Generalmente Zoho CRM es una buena aplicación que no es cara y es sumamente fácil de utilizar.

Pros

Desde hace cuatro años yo y mi equipo utilizamos Zoho CRM para sin fines de lucros lo cual tenemos una membresía totalmente gratis. Nuestra experiencia es sumamente buena y estamos felices de decirle que pueden usarla para todo tipo de trabajo ya que el software es sumamente fácil y no necesitan de mucho entrenamiento.

Cons

Todas las funciones son excelente. No tengo ninguna opinión en contra.

Working on Zoho CRM is best experience I have ever had on CRM tool. I will refer it to my friends also.

Pros

I like the best about Zoho CRM is that its a SAAS based product. It can be used in any device with a browser efficiently. Its very easy to integrate it with other tools which helps in better customer relationship management.

Cons

I only like the least is its customer support it takes little bit of time to response. Ans as a SAAS based product it can be made much better.

Pros

The best thing about zoho is the overwhelming simplicity of its features and menus. You can easily organize your mails and keep track of your appointments and meetings. For a small organization it is a must have tool.

Cons

Only thing I think could have been better is the attachment size limits.

Overall I am a little disappointed because of the cost. I wish I could pick the add ons that I need and have it all bundled into the CRM but I have to go big and get too much of what I don't need so it's looking like it might cost me more money than it's worth.

Pros

I like that this software can grow with you and it's very easy to set up. Other software takes days and you have to read some tutorials to get any use out of it.

Cons

For a solo freelancer the packages are too big and do not offer what I consider to be an essential. I was very disappointed to see that I would have to move all the way to a pro tier just to get email integration. That tier is too costly and contains many things I don't need but the lower tiers don't offer the one very important thing I do need and that is the ability to have all emails copied to the CRM so I can receive and reply to the 100+ emails I get per day from one place and have everything attached to the correct client, customer, project, task etc...

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

I looked at Zoho because I could turn off modules I did not need and there are some nice layout and field options to make it look and feel comfortable for my work style.

Quick support systems. Customers service is very responsive. Easy to use this tools because of easy UI friendly. Very easy to track the sales record and automate email marketing.

Cons

Pricing is little high as compared to other CRM software. Also I notice sometime facing integration issue.

Overall experience was good but not the best. I'm sure in the background they would be working hard to speed up the server or response time, so the user experience is awesome. As I have not used this software for a long time, maybe they might have already resolved this issue.

Pros

Easy to manage all the contacts and track the conversations at one place. The UI is simple to use. Even a not so tech savvy user can use it with ease. It's invoicing feature is great as it helps you to create professional invoices and helps receive payment digitally.

Cons

Software is great but works too slow compared to other softwares available in the market. Would only recommend to using it if leads or contacts are less.

Zoho keeps a great record of our contacts, sorted by companies, and leads and potentials. We use the reminder system to follow up regularly and reports to keep tabs on how we are doing. I believe the Zoho CRM integrates well with their other product offerings, but we don't use them.

Pros

I use this most for tracking our leads and estimates before converting to projects. Other than the base features, I find the reporting most valuable, so we can see a bigger picture at a glance.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the search results. They are categorized well, but don't seem to return relevant results or, because of the categories, you have to scroll a lot to find. Since it is a CRM, I am searching names often, but Leads and Potentials dominate results.

Zoho Crm is Zoho Crm. It does what it's designed to do and it does it perfectly. So I recommend it.

Pros

I've been using Zoho Crm for my company's marketing and it has helped us grow our revenue by a significant margin. We now have better, more detailed insights into our customers' buying habits and their preferences from across the world. The ease with which we can segment the data has been a game changer for us! I highly recommend it!

Cons

At first I had my doubts, but it turns out that Zoho Crm is an excellent product. It has all the features I need and then some. If you are looking for a CRM, this is the one to get.

Zoho CRM has a plethora of features that make it so much value for money. We can even send automated emails to all our leads using Zoho CRM. Great overall experience so far

Pros

Centralizing all our lead data and information is quite extensive with Zoho CRM. At the same time, having different users with different access roles is very crucial

Cons

There is nothing much to dislike about Zoho CRM. Everything is good

it really depends what you are looking for. this can be customizable and is nice for that but set u can be a pain and might lack features need in your business

Pros

The tool does keep a 1 place for all the contacts, leads accounts and all the other modules Zoho has to offer. it is a place that you can keep your emails attached to your customers.

Cons

The problem is the organization can get messy. zoho books and projects link up to the CRM but they can be slow to update on both ends and sometimes feels like more work than reward. the lead section has the sales cycle but the sales cycle does not work with our sales cycle. we have used the Zoho products for 2 years but now might start switching to a ne system

The customer service could be better, especially if there was a development issue or technical back end piece, a developer would reach out to us 2-3 days later. That is a significant amount of time!

Pros

There were many built in apps and free apps to install with Zoho. This allowed us to download what we need and filter out those apps we were not in need of.

Cons

Sometimes CRM software provide so many apps that are essential for business but can be overwhelming. I think one thing about Zoho is that many apps seemed to do the same purpose but just different UI so it made things seem like we can do it in many places instead of a central area to keep track of.

We were using spreadsheets and docs scattered all over our network drive but Zoho CRM helped us to get all that customer information into one place and streamline access, permissions, etc. for different users.

Pros

Really customizable CRM - you can get very granular with the information you input and filter by. Good integration with the other Zoho suite of apps and a good mobile interface. Tech support is excellent - fast and helpful, and the training materials on Zoho's site are of very high quality.

Cons

It's a bit complicated to setup and takes quite a bit of time to get all the forms and templates setup the way you want it. However, once you get past this hurdle most users find their experience to be positive.

For beginners, the cost may be high. This is the only cons that I found while using the Zoho CRM software. It will be really appreciate if there is discount for membership, or a long duration of free trial which will help a lot especially the new business.

Pros

It's quite easy to work to experienced, the layout is detailed, easy of access, love the different charts I can make. Zia -finally a personal experience. Clean design, great reporting tools.

Cons

Not easy for newbies, trial time is not enough time to explore, why are there limitations on the API? So much data to integrate.
