Great easy to use CRM. Cloud based and great mobile app which would increase the productivity of Sales teams. Furthermore has great analytics capabilities. Many integrations available to develop rich functions.

Pros

I like the simple UI of the CRM and the responsive web interface. The intuitive CRM module and the ease of entering the leads in to to system

Cons

Login OTP experience could be further improved. However the built in capability to integrate with a OTP mobile app has reduced the issues.

Serves it's purpose well for us, and the price is phenomenal. The whole zoho one suite will have something useful for everyone, for us it handles BI, accounting, CRM, and our company's platform is built in creator!

Pros

Zoho CRM has a very long list of functionality, many of which are very useful. It is very robust, and with a bit of development can do pretty much anything you need it to do.

Cons

Doesn't have the ecosystem that salesforce does, there aren't really any good plugins. you're on your own in that regard.

Pros

Overall great experience with tool options and services, effective for carrying day to day tasks and operations.

Pros

The application has very friendly UI and the service uptime is quite good for our organization network. I like the contact management features of Zoho, since we have a large group of teams in our company its easier for us to notify and manage these contacts with Zoho. Also the team support and customization needs were satisfactory.

Cons

There were a little glitched in the application during the initial stage of integration to multiple clients system through Zoho, but with the latest updates there seems to be no problems with it.

We had a 30% increase in the number of contacts and a 50% increase in lead recovery due to the great ease of searching and reminders allowed by the program. Never again did employees miss a scheduled meeting!

Pros

The implementation of the pragram in our organization was extremely fast and all employees quickly assimilated the change and praised the implementation due to the wide range of available resources that facilitate the daily routine.

Cons

As for the program, we have nothing to complain about, but we would like more video tutorials to make learning easier for more people.

It's a great hub for seeing a true overall view of your day to day business. Daily projects and tasks would be lost without a good central Customer Relations Management system and this fills that need.

Pros

1) I enjoy the organizational features that you can customize for a broad range of different types of businesses 2) Workflow functions: ability to set tasks, follow-up tasks, reminders, delegate tasks, etc. 3) Once set up, it's simple to use and understand.

1) It can be a little difficult to set up properly. If you set it up wrong, it can lead to even harder corrections down the line once you're established. However, I opted to set it up myself with no help from the team, so that was my

'Zoho CRM is a cloud-based CRM that manages all size of businesses; My organization uses Zoho CRM which help us integrate all the contacts on the SPANCO model. We also customize tools according to our requirements. Further, we have also integrated with G Suite, Mailchimp, WordPress, Evernote, Hubspot, and other 3rd party systems. The MIS features are excellent, and we can customize the reports as per our requirements, the log-in features of the clients, the follow-up functions, and the best part is it is pretty economical to use. Cons

The CRM did not perform optimally, which became more frustrating at times. The integration with Hubspot was a difficult project, it took longer than expected. There is no reason to hate it.

Zoho CRM is a good low cost CRM option for businesses that can't afford or don't want one of the alternatives. It can be frustrating to use, but it is rewarding once you figure it out.

Pros

Zoho CRM is a great tool once you are able to set it up and configure it. Out of the box it has a decent functionality set but is mostly geared towards a sales pipeline. However, Zoho CRM is highly customizable if you have the time, patience and skills to configure it.

Cons

Zoho CRM can be confusing to use until you really dig deep into it. Configuration is cumbersome and complicated. The reporting functionality is difficult to use, but it does work well once you figure out the right way to use it.

We receive more than 10 tickets per day from our users, regarding support IT requests, Zoho desk has been the solution in order to have just junt software to manage all that requirements in just one place and avoid to lose that urgent requeriments in the email inbox.

It is an excellent CRM and arranges your work accurately in terms of following up on customers and following up on customers and potential customers as well. It also has excellent marketing channels as it is linked with social media such as Facebook and Instagram and makes it easy for you to keep clients to reinvest in the future. A more than wonderful reality program.

Cons

The issue of marketing channels that make it easier for you to create advertising campaigns and that make it easier for you to target the detailed targeting of the target audience

This email system works great. I would say between gmail, being 10 and Outlook being a 7.

Cons

Really no cons. It's not as simple as gmail which is a plus in my opinion but Zoho isn't difficult to use by any means.

