Social connect, Email integrations, Mass emailing, Voice calling within the Zoho CRM and its recording to improve the marketing process, Easy process of creating email templates, integration of various Zoho products such as Zoho SalesIQ, and Zoho Social these all are functioning seamlessly without any sort of hurdles.

Pros

Everything. Especially user-friendly interface, step by step integration instructions, and all the available features keeping in mind smallest customer to largest customer base. I have been using it and it has been fascinating to see how easy it is to setup and get going to give your company a professional touch.

Cons

Haven't discover any as there are all the possible solutions available within Zoho's range of products and its possibility to integrate with each other. Do not need to go anywhere else.

it was a good trail but looking forward to switching back to gmail or yahooo.it has promise but need to make major updates to stay relevant

Pros

new software that promised better security and customer service .security was really good required new password every 90 days and a no reused password after 2 uses.customer service was really good and available around the clock .

Cons

zoho is a second tier email service that cant compete with other major email service providers .it doesn't have good notifications systems and folder structure is subpar.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

it was cheaper and it promised a lot of new features

### "One stop CRM"

Pros

I used ZOHO CRM to manage the sales campaigns. To boost the sales we plan for diffrent activities such as inbound sales, outbound sales, direct leads, custom projects etc: And zoho made it easier for us to track the development and revenues of each campaign. For each of the customer/leads we can add comments/update the lead status etc. Hence it makes the sales process very easy. Similarly we used it for recruitments/hiring. When there are bulk of applicants it becomes very tough to handle them. Zoho Recruit allows us to create seperate folders such as Php candidate, Java candidate etc and respective candidate resume can be added there. Status of calls/interviews/hiring status can be updated for each of the candidate. At the end it makes the recruitment process very friendly.

Cons

It lacks some features such as for example in my CRM I have 100 leads added - there should be functionality for bulk email or for callings. This will be added advantage for sales campaigns.

Overall i can say it does its job and are very helpful to track used data and manage them as per user request.

Pros

Zoho can be considered as one of the easiest CRM as it requires just some small training and user is good to use Zoho. The best part i really liked is its user interface which is really good. I can see all my sales, accounts, reports, upcoming deals with my leads along with my all the closed deals with my clients and lots more. It really does its job as a Customer relationship management.

Cons

I don't think it can be considered as negative side. Basically Zoho do offers free service too along with some cheap or we can say budget friendly plans but these plans don't offer much. So if someone need to use in much better level, they need to go for higher plans.

Pros

As with other Zoho products it is quick to learn, and provides what it should. We really have good experience with ZoHo technical support also.

Cons

We did not have any negative experience using this system.

we have other ZoHo services so it's better to have system with same vendor.

Pros

We manage + 4000 clients on Zoho with no issues, filters are amazing to find who you need and many many other features that are great asset to our company

Cons

For a small company we pay around 900 $ for Zoho monthly for around 2 years which I find a bit expensive but worth it and thats why we keep our subscription active

My personal experience is very great with Zoho because it provides one window solution for managing the business. Its accessibility and availability facilitate all team members and clients to get updates and other related information regarding any project. Its user interface is pretty simple. Another great thing about Zoho is that it is very cost-effective. It also provides the facility to integrate with other apps. Provide quick access to data as it is a cloud storage feature also.

Cons

All I want to say it is a bit difficult to customize the fields. Secondly, faced little delay in getting a response from support. A live chat feature would be very helpful on Zoho for quick and simple questions.

I have used Zoho both with a former employer in the IT industry & more recently in real estate, overall great experience!

Pros

Has every bit of functionality all of the rest do at a fraction of the price, overall pretty user friendly. May not be as aesthetically appealing as others but certainly has what you need!

Cons

I found some of the advanced features like workflows, etc. to be a little more difficult to implement.

Pros

It's a best platform to manage your business, with lots of functionality you can solve most business issues easily. And can grow your business to me heights. We were able to send bulk emails to all our subscribers and generate good business leads and keep in touch with them.

Cons

I don't think much of the cons here as the tool is compiled with lots of other great products making it all rounder. Good service nothing hidden

Cheaper than prior systems, more comprehensive records and transaction forms, dozens of custom field types, and various payment channels make it easier for customers to pay us for the services we provide.

Pros

Simple to deploy, set up, and put to use. Every single member of my team and every single person in the office has had no trouble using this program since it has a very simple UI and is simple enough to utilize for my little business.

Cons

Improvements are needed in instructional exercises. A Zoho guide is needed to answer questions that arise throughout the implementation. Organizing may be a challenge since it is both unpredictable and fraught with ambiguity. Some of the components aren't as tidy as Zoho CRM, for example.

Powerful, flexible, but not always smooth. Once you get the hang of it you will get used to it. And it's highly customizable which is really awesome. And affordable compare to other CRM software out there.

Pros

What I genuinely like about Zoho CRM is that it hits a solid balance between functionality and price. It doesn’t feel bloated like some of the bigger platforms (looking at you, Salesforce), but it’s also not so bare-bones that you feel like you’re duct-taping tools together. It has this modular approach — so if you're a small business just starting out, it doesn’t overwhelm you. But if you grow, it grows with you.

Cons

User interface. Even though it has been improved but it still looks like it was made in 2012. And when using big amount of data the system lagged.

Great experience! Never had any major problems and if sometimes we need tech assistance their customer service is great!

Pros

Zoho CRM is a very well thought and user friendly Customer Relationship Manager software. I have been using this CRM for years and I wouldn't change it for nothing. Very easy to use and very cost effective. I would recommend this CRM to everyone is sales

Cons

None. It takes a little of time to learn all the features but if you go through the learning curve you'll love this software

I use Zoho CRM a little bit differently. I put down the information for all my students and at white stage are there in driving course. Collect all necessary documents. And make a schedule for their driving lessons.

I cannot change the language of the dashboard. I prefer to be on my mother's language.

We are App Development and Design company, and ZOHO CRM was been used to design an app for recruitment agencies named as recruit serve, and it was the best choice because of its flexibility, we have to design that with some unique fields to associate with other details from both interviewers and candidates, and making the adjustment with ZOHO was very easy and straight forward. Video tutorials and perfectly designed panel was a great help to do general things in flow without any problem.

Pros

Project Status Reporting was the wonderful thing with a lot of features and capabilities, to assign tasks, create dashboards, check project work status, send emails, export data with additional analytical details and notes. Even you can create web forms quickly to embed them into the landing pages to get data directly into your CRM from your website forms.

Cons

Custom Support is good but sometimes it’s hard to understand over phone. And integration support should be improved especially when you have to link them with accounting tools.
