. The webinars / videos should be recorded and archived online for easy access. The webinars are not accessible in my time zone.

One was a business email address which was very helpful until I got my own and also being able to make 3 forms for email recruiting.

Pros

Zoho has a lot of great features you can use for free for any start-up business. However, I found if you want to upgrade you may have to pay for each individual category and to me that can get expensive. But their WRITER is one of the best and when it comes to copying from other pages and websites it can't be beaten. Some features you must have some experience to use but overall it is very good.

Cons

Some features are hard to use and other features you have to pay individually to upgrade which could get quite expensive. The shorter link to the writer did not work a lot of times and had to use the long link.

Myself and one other person were able to quickly and efficiently role this product out and track out touch points with potential and current customers. It was a lifesaver for a growing business.

Pros

Super easy to use. As I was setting up my company and just beginning, it was easy to implement, and scaled really well as my business grew.

Cons

I don't really have anything bad to say about this software. It's worked out great for my company and has grown with us.

We only use Zoho CRM for a small project for one of our clients, it fitted like a glove with what the client needed, but unfortunately the more we depended on it the more it required to get more solutions from Zoho like Books and inventory, it was kinda hard to integrate it with what already have, but after the client and us are having a good experience using it .

Pros

It's really simple and easy to use, for the most part, you can find whatever you want on its documentation, the samples over there are really helpful, and the customer support is very very friendly and responsive, I can't remember a single instance that they didn't respond or were late on.

Cons

Dealing with a cloud-based CRM comes with its pitfalls and for us, one of the biggest pitfalls was the that we couldn't customize it enough, no matter how many timed we talked with Zoho customer support, some parts are in the core structure of Zoho CRM that can never be changed,

I have been using Zoho CRM from last two years for a lead generation website. So far it’s working extremely well. It’s easy to set up and customize. For any advance customization, their support team is really helpful.

Pros

Zoho CRM is one of the best CRM available for small to mid-size businesses. It can be customized pretty easily and they have an excellent team of support staffs available 24/7. Zoho is not that expensive compared to the other similar tools. You can manage contacts, leads with Zoho CRM pretty easily. Take necessary action in terms of sending emails from the tool itself. By using drag and drop method one can create and customize page templates based on the business requirement. Overall an excellent tool for business needs.

Cons

They should assign an account manager for paid subscribers to reach out directly. They don’t have any option to create a landing page, Email tracking is also not available.

The experience has been excellent. We've never run into any buggy issues with the program, the price is perfect for what it offers and also has some scalability for smaller companies who might need some additional features as they grow. The program is so efficient, that we've been using it since 2014 and we have never needed to contact customer support!

Pros

It's one of the best CRM SaaS products I've ever used, and I have in-depth experience with two others: SalesForce and NetSuite, two of the biggest. I began using Zoho shortly after starting our own business. It took awhile to find one that we could afford and gave us the features we needed. This was a fairly in-depth search as there were many options and I was used to using two of the industry's biggest players: SalesForce and NetSuite. Though not as robust in features as these two, Zoho provides everything we need for a company of our size, especially with issuing and tracking our invoices, maintaining client data and the ability to compile and track our sales revenue.

Cons

The only con I can think of is it is limited in the number of features that it provides. However, depending upon the nature of your business and if you really have a need to scale, Zoho does provide the essential features required of a CRM for a small to mid-size business. It also does it so efficiently, that I have never had to contact customer support in the six years we've been using the service.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

The cost for the features the program provided were ideal and better priced than the other options we were considering. They also had great reviews from current users and they didn't require a contractual commitment to give them a try. The also don't begin charging you for the use of their service until after you establish five accounts - the first five accounts are free.

Pros

The product features are very effective for growing the business with ease in customer interaction and marks full satisfaction with feedbacks from the users, there are many good features for optimizing and showcasing the organization technologies in the market. The integration and implementation of the application was easy and the support from the application team is very useful.

Cons

Initial setup was very new but with support from the application team and the sales team it was very smooth, the sales data has to be uploaded frequently and this helps in further strategizing the market sales.

Ive been using it for over 2 years. It works, its cheap and its flexible. The downside is you dont have the polish or UX of some of the market leaders.But for business on a tight budget - its hard to beat.

Pros

Its flexible and is programmable if you hire someone with the right knowledge on the product. The Zoho One product offers incredible value for money

Cons

Its a bit clunky, like a poor mans salesforce. They need to look at their UX especially when compared to some of the other leaders in this space - but its cheap so if you dont mind a bit of clunkiness then you get alot of value for your money.

I am very much satisfied with this software because it has all features, which i need during my working. This is a very helpful software for me because i works in the FMCG sector so i need to manage a lot of records, sales reports, performance reports and its dashboard is best for me and my team to read and understand the analytics, i.e., where we are lacking, on what decisions we need to focus more, how to improve, etc.

Pros

The best features are, Email Routing, Document Library, 24X7 Live Chat, Analytics, Activity Dashboard & Activity Tracking, Behavior Tracking and Billing-Invoicing.

Cons

My experience with the support team was not good but rest the software have almost all positive aspects.

This software has become the very core of my business. Pretty much everything else I use integrates with Zoho CRM and runs through it. I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose it.

Pros

I love that you can literally create your own workflow. The automation rules and blueprints and the ability to create custom fields and design each page of the CRM to display what you need is just superb. I've explored a lot of CRMs in the last couple of years and have yet to find one as flexible as this. It's almost overwhelming with all you can do. Then add in the ability to do emails, integrate with almost any other tool, etc. and you have a CRM that can grow with you.

Cons

It's a little complex to set up everything if you don't know what you are doing. There are boatloads of features, and you don't have to use them all. But it would be nice to see the core features explained better through onboarding. Once you work with it for a bit there isn't a problem. But for those who don't want to customize their workflow, the defaults might seem daunting at first.

Pros

zoho is one of the new technology which is used for finance team. before Zoho Tally was there and it was unbeatable in the market. But, now zoho provides more features that are not availbale in the tally to. Zoho provides more features to the accounts team with all shortcuts. One application/software for the the work we need in the finance. I will recommend others to try the zoho crm.

Cons

The least like of zoho crm is little bit time consuming for the 1st user. and after that it is a piece of cake.

Pros

I like the flexibility of ZOHO and it is very easy to use as well. Saves time while tracking the progress and tracking leads.

Cons

The only thing that I don't like is sometimes it just won't work like I give instructions to it and the work is not done which I get to know the next day. Just like checking out or checking in doesn't work sometimes.
