Awesome budget CRM that keeps our teams informed and business development teams working efficiently.

Pros

Our organization uses Zoho CRM and has for many years. The CRM is designed intuitively, and all features are easy to find. I best like the search feature that can find the answer to any question you might have about a customer or contact in seconds, making customer service over the phone a breeze. The fields in an "account" are customizable, making this CRM useful for ANY industry with a bit of end-user customization.

Cons

Zoho is obviously not Salesforce, but you get what you pay for. It might not be jam-packed with features and infinitely customizable, but it will work great for any business up to 100 employees or so.

Zoho allows me to keep track of everyone that I work with, and keep track of even the financial aspects of that. Zoho is 'flexible' enough to allow you to sort of mold it into whatever you want it to be and that works out just fine. When I say you can "mold" it, to give an example is that there's a tab for Meetings. Technically, you could use that to input meetings, but Zoho is flexible enough that I actually use the Meetings tab to show all my sales. My point is that even if you don't see a feature in Zoho that you want, you can sort of bend it to conform to most situations.

Pros

It's tempting to say that the best part of this software is that it's free for many users needs. They're not immediately trying to cripple the small, new business start up with expensive fees just so they can keep track of their first 50 customers and clients. Zoho allows users to grow with it. Amazingly, they've kept it free for most of it's best functionalities for many years now. Unbelievable.

Cons

Zoho could add a few extra customizable attributes to a lead. Say you wanted to know if a lead was "Cold", "Warm", or "Hot", there's no attribute in there to search for users with this. The only way to do it is to type something like that in the notes and that will reveal all those leads. Problem is that when you use notes only, you start to become confined by only 1 searchable attribute such as 'cold' or 'hot' as opposed to if you had attributes, you could search using multiple attributes to create a great filter to find leads that are all of the attributes you want (ie ,"cold", "Income >$100k" and "Located in Florida").

As a freelance writer, I wanted an easy way I can communicate and share work with my clients. I used the screen-sharing option to share work with my clients from the comfort of my zone. Zoho CRM has made my work at home easier since I can work with clients all over the world without traveling.

Pros

I like this software because it's cloud-based and I can access the tool from any device as long as I'm connected to the internet. The client management system enables me to communicate and screen-share the project am working on with my clients. Zoho CRM has a user-friendly dashboard that is easy to use. The software can be easily be integrated with other tools.

Cons

The only difficulty I realized with this tool is that it crashes when users try to access the tool through their mobile phones. Also, their email template can't be edited easily and there are fewer options to customize it.

Pros

Zoho CRM is fairly price than other CRM software that we have use before. I like that it also work on mobile device and it give flexible and fast connection to my work. Automation sales tracker give me an real-time update on the progress and leads that generated.

Cons

It still need some of the tools to fully matured and and developed. Some of the feature keep getting error and not yielding the result that i want, and i just abandon the tools and opted for other third-party software to integrate with Zoho.

It's fine. You won't hate. But I never loved it. Granted, we didn't have the top level, Enterprise version so maybe that version has features that are slicker and more compelling.

Pros

I used Zoho for 2 years and it was fine. Completely fine. Not amazing, not fun to use but it always got the job done. I was able to easily track customer interactions and schedule future activities - which is the bulk of what I'd ever need.

Cons

There are confusing features like how it sorts between modules so you can't list all activities chronologically across different activity types. Makes work clunkier. And when I had issues or wanted different functionality, the response from support was pretty much always, 'Sorry Sir, that cannot be changed.'

Overall, its a wonderful platform for managing customer relationships.

Pros

Among all the features the best ones are marketing automation and task management. Both these features significantly help us manage and organize our day to day activities and meet the deadlines.

Cons

The Zoho mobile app can be improved further making it as advanced as the desktop version. Also, the pricing can be slashed down a bit so that even startups can afford it.

