Overall Zoho has been a great solution for our small team looking to save a few bucks. As our team grows we have decided to move from Zoho to a custom CRM our CTO is developing.

Pros

Zoho is great for a team with a technical resource who can play around with the API and pull custom data points that may be relevant to your team.

Cons

As a marketer and salesperson who has used Salesforce and Hubspot for and an end to end CRM solution, Zoho is lacking in a few features and isn't as easy to use. While you can upgrade to add additional features it still isn't as robust a solution as Salesforce or Hubspot but it does cost less.

We are an SMB business to business company and this suits our needs very well. The CRM features allow for tracking customer data easily. It’s not as feature rich as Hubspot, but HubSpot is probably more appropriate for larger companies anyways.

Pros

The user interface is pretty easy to understand, there are good features, like web forms and workflow automations, and the price is not as high as other CRMs.

Cons

The support is not that great because they are not based in America. It’s acceptable, but sometimes they can’t understand what I’m really asking.

I have been using the Zoho platform on several levels with my clients including their customers, their team members and thier potential hires during recruiting . If you are familiar with using CRM's then you will walk into Zoho knowing how to utilize it. I love the fact that it is not only easy to use but it can be integrated into other Zoho modules and you have an incredible tool

Pros

Depending on the size of your "customer" base there is a free option. Even better it incorporates into Zoho Campaigns and other Zoho modules. If you know how to use any CRM then you know how to use this.

Cons

I have not found any dislikes about and actually think it is probably the best (and I have used more than I can count)

My over all experience has been excellent, with little to no learning curve.

Pros

I started using ZOHO mainly for business email. It was very easy for me to set up along with having the ability to use my business name as a .com. As time went on and my business began to grow, I needed to be able to separate administrative duties. In doing so, I have been able to divide the workflow, which includes (but is not limited to) Increasing leads, accelerating sales, organizing contacts, and better serving my customers. Organize, track, and sell with ease. It has also been helpful with my employees, as it was easy for them to navigate and receive their assignments. It is also amazing that I can connect the ZOHO program with my eCommerce platform, giving me the ability to rely on only one service of communication.

Cons

I do not have too many cons, other than the amount of spam that comes through. Sometimes, the spam emails get jumbled with the important emails that come through. With a little time and effort, it is becoming easier to decipher between them all.

I started my company 4 years ago. It was just me and I needed a simple CRM just to keep myself organized. I have recently started adding employees and the transition has been seamless thanks to ZOHO.

Pros

is easy to set up and easy to use. I have trained others in my company to use it and the process did not take long. This is a really solid product for the money.

Cons

I have used from the first day I started the company. I have never had a single issue. The software is so easy to use and its simplicity leaves me very little to complain about.

This product was affordable and simple yet offered all the functionality that I needed.

Pros

The Marketing automation is a big help as we can implement a sales funnel and campaigns at any time at the tips of our fingertips. The best parts are the templates. After designing 4-50 successful campaigns the campaigns almost run on autopilot.

Cons

This CRM has some limitations and an above average UI. A cleaner and sleek UI would have made this the industry leader.

### "The best CRM for a small or medium sized business"

We have a positive overall experience with . Ever since starting with CRM, we also integrated Zoho Invoice and Zoho Support, and now we have a full set of integrated tools that different departments use.

Pros

is highly customizable and setup took only five minutes. It helps us keep track of customer's information and interactions, such as followup calls, service requests and much more.

Cons

The Android and iOS version of are very lacking. I was having constant bugs and crashes on the Android version, and the general UI/UX needs to be improved. On-the-go recording of information to the CRM would be a plus, but these apps are unusable.

The main feature of the is the integration of ZOHO's other applications which makes it a very smooth experience. The added advantage of using this product is the cost-effectiveness plus the ease of using it. The operator-friendly user interface makes it very useful in solving the issues of the customers which in turn makes the customer happy

Cons

One major issue I would like to highlight is to improve on their data processing capabilities which not only help them but also to their customers

We have been using Zoho for 3 years now. As Zoho has added functionality we have taken advantage of it and have greatly improved the world in which our sales people need to function. They now have access to account information in the field and are able to order their ads in the field which means they have more time to sell and drive revenue.

