It's the only way to keep a tab on all our clients and potentials. I can't imagine scaling up my sales team without Zoho CRM.

Pros

It's extremely intuitive to use once you get the basics right. Ample customization possible to suit your business. They have a great app, which means I can get a lot of work done on the move. I also use Zoho books, social and other products and all of them integrate very well with each other.

Cons

Some of their customer support staff who come on chat don't know enough about the product. The roles and user management is complex. I still haven't figured that out. And the integration between multiple Zoho tools can do with some improvements.

Great services by Zoho, likely going to use it for coming annual cycle since the performance is improving with its use.

Pros

The application covers most of the management aspects for the organisation in relation to CRM activities and also social performance. There are lot of great features to like about Zoho for, contact management is one such I liked, easy to access all employee info for quick communication and task completion.

Cons

The application has enough features and light weight tools too but lacks some meetings features and network stability sometimes, but the support team was very helpful in resolving any such issues.

This is a amazing software. I have been using SFDC before, and I find ZoHo as a really good tool for a small start-up as we are. All contacts and information, actions, everything you need in one place. Of course you could ask for more such as outlook integration and better collaboration, but so far it serves our needs

Pros

Easy to use, the App for Android works perfect. I am on a free plan right now but we will upgrade as soon as revenue starts to kick in. I like the search and report functions in particular. It is a perfect tool for start-up business. We are a Chinese related firm with operations in China, and there is also a version available in china through a partner company. Otherwise SFDC and other popular CRM tools are blocked in China as of now.

Cons

Not so easy to back-up. Limitations of records seems tight in the free version. Also the integration of email seems difficult. I prefer to write emails, use tasks and schedule in MS Outlook, but I cannot see how it could synch seamlessly between MS and ZoHo

One of the main reasons I like Zoho crm is the fact I have access to all its features everywhere, so I highly recommend it

Pros

I think this is a great choice when you are looking for a multiplatform solution for your organization, you are able to check all its features everywhere because it comes with apps you can download on your phone and keep track of your work

Cons

I would like it to have a better customer support, sometimes it takes several days to answer if you have a problem even when problems are unlikely to happen

The fact that it comes with the smartphone apps to keep track of everything while im not at the office and it’s low price

We used CRM for sales to manage the data, It's easy to maintain our customer data. Before we use Excel to maintain data on 1 computer then everyone goes to check the data and then they help our customer but when we subscribe ZOHO CRM then all the sales team, the support team can check the customer data within a second on all computers with the help of CRM.

Pros

Good, Helpful, Easy to set up, easy to access, email tracking.

Cons

Nothing, sometimes I can't access on a tablet but when I call they fixed the problem.

It's easy to access and maintain all the data. We sell software support to our customer. Then it's so hard to contact our customer every month. Then if we send an email then we need to find then invoice but with the help of CRM, we can easily trace all our customer data and easily contact with them through email.

If it were up to me, I would have dumped it long ago.

Pros

It's cheaper than Salesforce but who isn't?

Cons

The modules don't talk to each other, there is zero support when you have questions and what would be standard in other software is NOT offered here, for example the email module and email template creation is a nightmare . Mailchimp is far superior with the email creation tools. The Zoho Social loses connection to social channels regularly. The Zoho Analytics won't connect to some of the modules for reporting, etc.

It helped me get rid of tracking through emails, and to integrate other tools, such as mailchimp to generate marketing campaigns. I can verify which sales projects are still standing and in what percentage so that all members are aware, and anyone can continue the sale.

Pros

I was able to manage all my clients, their interests and follow them either to obtain a sale or to pay their debts. It is very useful considering the cost that is very accessible. Zoho is very easy to use and offers a very nice and attractive interface. I personally use the android app that let me work anywhere. Integrations are very useful: Mailchimp to send campaigns, social networks to respond to customers there.

Cons

Maybe we are not talking about the best option for people who are lovers of changes and updates, in fact they change very little and they do not integrate features in a constant way. For some people may be one of the best advantages but for others it may not be and it is certainly something you should consider before creating a Zoho Mail account.

Zoho is comprehensive and can be a great fit for some businesses, it just depends on what you are looking for and what you are expecting of it.

Pros

I was sold on how robust the system is, from the CRM capabilities all the way through the sales pipeline management and sale performance tracking.

Cons

I found Zoho's lack of customized fields an issue for us, and the setup was a bit difficult. Plus the lack of access to some AI features except for top paying customers, was a turn-off.

I have been using zoho for about 3 years and its is very easy to use, pretty straight forward and has good reporting options.

Pros

The software has a simple interface and is easy to navigate and use quickly.

Cons

The if software out of the box doesn't fix your needs, there are a few options available to you, however if those options are not available you would have to have some custom work done or in some cases its may not be possible. Should be more custom options out of the box.

Overall, we are committed to the platform and that is saying something. I've bounced around nearly a dozen CRM's and Zoho has just enough power under the hood to keep us onboard. Great for teams. And especially worth the money if you are on the Zoho One plan. Can't beat the value they pack in there.

Pros

I love how Zoho integrates so well with the rest of the Zoho suite (as well as other tools with Zapier) It's nice to have our whole business running from one central platform.

Cons

It was a beast to setup and configure and we still have struggles getting workflows the way we like. Not recommended for beginners. Either hire an agency to help you set it up or look into a simpler alternative.

Pros

Very easy to use for small companies. I've launched Zoho CRM at about 30 companies over the last 10 years and (even after a 6-month gap in use) can hop right back into things.

Cons

Over the years I've had to figure things out on my own - perhaps now, but over the years, I don't remember seeing much in formalized training.