I've tired all kinds of CRM's and all of them were to expensive or even outdated. The insurance business as a whole is out dated with technology and by using ZOHO CRM we are able to assign prospecting territories, keep our agents from calling over each other when they are cold calling. Track qualified leads. Convert those qualified leads to opportunities and then into a customer = $$$. You really don't know the value of your pipeline until you track it and understand your industries averages. I realized how much money we were losing by not calling people back at the right time to reschedule appointments to close more deals. This is a great product for small growing agencies like mine. Most importantly, every time I add a new user or agent it only cost me $15 a month which I make my money back every month. So don't view this CRM as a liability when it is keeping track of your assets!

Pros

Everything I mentioned in my review.

Cons

It will take a minute to customize the CRM to your agency or companies workflow but when its set up it is awesome!

I find this platform very complete as a marketeer and sales professional. I can track different activities and events from my email google account in the software

Pros

As a goole workspace user, I find this software easy to use and integrate some Google tools into this platform. The platform interface is friendly and you can easily track you activities through it. I can group my emails from my leads and clients and box them in customized frames.

Cons

It integrates easily witihn google tools but sometimes it is difficult to manage outside tools into the integration process

The experience has been smooth. Zoho has impressive features that are very easy to understand, and my business did not need to pay excess sums for training as the other employees got used to it in no time, even when they had no background in using CRMs.

Pros

There are many features, and it was easy to tailor them to my e-learning business without changes or disruptions to existing routines and procedures. It's also easy to integrate with other Zoho Suite apps and other third-party software, all that for no additional fees. Did I mention that you get all that for just the right price! It's so affordable, and it indeed gives you more—the best value for your money.

Cons

The mobile app can be a bit clumsy sometimes in the way of just getting up and running with minimal functions with essential features like the widget, scheduling, and importing contacts missing at times.

Pros

We really like the price point and the simplicity of the programs. We were able to learn quickly and start using the services pretty much right away.

Cons

There is a bit of a language barrier between our staff and the Zoho staff has been an issue. We have a very hard time understanding them when we need help or have questions.

Customizable features to meet our specific business needs Decent reporting functionality although we augment with Zoho Reports, a more complete BI solution

Pros

We are on the Enterprise plan (most expensive) and the customer support has helped us in many scenarios to customize our ZohoCRM to meet our specific needs. We are a startup financier and likely using ZohoCRM more so than a typical financier would but the beauty of ZohoCRM (on Enterprise plan) is the customizability especially when it comes to automation through its deluge programming language.

Cons

The deluge programming language that is specific to Zoho which is difficult to use and not as intuitive as other programming languages. If I need support, I need to ask Zoho and cannot use other resources like Google to search which increases my overall turnaround time to execute on any custom functions that I need.

Overall we've been super happy with Zoho CRM. We've been using it for many years now and plan to continue using it. If I had to start over again I'd pick Zoho again.

Pros

I've been using Zoho CRM for what seems like forever and I've liked it since day one. It's easy, intuitive, and a pleasure to use. Plus it was one of the first CRM's with a mobile app back in the day.

Cons

It's gotten a little long in the tooth but I think they are upgrading it again soon. Nothing is wrong, I just like getting lots of updates.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

Zoho had great customer service and a very easy platform to use. They were cloud based early on and that was a big deal for us back then.

I have been using Zoho for over 5 years with one client and now a second client for 1 1/2 years. Customer service is so much improved in the last 2 years and they have been very helpful and professional. I don't have to worry about losing information or emails. I can set reminders and tasks, track progress and create custom reports to give me what I need. Overall it is the best software out there and the cost is very reasonable for small business owners.

Pros

I can see everything I need at a glance on a lead or contact page. All the details. I love that all my emails to and from the lead or contact are automatically saved in Zoho to that face page.

Cons

Not all the info from contact transfers automatically to the booking and quote page. Most of it does but some I have to double enter.

Their customer service, support desk it good.

Pros

The ease of use of this cloud-based CRM was great. Not much training required although I can't say we used it to its full potential. It is a great tool to track clients and prospects, keep notes, contracts, etc.

Cons

What I liked least about this software is that you can easily end up with the same accounts listed twice in the system, especially if you have multiple users. Reps also forget to move a prospect to a client.