Pros

I find the software to be easy to use. The greatest thing is the ability to access it via your mobile device very easily. That is one of the biggest reasons we decided to start using Zoho.

Cons

Sometimes I do have a hard time figuring out how to customize something - but eventually I do get the information from the forums and user manuals.

is a part of my daily life as a Software Sales-Consultant. Let me list out the pros and cons. PROS: 1. The first thing I admired about Zoho CRM is, its ease of use. I know many Saas CRMs are easy to use. But this one packaged with multiple options and features than some Saas CRMs yet I never find it hard to use all the features. 2. Reports: I always love to generate reports for my Vendors and my boss. Reporting features comes with numerous customizable filters . Dashboard with reporting is icing on the cake. 3. Very seldom I faced server issues as it's a cloud based service. 4. Sales pipeline became easy now as we can categorize all the leads with regards of product, Vendor and Etc. 5. Innovation: I like that they always come with innovative ideas integrated with such less complexity. 6. Value for the money: I believe that Zoho brings most features which can be seen in Salesforce, SugarCRM and etc, but in a reasonable price. Completely satisfied with that. CONS: 1. Customer Support: Well they have 24/7 customer support. But the knowledge of any Tech Support person is not sufficient to resolve any big issues. Yet they are quick and kind. 2. 2016 update: Well it comes with many goodies like Sales-Impulse and lot but have many bugs as well. Sometimes i could not add a note on a lead or contact. I spoke to them regarding this and hope that they will resolve it soon. 3. Lack of Customization: Sometimes I feel like it would be better if they let me add my own customization on data fields and Filters. The scope of customization is comparatively less.

Reporting. Dashboards, Association factor of leads and contacts.

Zoho has been a great lower cost solution and has replaced multiple programs. Technical support is based in India, and very hard to understand.

Pros

It has a lot of integrated modules that can be used in conjunction with the CRM, including projects with tasks, and an email campaign manager. I was very happy with the projects module as a lower price alternative to another service.

Cons

The Email campaign manager is missing a drag and drop builder (I build the email in MailChimp, export it, then import into Zoho Campaigns). The Projects Module is not robust -- it's great if you're looking for a bare bones solution -- but is not a "ticket" style.

We are primarily implementing this tool for our customer relationship management. although haven't able to deliver the full-on procure services but I think they are improving their services with the passage of time.

Pros

comes with one of the best lead management services and enables us to expand our services. The tracking alert system of this tool is incredible allowing us to be more precise in our ways of working. This CRM is highly custom to prioritize the customer services and allow us to produce more vital insights with our clients.

Cons

does not track expenses for us and also don't offer any kind of project management features unlike any other CRM tool in the market. This allows us to efficiently manage our customers content and be productive in our relations with the clients.

Enterprise-level functionality at an affordable, small-business price.

Pros

is an enterprise-level CRM solution with a full suite of functionality. It can do far, far more than other CRMs in its price range, and the API is wide open so we can add even more functionality as needed.

Cons

The support for is based in India, as is the entire company, so support is difficult to get and not always easy to understand nor accurate. Like other products in the Zoho suite, CRM has some features that don't work as expected, or that have odd limits (API calls per day limited to x number per user license, for example).

Overall our experience with has been very good. We use it everyday.

Pros

A client relationship management system is a must for our business and we have been using for years. It is a great way to organize and store information about both our clients and the reps working for us. It is really easy to use and helps us track client outreach and it can store a lot of data.

Cons

The contact search function could be better. Sometimes it won't find the contact you are looking for if you do not spell it exactly as it appears in the database

Pros

I use everyday for my job as my main business software. I love how it handles bisyncro with other zoho softwares like invoice. The mobile application is actually a blessing.

Cons

It is full of functionnalities which makes it quit hard to setup. I dont like that i am unable to track my emails behaviours also it could be way better if zoho implements a clien conversation history like the main competitor.
