I have used for a very long time to successfully manage business development efforts for our organization. It is a top tier application with the features to go along with it.

Pros

Many features as well as integration capability with other Zoho applications as well as ability configure, even with the free level. Setting follow-up actions/tasks is probably one of the most useful features.

Cons

Would like better reporting features with more flexibility. Otherwise an amazing product.

gives you the basics to start and as you grow as a company. The support team always was helpful and quick to respond.

Pros

offers all the comprehensive features and ease of use. It's easy to create leads in the system, one can monitor all kinds of details and track them.

Cons

It has high learning curve during setup, and customization is one of the most common complaints. There are quick support teams, but better not to call them.

It has been positive and seems less expensive than other similar CRM options on the market.

Pros

Still learning but it seems to have what is needed for my startup! I am working to look at the Professional version. So far I have started with the free version. It also has a lot of potential as my business grows.

Cons

Unsure at this time. I am still very new but if you break it down piece by piece it is not difficult to use.

Overall experience was very at high, i am using this software since last 1 year and when i started using it initially i was having a fear of handling the crm software, but now i am giving training to interns and sales people just because they are providing the simple, easy to use and industry specific crm software and able to manage the Team as well

Very easy to understand CRM, with understandable terminologies and industry specific design for the users, also provision of custom fields addition and 24x7 support are the good things about

Cons

They are not providing the education guide videos in the regional language, because our many usere were interns and undergraduate they were facing issues.

Pros

It is very easy to use, especially for customization and integration. It has an extensive range of features, and you can customize it to fit your business needs. You can also integrate it with other Zoho products or other apps. Another great feature is the mobile app which has made tracking of sales and interaction of clients much easier.

Bit much when you first log in. Too many icons shouting at you. After a few uses though, you start to see the structure.

Pros

Saves time once you get it sorted. Helps avoid digging through inboxes or missing a name you were supposed to call back.

Cons

Not perfect — a few too manys steps in places . But once it’s set up, you don’t mess withs it muchs .

What I liked most about is its customization and flexibility. The platform allows you to customize modules, workflows, and dashboards to place with specific business needs which makes it highly adaptable.

Cons

With so many customization options, it took time to fully understand how to set the platform for our needs, when I newly start working in , I found it a bit difficulty to use without proper training or resources.

I had an overall good experience with . For instance, process automation for repetitive tasks was a life saver such as making follow-up Emails. I Marveled at the customizable dashboards and metrics the software provides. Furtheremore, it integrates with a wide variety of social media tools.

What i like about is software is versatile and can be used in a wide variety of ways. For instance, It helped me organize customers contacts in an efficient manner plus when i was working for a Real Estate Organization. Furthermore, i was happy with the efficient customer support tools that the software contains. I used them in managing tickets and handle Customer Queries efficiently.

Cons

Everything about the software is cool. Zoho has superior capabilities at the right price as compared to other Customer relationship management systems.

The overall experience was poor. Their team tried really hard to be accommodating but their system is just too convoluted.

I liked how the deals page both worked and looked. The ability to link accounts and create accounts, deals, or contacts on any page was very handy.

Cons

Simply put, It was so complicated to use. The amount of time we spent training with the Zoho launch team was too much to not be able to fully use the system.

There were a few kinks that needed to be worked out but overall the support to work them out was great and timely. I personally wouldn't work with any other at this point.

Pros

First, it's ease of use and the ability to customize it to your needs and what you sell. The integration of other products is really great too. It's responsive and keeps all your info for a client in one place. The automated features is wonderful too.

Cons

Least is the set up. It does take time, trial and error, and a few kinks along the way. However, that being said, support was always there to fix and responsive, and with a program this sophisticated it is expected to have some issues. Overall, any issues were minor.