Monumental! The insights it provides with reporting, the tracking of Deals, and the management of Leads is so simple, and quite frankly fun to use. We love Zoho!

Pros

The entire CRM is easy to manage, easy to customize, and easy to use. We have set-up the CRM to be specific to the way we do business. The integrations with other Zoho suite of products give us insights into our complete customer profiles. This is by far the best feature of Zoho. The support team is always helpful and prompt whenever an issue arises.

Cons

We honestly can't say there are limitations with Zoho CRM. Our only con is we haven't even used every feature yet, that's how much value is packed into Zoho CRM.

I've used this for about 5 years and I really like it. The support team is awesome. I see new updates all the time. I seriously don't know why everyone doesn't use it. Clearly I'm a fan. When I hear people say "i use salesforce" i'm like, really, show me what's so special and they aren't able to show anything that's not in zoho so I think they are just believe the marketing msg from SF.

Cons

Well, I wish it was less money. I know I've already got a good deal but paying less is always better. I'm testing the crm + now and that's got some pretty awesome features like the predictive email sending. that's cool.

If you're looking for a CRM that is customizable and can adjust to your business, Zoho CRM is the best bang for your dollar. However, recognize that Zoho's platform is to develop features, \*not\* to be a sales partner. They have partners around the world who can help you on an ad hoc or on-going basis, but the 24/5 support is really just there for trouble shoot issues with the program - not to help you develop your business.

Pros

The customization means that Zoho can be adapted to a variety of fields. It's generally intuitive for sales people and their cross platform support is really picking up with the new User Interface.

Cons

Documentation is nearly non-existent. Support is present effectively only to address bugs, not to problem solve.

Overall Zoho has been a love/hate relationship; on one hand, having a system is helpful... but on the other when you run into the limitations of the current subscription level it becomes frustrating, especially when we're just trying to survive the government imposed shutdowns of our client base.

Pros

The ability to have lead tracking is huge for a small business with only one or two people doing sales, marketing, and business development and zoho enables this with their free account.

Cons

However; a Free account is nice but limited in functionality especially when it comes to cross-communication between other Zoho products like Zoho Campaigns. It would be great if the free accounts would interact with the free portions of the other products. Also, the pricing options just don't scale well for a small business needing to license a couple of people making it prohibitively expensive in the long-run for what you're getting.

Overall, being a mid-sized company, ZOHO solved all our requirement around sales CRM. Pretty satisfied. Hope that it makes it systems robust to handle scalability in the future.

Pros

First of all it is an Indian company with decent customization features. It was no brainer for our mid size company to go for it. Easy to design workflows and always available customer support makes it a winner.

Cons

Competitor CRMs has simple to understand and aesthetically pleasing UI/UX, which ZOHO can improve upon. Also limitation on data which can be exported at a time can be waived off.

My experience with Zoho CRM has been overwhelmingly positive in the 3+ years I've been using it. It seamlessly works with the different software platforms I use and customer service is quick to respond if you need something customized or to report a bug. Highly recommend.

Pros

Extremely cost effective, especially if you're willing to purchase multiple years at a time. Seamlessly integrates with various platforms (Office 365, etc). Very user friendly and customer service is great.

Cons

Gosh, really nothing. It's perfect for what I need.

It is very important to have a defined blueprint in order to achieve a great automation. It can be an amazing tool to keep all your clients at one place, have track of your sales and estimates and do a great follow-up.

It’s a great tool that helps your sales team organization, you can easily automize follow-up emails or tasks, and create customized pipelines for each module. To measure results you can set some widgets at your home page or connect with Zoho Analytics for something more detailed.

Cons

You have a limited quantity of input types, especially the number kind, and sometimes you need to create custom functions to achieve what you desire, so programming is required in those cases.

Soho was used to manage client data, notes on communication with clients, project information, and keeping track of payments made.

Pros

Zoho CRM first came out over 10 years ago. It was very cost effective and easy to use for the most part. Data was kept on a cloud which made data secure and would never be lost after saving information. It is good for basic use.

Cons

If you did not save your information and your computer froze, you have to enter it again. While it is not expensive, there are other programs that are better to use. Now we use Salesforce which is amazing and can be used with other programs.
